I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with Orchard Mile. I was on the hunt for this one item that the original seller said was out of stock, but lo and behold, I found it on Orchard Mile! I was a little skeptical at first, so I hit up their customer service to double-check that they actually had it in stock. This guy named Sid got back to me super fast and gave me all the deets on when it would ship out. Honestly, it was way better than the runaround I got from the original seller.

Anyway, long story short, I ended up getting my item and it was exactly what I wanted. I'm definitely gonna keep Orchard Mile in mind the next time I'm on the hunt for something specific. The customer service was top-notch and the whole process was super easy. Highly recommend!

Orchard Mile is the best retail front I've ever dealt with, online or in person. Even better than Neimans and Saks! Their customer service is top-notch, especially Katherine. She was outstanding and followed up with me without me having to call or email. Every question and request I had was met with 100% satisfaction. I am confident that Orchard Mile will be my first choice for all my clothing needs. My experience with them was truly outstanding. I ordered a lot of items for Christmas and before, and even though I had to send some back, there was not a single issue. I highly recommend Orchard Mile to anyone looking for great customer service and a hassle-free shopping experience.

I shoulda read the reviews before I bought anything from Orchard Mile. Big mistake! I got some Frye boots that were too small and I sent them back right away. I used Affirm to pay for them. But even after they got the boots back, it took them almost 3 weeks to process the return. And the worst part is that Affirm kept charging my card because they didn't know I sent the boots back. Now I found out that it's gonna take another 3-10 days for Affirm to give me my money back. Meanwhile, I'm still getting charged! This is ridiculous! I know I'll get my money back eventually, but it's taking way too long. I'm never gonna order from Orchard Mile again! It's not worth it and there's no benefit to doing it. Just go straight to the business's website and save yourself a lot of trouble. Your money shouldn't be held hostage like this!

I found a pair of Coach shoes that I really liked and decided to order them on September 15th, 2020. I got an email saying that my order had been processed, so I was pretty excited to get my new shoes.

But then, on September 22nd, I got another email saying that a refund had been initiated on my behalf. I was confused because I didn't ask for a refund, so I reached out to their customer service to ask what was going on. They told me that my order didn't meet the requirements of the Coach approval process. I was even more confused because I didn't know there was an approval process for buying shoes.

When I asked for more information, they told me that Orchard Mile is a luxury and contemporary fashion e-commerce marketplace and that they partner directly with designers to showcase their full collection. Apparently, they submitted my order to Coach, but Coach canceled it because it didn't meet their approval process. I don't really understand what that means, but it sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me.

I mean, if I have the money to buy something, why can't I just buy it? It's not like I'm trying to buy something illegal or anything. I just wanted some new shoes. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Orchard Mile. I don't think I'll be shopping there again anytime soon.

This business, Orchard Mile, seems to be run by just one person. I made two orders on March 31, and the first one was acknowledged via email and shipped promptly. I received it just 5 days later. However, I never received any shipping information regarding the second order via email, and my account page still shows "processing" 9 days later. I wrote to them 2 days ago, but I never received the promised 24-hour response. So, I decided to call them the next day, and I reached a customer service person who seemed to mean well. However, she didn't call me back that day, as promised. I called again the next day, and she said she was working on it and would call me back in an hour. But when that hour came and went, I contacted Amazon, as they are the payment service. The Amazon representative called Orchard Mile, but they placed her on hold and then hung up on her.

A few hours later, I received an email from Orchard Mile showing a partial refund on the order, which they said would clear within 10 more days. However, there was no explanation given. I had to call them again to find out what happened, and they told me that one item had been delivered (I'm out of town), although I still haven't received any email confirmation of shipping. Moreover, my account page hasn't been updated to reflect that one of the items has been shipped, or that the other was sold out.

Overall, I think this is a pretty slipshod enterprise, but the item I have received is terrific and the price was great. If you decide to shop here, I suggest you proceed with caution. Pay close attention to your orders and stay on top of things. If you have the option to let your purchase go through Amazon pay, you probably should take advantage of that, as Amazon can help you get a refund. They won't maintain a seller very long if complaints pile up.

This dude named Geryl, who's like a 'concierge' or something, hit me back with an email that was so nice and professional, it made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. And get this - he actually contacted Cynthia Rowley and got me that 15% refund, even though my order had already shipped! I mean, who does that? Geryl, that's who. Dude's a legend.

Now, I know some people have been sayin' that Orchard Mile is a fake site or whatever. But let me tell you, that's just not true. Yeah, it might be a little confusing at first, because the orders ship directly from the designers instead of from Orchard Mile itself. But that's actually a good thing, because it means you get to shop from a bunch of different designers all in one place, and you still get awesome customer service from the Orchard Mile team. Plus, their website is super easy to use and they've got a ton of cool stuff on there.

So yeah, I'm definitely gonna keep shopping at Orchard Mile. They've got great clothes, great prices, and great service. What more could you ask for?

Bought a jacket on their website and it was too big. Trying to return with 2 days but they refused to it saying it was a final sale according to the vendor. No where on their website says that this item is considered a final sale. Even on my order confirmation, it explicitly states that returns are accepted within 30 days. Their denying a legit return request is completely unfair and contrary to the trust customers place in the store.

No one is picking up the call or returning emails. The company is a fraud!
