Business Response Dear Mrs., Online Vacation Center original policy is that all payments made at Final payment are in full penalty. Due to the circumstances of Covid-19 we have offered our clients that were affected a Future Travel certificate to be used withing a year of the issue date. Our clients do not have to travel by that date, just apply the credit to a vacation. As a large retailer that amount can be used as flights, Hotels and Cruises. Further, Some of our clients are still waiting on more certificate credit as we were working tirelessly with the Airlines to obtain as much credit as possible. They have provided a 6-8 week refund expectation. Once we have obtained your credit we will provide that to you as well. First of all its been 55 days since I cancelled this trip due to the email I got from Royal Caribbean on March 12, 2020 it stated that if you're over 70 and have health issues that you would be require to be cleared by your doctor, I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection so I canceled on March 13, 2020. I tried calling serval time OLV but was never able to reach anyone and I left messages that was never returned, my e-mail was not answered. I would like a cash refund and not a future credit since I have an auto-immune disorder and future trip is out of the picture for me because of this Covid-19. I have yet to hear from Online Line Vacation as of today I have received nothing only a voucher with no amount on it, I was told to disregard it and a new one would come with $450.00 in 4 to 6 weeks and this was last week in April. I really want a refund from this trip that did not deliver. Once the airlines catch up on refunds we will keep you updated with the additional amount you should expect back. Again the airlines are delayed 6-8 weeks from the date of departure. Yes I received a travel credit for $450.00, since I will not be able to travel for quite some time I would like a cash refund. I was told by other $99.00 Agency deposit was return. i did not received anything else yet. I paid On Line Vacation my money for a trip that was cancelled by them. I would like a refund back, if I had cancelled I would had lost my money to them so why do I lose since they cancel. This is bad business and I will not do it again. Please refund me my money. I'm waiting on the airline and cruise ship to yet settle this matter. Meanwhile I will not be traveling with On Line Vacation I have an auto-immunity dis-order called scleroderma (active) and its affecting my health. I would like the $450.00 travel certificate refunded back to me in cash. Meanwhile still waiting on Royal Caribbean and the airline to refund me for this trip which you On Line Cruise is responsible for taking my money fo the both (cruise and airline) I also would like a final breakdown of this trip. I was vacationing with 7 other friends and three have received back the $99.00. Why have I been excluded from getting back the agency deposit? For the second time I want to be refunded the $99.00 Agency deposit The Agency deposit is not being addressed. You are not answering me in this situation about the agency deposit. I understand and waiting patiently for Royal Caribbean and the airline. Please let me know about the $99.00 that was refunded to some of my friends that was going the same trip, that I have not received yet. Business Response The Agency Deposit is part of the payment to the Cruise line. In some cases the refund was processed to us already in which case we refunded that to the specific client. We are still waiting for a full reconciliation from each reservation as we *** not have received the full monies back. Their were 8 of us going on this Holiday cruise to Australia and New Zealand, four have receive the $99.00 but not the full amount of the cruise, you told me that the we had to wait 12 weeks the 12 weeks are up, no $99.00 nor the cruise $1498.00 nor the $1,500 airfare, I am getting very inpatient about the whole deal, I hold you accountable for it all, I gave you $3,748.87 Sept. 2019 for March 23, 2020 and would like my money back now.
