Great service and communication...moved our 5th wheel from Phoenix to Tacoma, back to Casa Grande and now to Mesa! Awesome service for travel nurses who don't have the time or inclination to move the house-on-wheels :)

They where the most professional and courteous. They took care of everything from picking up and communicating with the dealership. The gentleman who picked up and delivered the trailer was real professional. He even washed the trailer before he delivered it to us.

Fantastic job from Taylor in logistics to our amazing driver Alfonso who went ABOVE & BEYOND after a flat tire & an amazing attitude when we asked to put an 8' trailer thru a 6' gate HIGHLY recommend these folks - 10 ⭐ all the way! Well done Jan & Dave S.

One Call was a pleasure to work with on the transportation of my 26 foot boat from NH to TN. Taylor was always available and answered all questions, provided all needed documents with insurance, etc. Their pricing was good, driver communicated very well. It was an all around good experience. Absolutely amazing service! 10 stars if I could. They were on it! Their delivery driver and his wife were the kindest and most friendly couple and took excellent care of the service truck they shipped for us and the logistics representative was the most efficient person I've dealt with in a long time! Will absolutely use these folks in the future!

Taylor and Alfonso did a wonderful job of getting my 42' fifth wheel delivered over 1800 miles. I read the *** reviews and ComplaintsBoard.com reviews prior to choosing them. I felt like I was choosing a good company. Well, post delivery, I can say they were great! Easy to communicate with. Answers questions professionally. I'd definitely do business with them again.

Love the service we got! Transported our travel trailer from Texas to Georgia. Taylor was awesome she stayed in contact with me by phone and text. I asked a million questions! The driver arrived in a timely manner and was very professional we felt very confident him. Are there sometimes issues that come up yes but mine were handled quickly and Taylor helped me through the whole process.

Requested a 4x4 dually truck for transportation of a 38' RV from Leesburg, FL to Perry, FL, due to the sugar sand on the property the RV was to be placed on. One Call sent a regular 4x4 instead, and the truck only could get the RV 60' rather than the 200' required before it got stuck in the sand. Now have to hire additional resources to finish the job, company didn't follow customer request.

Great company! Taylor was so considerate and very responsive on getting back to me with any concerns or questions. They were one day ahead of schedule which was a welcoming sight to see our camper sooner then expected. Don, our transporter was a pleasure to work with as well and communicated throughout his trip and was able to land our 5th wheel camper right where I requested. I would highly recommend One Call Logistics! Kudos to your team and thank you!

I can't say enough great things about my driver Jorge ***. He stayed in communication with me from the outset. The spot I had selected as the destination appeared to be perfect to me, but when we arrived, due to the positioning of the vehicle beside me, I was unable to get into my RV. Not a problem for Jorge! He maneuvered my 42 footer like the pro he is and sealed the deal for this satisfied customer! ...and all of this during a very heavy snow period in the Midwest! Leah

Im glad I chose One Call Logistics to transport my food trailer. Mitchell was a pleasure to work with in organizing my transport from Texas to Georgia. Everything went smooth. My driver Gary was great. He handled and delivered my food trailer with care. He also showed me and my husband the proper way to connect our food trailer to our truck. They are very professional, On Time, Courteous, Friendly and the price was better than all the people I contacted. Thanks a bunch guys!

Worst experience and ongoing nightmare. We contracted with One call Logistics to transport our RV from state to state. During transport, the RV was totaled. After conducting our own investigation we found out that we were lied to. We were told in writing that the driver was one of their company drivers, however; turns out the driver who apparently does not work for this company, was not properly insured and he (the driver) also borrowed a truck that was not properly insured! One Call Logistics has refused to accept responsibility for any damages and has been less than helpful. They claim to be properly insured and bonded but are not working with us at all on resolving this matter. Please do ALL your research before thinking of contracting this company.

In Feb. of this year I contracted with One Call Logistics on moving my boat from Lake City, Mi to Chappells, SC. I chose One Call because their web site said they were both bonded and insured, and their company rep. Jimmy Torres assured that they would take care of any problems that came from the delivery. When the boat was delivered on April 21st everything was in good shape except the back seat was ripped off. I assumed that this would be taken care of. This could not have cost them more than $ 100-200 to resolve. After about a week I contacted them and received back a message that this problem was caused by an Act of God. This is not very responsible from a reputable company. I'm just glad there wasn't a major problem they could blame on God. Thank You Eric N.

Had an RV transported Nevada to Florida - unit was picked up and delivered on time and there was constant communications during process. But RV was delivered with damage, called back the driver and discussed damage. Next, called One Call Logistics, but after a few calls, the company asked me to put damage claim on my vehicle insurance. I asked "why", didn't the driver have insurance and that's where the discussions stopped. The company stated they were working with the drivers insurance and next four follow-up email requests for progress were not acknowledge. apparently the driver does not wish to have a claim on his record...and I didn't want the RV damaged (that is why a had RV contract-transported rather then driven). Very disappointed considering the "5 star" rating that help lead me to this company.

Best possible choice! One Call Logistics moved my tiny house from Austin, TX to Boulder, CO recently, and I couldn't have had a better experience. They were patient with me in answering my ten thousand questions; were cheaper than the competition; and were excellent with communication. It's a small company, so I got the same two people on the phone every time; my tiny house was in great shape upon arrival; and they even safely delivered my sauna- AKA the glass box in the back of my tiny house! The driver arrived even earlier than expected, and was completely relaxed about hanging out until I got to the property. He helped me lower the stabilizing jacks until they were just right, and wouldn't even accept my full tip. He was also a rockstar communicator. So. If you like dealing with amazing people, who give you great prices and communicate along the way, this is your team. Happy Moving!

As other reviews have stated Taylor is always available right up until you pay the deposit then you have to stalk her to get a return phone call. This company contracts with drivers who may be professional or not so it's a crap shot. I was told the driver wouldn't arrive until 8 pm and I told Taylor that was too late as it would be dark and I didn't have street lights. She told me it would be delivered in the morning. I have serious health problems so go to bed early. My dog woke me up at 8:30 pm and I saw multiple texts on my phone that the driver was here. I frantically ran outside and tried to direct the driver IN THE DARK where to park. He said he couldn't park it where I wanted it although I had just removed an RV from the same space which was two feet longer. This driver was not a professional driver. When I contacted Taylor she blamed ME because the driver had arrived earlier while it was still light even though she told me it was to be delivered in the morning. I have no idea if the tiny house was damaged in transit as it is too dark to see so I will have to wait until daylight to look it over. It is obvious that it was not stabilized though because everything was strewn around inside despite being tied down and taped by the seller. I don't know how this company stays in business the way it treats it's customers. They expect us to stay at home and ready to receive delivery indefinitely and at all times of the day and night. You can't trust their word because they claim not to have any control of the drivers. I will never use this company again.

Contracted One Call Logistics to move my lil' house but they never did and took my $400. Been trying to reach them but no answer for almost two months. They won't give me my deposit back. Don't use this company.

I hired One Call Logistics to move my RV from Georgia to California. When I got my quote, I asked if I could pay by credit card and they said yes. I paid the initial deposit by credit card and was told I could pay the remaining balance the same way. They picked up my RV and during the trip, the driver called me to say he was close to the drop off location (45 min away). During that call, the driver asked how I was going to pay and I told him by credit card. He said he didn't take cash. We had a dispute and the driver's boss told me he was taking my RV to an undisclosed location and I wasn't getting it back. After going through loads of other issues, the RV was ultimately delivered with a TREMNDOUS amount of damage. I have video evidence. I'm asking One Call to file a claim and they refuse.

I hired OneCall Logistics to move my travel trailer from Maryland to Missouri. They used a sub-contractor (AGA) for the job. The trailer arrived more than 2 hours late, and the driver almost got it stuck in our neighbor's driveway instead of delivering it to the storage facility where we were waiting. I checked the inside and outside, but I didn't climb onto the roof. If I had, I would have seen the damaged roof rack. I only discovered the damage about a month later, just before our first trip. I have pictures of the inspection before the transport, a video of the trailer arriving damaged at the storage facility, and CCTV pictures from the lot proving I didn't move the trailer before finding the damage. I tried to get reimbursement for a new roof rack ($477) from OneCall's owner, Taylor T, but I mostly got ignored for months, despite sending pictures and video.

One Call Logistics was supposed to bring our small house to us, but they messed up a lot. They didn't talk to their drivers enough, so it took a long time to get our house. They also kept blaming us for their mistakes, even though we gave them all the info they needed. They were really mean to us and wouldn't take responsibility for not talking to us. They made us pay $900 more because they couldn't do their job right. They won't give us our money back and they lied to us. They broke our agreement. Here's what happened: First, they sent a driver to New York without the right stuff. Then, they said they couldn't get a permit and canceled. Third, they said they'd let us know what was happening, but they didn't. Fourth, the driver came without chains and we had to pay extra. He took the house back to his place and brought it the next day, way later than he said. When he got here, he wouldn't even look at the site. You can read more in the PDF.
