OSM loses two of my packages
I ordered a back patch for a time sensitive project. The last update was July 14th from Glendale, IL and it is now August 1st. The seller resent the item, assuring me I would have it in three days. That item ended up in the hands of OSM Worldwide in Glendale, IL. Can you guess what happened? That’s right, no delivery, yet again and it is also delayed. OSM claims it’s a USPS issue.
Then they assured me I would get my item. When they found out they had another item of mine, they realized they ran out of excuses and basically told me, “Hey, tough luck.”
Now, I have to file a complaint with the attorney general. All of this for a lightweight package. I have a feeling Glendale, IL employees are stealing. OSM defends their company, and refuses to work with customers.
Recommendation: Do NOT go with OSM shipping.

Ended up in the hands of this company which seems to be Flipper Zeros official shipping company, and it's practically been a week with no movement at all.
Shipment is just stuck at a label being created and has done nothing since. From what I've read online OMS Worldwide basically puts a bunch of product on pallets based on destination, and then pushes those pallets to a UPS facility in that area for final delivery. So if you live in a rural area that just isn't getting enough packages to fill up a pallet in a reasonable span of time then good luck.
Don't Give OMS Worldwide or shop.flipperzero.one your business. They will charge you and just let the package sit in a warehouse until it's convenient and cost effective for them to finally move it. That could be a few days or months.

For domestic shipping, literally any other carrier is better than this one.

It took three weeks for my package to arrive, and when it did, they told me it was delivered and to ask my neighbor if I didn't receive it. Another company that I believe is a scammer is Amberoux, which answered my email from a domain called "shophelp," the same domain as the other scammer companies I found.
I also had a negative experience with vigonts.com, which used to advertise a website called JCP discounted store. Vigonts had OSM involved and showed me the same endless journey on 718 tracking, and after more than three weeks, they told me my package was "DELIVERED." However, when I tried to ask them where it was delivered, the website no longer existed. Another website that I believe is a scam is Vidalisa, and once again, OSM's name comes up.

I must say that this company is very slow on getting packages from one destination to the other. Also, most packages arrive battered, crushed, or with the tape falling off. Most of the time, they aren't scanned when they reach one place or the other. I have a package that says "out for delivery" still when, in fact, I got it three days ago.
Overall, my experience with OSM Worldwide was not the best. While some packages arrived on time, others took longer than expected and arrived in poor condition. I hope that they can improve their services in the future to ensure that all packages arrive on time and in good condition.

I had to reorder the battery elsewhere with overnight shipping to meet my Service Level Agreement, and unfortunately, it cost me a significant amount of money.
Honestly, I cannot comprehend why any retailer would use shipping partners instead of shipping directly with USPS or any other legitimate shipper. I can honestly say that I have never ONCE received a package handled by OSM or any other shipping partner in under two weeks. They tend to sit on packages for weeks, bounce them around to different states, or you'll see multiple "arrived at facility" scans at the same location before they eventually, HOPEFULLY, hand them off to USPS. Every retailer should be required to disclose their use of shipping partners so customers can order elsewhere—at least not be surprised when they have to wait weeks for domestic shipping. I believe that it is important for customers to have this kind of information at their disposal to avoid frustration and potential loss of time and money.
Finally, I would advise anyone not to shop with any retailer that utilizes shipping partners, and, if you see one on the tracking information after your purchase, cancel your order. It is not worth the time, money, or frustration. Although I may file a chargeback, I cannot help but feel disappointed that I may not meet my Service Level Agreement due to an unnecessary third-party shipping partner.

Eventually, I spoke to Jennifer, a manager, who repeated that the package was left with USPS on December 12th. When I asked for the name of the head of the company, I was told that it was James, but she wouldn't reveal his full name. After a lot of persistence, I finally got the full name and was able to leave a message on his voicemail with my name and number.
Despite all my efforts, I still haven't received any reply from OSM Worldwide. I'm extremely disappointed with their services, as the package should have been delivered in time for Christmas, but it's unlikely to arrive on time now. It's clear that their services are inept and unreliable. Additionally, it's concerning that the company isn't even accredited by the BBB and only has one star out of five. On Trustpilot, only 3% of reviewers approve of the company, with 1% rating it as poor and 95% rating it as bad. I cannot recommend this company and believe that they should not be in business.

OSM Worldwide shipping service is not up to par. I have been waiting for my package for what seems like forever. I placed my order on November 29th and it was shipped on the same day.
