We recently had Pacc Solutions replace the siding on our home. They thoroughly explained what was the process and everything we needed to get done. They also gave us options and answered all of our questions, as this was our 1st insurance claim. They were always prompt and courteous. When issues popped up, they gave us options and addressed them quickly. We are very pleased with the results as our 45 year old home looks brand new. We highly recommend them.

I generally don't open the door to strangers or buy anything from them, but I heard the word "ROOF" over my dog barking and knew it was something I've been putting off too long. PACC Solutions representative (rest in peace) sat outside with me on a warm day and explained everything, took time for all questions, and sounded like a great deal. Turns out the whole roof and all the employees are amazing. I'm so glad I opened my door and listened. I'm just waiting for billing, then I may change to 5 stars.

They were accessible and attentive to our home restoration needs. They worked with my insurance company to ensure we received the coverage that was needed to restore our home.
