Beware that what you are told is not the complete truth on costs. The $69 consultation lasted less than 5 minutes and I was told that the semaglutide would be $325 for a 3 month supply. I reverified the amount with them at roughly $110/month. After receiving the vial of medicine and reading the ramp up instructions, I find out that the dosage goes up about 5X and a vial does not last 3 months but closer to 1 month. The medicine now becomes cost prohibitive. This was never disclosed and I have now wasted about $400 that I can not afford to lose on a product that will not be effective at this dose. I feel like the was a cash grab.

I talked to their guy and he said he'd talk to the doc and switch me from super tri mix to something that don't work at all! I left a bunch of messages with no reply. I want my money back or the super tri mix instead.

I got some trimix from Olympia Compounding Pharmacy to help with my ED. They sent me 3-10ml bottles of t-106*** and 1 bottle of phenylephrine 1MG/ML MDV 5ML vial, along with a box of syringes. The delivery was quick, but unfortunately, the product doesn't seem to be effective. I reached out to my representative, who advised me to increase the dosage. I followed their suggestion, but the product still didn't work for me. I must say, the cost was quite high considering what I received. I paid $699 plus a $60 doctor's fee.

I paid $290 plus $49 for a telemed doctors consultation and a prescription of Trimix from this pharmacy. They said the doctor would call me, and within 30 min, the doctor called and talked about the medication, then sent the prescription back to the pharmacy. I got a package in the mail, but the medicine didn't work. I'm not even sure if it's really Trimix. I've used Trimix many times before, and it always worked. Plus, it caused swelling and pain that lasted a whole day. I emailed the company twice to get help, but they haven't responded at all. It's surprising because they were quick to respond when I was buying the product. Once they got my money, they stopped contacting me. It's shocking because they're a pharmacy in FL, USA, and it seems like they're intentionally doing this to people, based on other complaints and my own experience.

On Sept 8th I ordered Trimix T-105 from Olympia Compounding Pharmacy. I got the order and used 2 vials, but it didn't work at all. I had previously used the same prescription from another pharmacy and had good results. I contacted Olympia Pharmacy and they said the only solution was to buy another order. So I did, but I haven't used the new product yet. Overall, I spent over $1300.00 on prescriptions and consultations. I want a refund of $770.00 for the original order. The doctor was Kristine ***, and the account number was ***. The clinic was Invigor Refill Team, and the person who handled it was Joshua. It was shipped to James *** at XXXXX *** Ln *** TX, XXXXX. Dear patient, if you haven't made payment arrangements for this prescription, please call [protected]. Your prescription can't be shipped until you make the payment. If you've already paid, you don't need to do anything else right now. Your prescription is ready to ship on 2021-09-08.

The medication I got from Olympia Compounding Pharmacy was not good. They said they would send me a new shipment at a lower price, but they didn't. I ordered Trimix medication from them on 11/12 and it came on time. I had gotten this medication before from a different pharmacy and it worked fine. But when I used the Trimix from Olympia Pharmacy, it didn't work at all. They told me it was twice as strong as my old prescription, but it didn't do anything. I emailed and talked to a guy named Mike T, who I think is a salesman. He seemed to understand and said he would send me more Trimix at a lower price. But he never did and now he's not answering my emails. I paid $320 for this medication. I told Mr. T that I thought the medication was messed up either when they made it or when they sent it to me because it had worked before. I don't think they took me seriously. After they sold it to me, they didn't care about any problems. The only thing they tried to do was sell me more, even though it was cheaper. But that didn't happen. It's been a few weeks and nothing has been fixed. $320 is a lot of money to spend on something that doesn't work well. I'm really disappointed right now. I paid for the prescription with my credit card and there was an extra charge for the telemedicine appointment too.

I've been getting my prescription refills from Olympia Pharmacy for about a year and a half now, and I haven't had any problems. They usually give me two 5ml bottles, but my last order was a bit different. They put 10ml in one bottle instead of two, but they didn't tell me about it. When I called to ask why I only got one bottle, the person I spoke to, Dan, insisted that I got the right amount. He didn't mention that they put double the usual amount in one bottle. I guess he thought I was trying to get more than what I paid for. Since then, they haven't been responding to my calls or emails. I've tried reaching out to them many times, but it's like they're ignoring me on purpose, like a toddler throwing a tantrum. It's frustrating because I paid to see their doctor and get a prescription filled, but now they won't help me refill it or even give me the doctor's information so I can transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. They just refuse to get back to me. It seems like this business acts unprofessionally and holds a grudge against their customers. They won't even let me fix whatever mistake I made. I tried explaining and apologizing to Dan, but he ignores everything I say. They behave like children and it's really unprofessional. I seriously wouldn't recommend doing any business with them.

I been using Trimix for a few years. Trimix is a mix of three drugs for Erectile Disfunction. I found Olympia Compounding Pharmacy in Longwood Fl online. I called and talked to Robert C, a sales rep for Olympic Pharmacy. We talked a few times over a few days. During these talks, he said the Trimix I used was weak and suggested formula #105, which he said was twice as strong as the one I got from the other pharmacy. I got a prescription from my doctor and it was filled on 8/22/22. The formula was supposed to be shipped cold, but when I got it, the cold packs had melted and the bottle was warm. I told Robert C and he said the formula had preservatives to protect its effectiveness. I used the prescription a few times with little success. Olympia has a FB page and I saw a post from someone with the same problem. So I wrote a similar post explaining my problem. About an hour later, Chris A contacted me saying he could help. On Monday, he contacted the sales rep Robert C, who called me. He didn't help at all. He suggested a stronger formula. But he said I might have a leakage in my penis or to use a band around it, which is why the formula didn't work. To make a long story short, Olympia wouldn't replace or give a stronger formula, saying the 15-day return time had passed. I wasn't told about a 15-day return policy. This was about 2 months later. I was really disappointed with their response, so I filed this complaint with you. There are other details, but I can't fit them in this email. Please help me resolve this issue. I filed a complaint not just to get my money back or another solution, but because I want others to know how Olympia does business.
