Hello I'm writing you today sadly because I've used your soap products over 20+ yrs and within the pass 2-3 yrs or so I've noticed a change and the soap makes my body feel so dry and Irritating as if the Ingredients has been changed Modified in so way. That I've changed my brand of soap to Dove I was highly disappointed because I've been using Olay for so long I just loved it but with the downgrade I feel the soap has made, the bars as gotten smaller prices has increased while the Quality decreased. If you where to go back to their original product I will return as a customer but until then I'm sadly to say that I can't buy your products any longer.

So, I decided to try ordering from Olay's website and let me tell you, it has been a hassle! I reached out to them on Facebook and IG, as well as filled out a form on their site, but it has been three and a half weeks and I still haven't received my order. Each time I get a response, it's from a different representative and all they say is "please let us know if you still haven't received your products". It's frustrating because I feel like they are not paying attention to my communications and just sending generic responses.

Honestly, I'm so disappointed with their customer service. Instead of solving the main issue immediately, they make me wait for a week before replying to my emails, and even then, they don't provide any solution at all. It feels like they don't care about fulfilling their customer's orders. I would not recommend ordering from their website at all.

It's really a shame because I've used and enjoyed Olay products before, but this experience has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future because it's not worth the frustration.

I had made an order on Olay's website on January 14th, but unfortunately my package still hasn't arrived. After being shipped on January 18th through USPS, I had not received any updates on the tracking since January 27th. Worried about the whereabouts of my package, I reached out to Olay for assistance just 2 days ago. Their response was vague, only telling me that my package was still in transit and scheduled for delivery, with no estimated date. I was disappointed that I didn't receive additional help nor any follow up from their team, as all they suggested was for me to call if the package didn't arrive. The fact that my order shipped 16 days ago and I have yet to receive it seems concerning. I live in Pennsylvania, which is not a deserted island, so it's hard to understand how it could take so long. I do regret not using a more reliable provider like Amazon, and relying on Olay directly. I hope that this issue gets resolved soon, because their lack of follow up was definitely not appreciated.

I recently had a bit of a mishap when ordering from Olay. I unintentionally ordered three orders in the month of June and when I reached out to the company by email, I was quite disappointed that I received no reply. It's now August, several weeks down the line, and to my shock and disappointment, I'm still waiting on my refund for one out of three orders. It's been quite frustrating and stressful trying to get my money back. I'm not impressed at all. In my opinion, this is the worst company to buy from. I wouldn't wish the hassle I've gone through on my worst enemy.

In 2017, someone showed me the first Olay night cream, I wasn't concerned about beauty before, but now I'm in love with Olay products. I am a cancer survivor twice, my skin used to be dry, saggy, and embarrassing, but now it glows! Y'all, I use the Olay cream every day. After three years of using it, my skin is so beautiful. The only thing I have changed is I now use Olay whipped cream. I wouldn't change anything about it! I just wanted to tell y'all about my fantastic experience with Olay. I tried to add some before and after photos, but it didn't work. Y'all should see the difference!

I've been using Olay for awhile now and I gotta say, my skin has never looked better. I've always struggled with acne and oily skin, but since I started using Olay, my face has cleared up significantly. And not only that, but my skin feels firmer and more radiant. It's the perfect consistency - not too heavy, not too light - and it gives me an instant glow. Plus, it has SPF 25 in it, so I don't have to worry about putting on sunscreen separately. And let's be real, I'm not the best when it comes to remembering to put on sunscreen, so anything that combines skincare and sun protection is a winner in my book.

Been using Olay products for over 40 years now and have always taught my daughters the importance of healthy skin care routine. However, that recent commercial with a transgender person (Dylan Mulvaney) has me feeling some type of way. I mean come on, is that person even qualified to tell us about skin care? It's a huge disrespect to women! And guess what? I won't buy another Olay product again and neither will my daughters. I'm a product of the 70s, and it's sad to see this kind of representation for women and our beauty products. All the women in my family are with me on this decision.

Soo, I was flipping through some channels and saw this commercial for Oil of Olay stuff. They had those African dissented ladies modeling it and were all like "stop the bias" or something. Honestly, it seemed kinda weird to me because everyone knows that Oil of Olay was originally made in Asia for those gorg white porcelain skin types. That's why you always saw the cute Asian and Caucasion models plugging it. But anyone can get it, I guess.

But let's be real, the most beautiful people in the world have that smooth, white porcelain Ivory skin. And that's what people wanna see, right? 'Cause that's what sells products like Oil of Olay. But lately, it seems like they're lowering their standards or something. I saw this model advertising their latest ad and I swear, she looked like a creature from the Blue Lagoon. Her gums were all brownish-black and up close in the camera, it was trippy. But hey, at least she didn't feel like she had to wear one of those Caucasian wigs or hair extensions, right? Her hair was all dry and brillo-y though. Not cute.

Look, Oil of Olay can go ahead and buy out all the unattractive people they want, but beautiful people are gonna gravitate toward other beautiful people. They wanna use the product that's going to work best for their own skin type and needs. Ya feel me?

As a longtime fan of Olay products, my experience with their website left much to be desired. While their skincare items have always impressed me, navigating their online store was a real headache. At times, even simple search terms failed to yield any results. And as for the supposed perks of signing up for their email list, forget about it. Despite their claims of a 20% discount, I was never able to get it to work. I've spent more time than I care to admit going back and forth with customer service trying to get it sorted out. But I'm not convinced their IT department knows what they're doing.

As a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble, Olay is obviously a major player in the skincare industry. So, it's disheartening to see such incompetence when it comes to their online presence. It's not like generating a simple promo code should be rocket science. To their credit, they did try to make it up to me with prepaid debit cards. But those are hardly the most user-friendly solution. Honestly, a simple gift card would have been much easier to use.

It wasn't until I finally placed my order that things got even messier. After completing my purchase, I received an email informing me that one of my chosen items was out of stock. But there was no indication of when it might be available again or if I'd be refunded for the charge. Once again, it took multiple emails to clear things up.

At this point, it's hard not to feel frustrated with Olay. As someone who has long admired their skincare products, I want to see them succeed. But if their online store remains this much of a disaster, it's hard to imagine I'll be returning anytime soon. P&G, listen up: your website needs serious work!

So listen up y'all, got my hands on some Olay cream and it was not a pleasant experience. The darn jar came to me all busted open with half the cream smeared all over the place. It's a shame, 'cause I decently showed it some love and kept it safe like a treasure - maybe it just wanted to be free?

I gotta say, this Olay Clay Stick Pore Detox Mask is really the bee's knees! I mean, it's so easy to put on, you don't have to worry about any mess or drips. Just slap it on your face, and voila! It's also really good for us oily-skinned folks. You can feel it pulling out all that excess oil and dirt from your pores.

And let me tell you, they have like 4 different options to choose from, which is pretty dang cool. But I always go for the charcoal one, because it just feels so satisfying watching all that gunk get sucked out of my face. Plus, it helps keep my skin looking nice and smooth.

So yeah, if you're looking for a good pore-detoxing mask that won't make a mess, I highly recommend this one. Olay's really got it going on with this Clay Stick Pore Detox Mask, ya'll.

I recently picked up a new body wash from Olay's website. The scent I chose was Fresh Water & Lavender. Unfortunately, after using this product for a little while, my body broke out in an uncomfortable rash. I had to visit my doctor's office to get some help with managing it. I'm disappointed that this product didn't work out for me, and I'd love to speak to someone from Olay about this experience. I swear, I can't even believe my eyes! I thought I was seeing things when I logged into my bank app and saw not one, not two, but FOUR transactions for almost $1500 charged to my account from Olay.com. I mean, what the heck!? I've never even spent that much at one time, let alone four separate times! My heart was racing, and I was fuming mad!

I immediately got on the phone with my bank's fraud department to report the fraudulent charges and dispute them. But, a week later, we're still going back and forth with Olay.com and my bank trying to straighten this mess out. It's been a nightmare!

However, this time around, I noticed something wasn't right. Unfortunately, the moisturizer seems to have dried out my skin like no other before. My skin feels rough and dry, which is particularly unusual for a product that is supposed to help defy the effects of aging. Moreover, the cream caused a vaginal infection, which is an issue I have never experienced before with Olay products.

I been using Olay face cream for so long, it's part of my daily routine. But, the other day, I noticed the pump on my bottle wouldn't work no more! So, I buy another bottle but when I call the company for help with the old bottle they say they can't do nothing without the box it comes in. Who has the box for a product they already using? I ain't very happy with this company right now and might have to switch to something else. 'Cause seriously, ain't nobody got time for all that box keeping!
