Just like prior complaints, I ordered a product and now the company charged my card for $19.99. I ordered what I thought was a good deal for a pocket knife. Now the company has charged me $19.99 for a membership. I can log into their web site and do not see any way that I can delete my account. This company's goal is to obviously trick people into purchasing an inexpensive item so they can keep taking a recurring charge for some type of membership which is not worth anywhere near the price. With all the similar complaints, this company needs to be fined and/or shut down.

NASCAR 2021 Calendar purchased 12/20. No reference to monthly $19.99 charge. Want FULL refund, 3 months, immediately. This Company and promotion is an absolute scam. Shame on NASCAR for having any association with them. A calendar promotion back in December is now a recurring monthly charge of $19.99 for a total of $59.97. I've called and I've emailed the company with no response. I want a full refund and at once and the account cancelled. This is stealing and the company should be prosecuted for their actions. Obviously, I'm not the first one to have fallen prey. HELP!

I NEVER gave NASCAR authorization to take money from my account and if I did then it was so buried in the website that I didn't recognize it. Based on the complaints I would recommend a better practice. Almost every complaint is about this same thing. What a sneaky way to do business.

Item purchased not received. 19.99 deducted for membership which I never signed up for. I'd like money returned to my account. I purchased a mug for 3.50 and gave them my banking information. I have yet to receive the mug, and now I received an e-mail from them stating (This email is to confirm that your monthly membership fee of $19.99 has successfully been processed.). I never signed up for a membership. Reading all of the previous complaints I'm not the first. Please look into this matter and request the money for the mug and membership be credited to my account. Thank you

Business is bait and switch scam. I ordered a "free" calendar, gave them my cc for shipping. Next month my cc was hit for $19.98 for monthly membership fees. I sent an email on 10/24 to cancel, no response. I sent another email on 10/25. No response se. Tried calling at 130pm est 10/27. Their number goes directly to recording saying they are experiencing high call volume, but the recording lists my queue number as 1. I stayed on the line for several minutes but no one answers. It just says to send an email. But they don't respond to that either. I want my membership canceled and no further charges.

Tried to purchase an item. Never received. Scammed into monthly charges that are impossible to cancel instead. The purchase occurred on May 27th. I don't remember the specific model or price, as I now realize I was never sent an invoice or receipt. It was a water bottle that was advertised on Facebook. It was never received, but instead I started getting $9.99 monthly charges. I have since changed my card, as it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. There is no online option to cancel or opt-out. They require you call their support line, and sit on hold for hours. It's easier to cancel my card at this point.

I made several purchases for my grand nephew from Nascar. They made an offer of a free flag but did not say that I would be charged $19.99 a month. I have made several purchases for my grand nephew for birthday and Christmas presents from Nascar so I thought they were offering a flag for $3.95 on 1/6. I did not know there were strings attached and I would be charged $19.99 a month for Nascar official membership. I was charged $19.99 on 2/9, $19.99 on 3/11 and will be charged continually each month. I would like a refund CHECK as my Bank of America credit card that I made the purchase on is now closed.

I ordered a Kevin Harvick #4 travel mug for $1.95. Now they are charging my acct $19.99 a month for a membership I did not sign up for. Two months now they have taken their "membership fee" out of my acct. But what have I gotten for this membership fee? Absolutely nothing! Didn't even know that they were draining my acct until my wife asked me what the charges were for! I tried contacting them to cancel this so called membership and for a full refund. But no response at all. I just want this cancelled, no more stealing out of my acct, and a refund for the 2 months. I will Never again respond to anything from NASCAR! They have lost a lifelong fan this time!

I was offered a free calendar and went through the check out process but didn't pay anything. It was incredibly unclear I was signing up for a monthly membership fee - that is all fine but when you go to cancel - you can't do it online, when you call the number on the *** NO ONE ANSWERS. I sat as "#1 in que line" for 20 minutes with the same voice telling me to email. I finally emailed and haven't heard anything back. This feels extremely scammy and I am extremely upset by how hard it is to cancel my membership. This should be illegal as no one will let me cancel my membership. I would like to cancel and a refund because I feel like I've been hoodwinked by a business.

This is a very shady business practice of signing people up for a worthless membership that I never wanted. They claim it was in the fine print. I paid shipping for a cheap NASCAR schedule. I did not sign up for a worthless monthly membership. When I tried to cancel, they told me that I had signed up for a limited time $7.99 membership that is automatically upgraded to a premium $19.99 membership after the trial period. They also told me that it was all in the fine print. There was no warning that they had automatically upgraded my membership. They just took the money. The only good thing they did do was tell me after they stole from me. This is a very shady business practice that is using the NASCAR name to steal from people.

Sunday, March 14,2021 Good Afternoon... I just made a purchase for a steel water bottle today of $2.95. On Google they tell me that they ask to pay $14.95 a month if a customer of ONMC does not cancel a NASCAR membership and if changes credit and debit card information they charge you $19.99. I would like to close out my NASCAR account and cancel it because they charge you additional fees. I would like this account to cancelled immediately. I cannot afford to pay this every month. At this time since it is the pandemic I am under unemployment. I would like NASCAR to cancel my NASCAR account immediately. They had no permission to sign up me at ONMC website they sign me up automatically by sending me promotional email. Thanks you for your understanding!

My 15 year old son purchased a calendar from this site for just a couple of dollars. I just discovered that they charged my credit card $19.99 for the past two months for a membership that he didn't want. In addition, I tried to cancel via their website and it says to call their number for cancellations. I called the number and received a voicemail during business hours. I left a message with my info to cancel the subscription. In addition, there was an email address that was on their voicemail. I tried to email them and it came back undeliverable. I have since blocked my credit card from anymore transactions from this company. I would like a refund for two months at $19.99 mailed to me. Hard lesson learned for my son who I am making him pay for this unless this is resolved.

Free NASCAR calendar with $1.95 for shipping. I was charged $19.99 for a membership I did not want or agree too. I want my money back. SCAM! I Ordered a FREE NASCAR calendar on 12/14 with $1.95 for shipping. Received a small poster of a schedule on 1/22/2121. My bank account was drafted on 1/13 for $19.99 for a bogus membership into the NASCAR Members Club. When I called about the charges, they claim they offer a 30 day free trial, yet they wait 25-30 days before sending the small poster and then charge your account for a membership fee. This is a total scam! The monthly bank drafts will not stop until you call and officially request to "cancel" your subscription. SCAM! I want my money back! You receive NOTHING as a member of this "club." A club of people who have been scammed by this company. Again, I want my money back immediately!

Clicked an email to receive a NASCAR Tumbler for myself and my wife (2 separate purchases) from the "Official NASCAR Members Club" and only had to pay the shipping of $1.95 per item x 2 ($3.80 total). I just noticed this week, that every month around the 20th of each month, I have two separate $19.99 charges ($38.98 monthly) on my debit card on the following dates: May 21 - Initial $1.95 shipping charge x 2 (approved) June 21 - $19.99 x 2 = $39.98 (not approved) July 19 - $19.99 x 2 = $39.98 (not approved) August 18 - $19.99 x 2 = $39.98 (not approved) I tried contacting them numerous times via telephone, but never got an answer. I sent an email to their customer service dept, but it was returned as "undeliverable". There is also NO WAY on their website to get out of/unsubscribe from any services that may have been snuck into the "free tumblers". I would like a refund as this is VERY shady.

Fraud by saying you can buy a calendar just for shipping cost.Then I was charged $19.99 each for a membership for me and my son with out authorization A membership in my name and my son's name was charged to my card on 9/17 without permission. I bought a calendar for me and my son. I had no clue I was being charged for memberships for $19.99 each. I cancelled the memberships today 11/10 by calling the number. She never identity herself or asked for any information to identify me. She said she cancelled both memberships and an email would be sent to prove it was cancelled. No email and how did she know who I was without me giving her information. Also I have all the sudden been getting text messages with my name on the text messages from Cleveland, Ohio, Memphis Tennessee, and New York after these memberships started. My bank never red flagged the charges. Are they actually connected to NASCAR?

4/12 $1.95 and now $19.99 They Provided me with a Key Chain The issue is like many before me all I did was pay the shipping for the free key chain. I did not see any free membership or recurring charge coming and when I tried to close the account I found there is no link or way to close the account on the website. This is an Issue and a Red Flag. With the only way to cancel the account is by the phone number or email address that phone is never answered and the email so far as been an auto-response to the emails I have sent them. I am a retired and disabled 62yr old Vet that cannot afford the bill every month and is offended by a website that appears to be an official Nascar affiliate but after much research, I find no such link to the official Nascar website or Nascar at all. Also, this seems to be an issue they could fix just by putting a support and help link with a way to cancel account on website instead of making people go to all the hassle and time of trying to cancel
