I asked for a loan to buy a new car at NuMark Credit Union, and the person at the *** branch sent me someone else's loan application with their Personal Information already filled in. That's not cool!

This place is so hard to reach, it's like they don't even exist! We've had our *** with them for like a whole year now and we've been trying to get in touch with them for just as long so we can pay online or over the phone. We've sent a bunch of emails and left a ton of messages, but they never bother to hit us back.

I really liked *** Credit Union. They were always there for their members, fixed problems quickly, and didn't make me wait long. But since Numark took over, it's been a mess. They keep charging me for little things and won't give me a straight answer when I ask for help. I have a car loan and four accounts, including a business account. I'm thinking about taking my business somewhere else. Thanks for nothing, Numark.

I used to bank with another Credit Union that got bought by NuMark. I've been trying to get in touch with them for 19 days now, but they never answer or call back. I've been in a call back line every day at every location, but no one ever picks up or calls me back. I've left messages every day, but still no response. Usually, I get my car loans at , and I've even bought two cars during this time. I was so frustrated that I had to call the police to check if they were even real. This is the worst business I've ever dealt with. I'll have to take a day off work and drive two hours each way just to close my account. That'll be the best time I've spent with these clowns.

NuMark Credit Union is usually the best, but my recent experience with them was terrible. I had to deal with them before and after the merge, and the customer service was awful no matter what time of day it was. Two weeks ago, I called to report a fraudulent transaction on my debit card. I had to wait on hold for an hour before speaking to a representative. When I finally got through, the representative interrupted me in the middle of our conversation and said there was nothing she could do. She told me to call the person I bought the merchandise from. She was screaming at me, and when I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. Today, I spent hours trying to speak with someone. When I finally got through, one of the managers asked me to call her back. I stayed on hold for half an hour, and when the teller finally answered, she started yelling at me because I said I would hold on until the manager finished her call. I couldn't believe how bad the customer service was. I started at 11:43 am, and by 2:53 pm, nothing was resolved. The representative came back to the phone and said she had my information and would call me back. I told her I wanted to close my account, and she hung up on me. When I called back, the same rude manager from two weeks ago answered. I asked to close my account, and she told me how to receive my transaction by mail. When I mentioned the rudeness of the representative, she didn't apologize for the unprofessionalism of her team. I called four times today and spoke with four people. Two of them hung up on me, and the manager I spoke with twice was also rude. I refuse to let someone invest my funds for their benefit and treat me like I'm not a customer. I'm moving my service to a company that appreciates their clients. I've never encountered this level of unprofessionalism from a banking institution. They send you in a circle because they all stick together and know you won't speak with management, so the issues can't be resolved. I'm done with this Credit Union.

Numark Credit Union hasn't fixed my account since November . I got a car loan with a 60-month term of $199.00 with ***% interest from a dealership in their program. I'm 24 years old and work hard as a manager at Cinemark, making less than $27,000 a year. My credit is good now. I've paid 52 of the 60 payments, but Numark says I still owe $5,500. The car cost $7368, but it's a lemon. I haven't been able to drive it since November because it needs over *** in repairs, and I have the invoice to prove it. The car is only worth $2,000. I've been calling and emailing since November , and I've sent all proof of insurance as they asked. I've paid a total of $10,348 on this loan with my 52 payments of $199. I need help resolving this.

My daughter-in-law helps me with my NuMark Credit Union account. Since COVID-19, we've been emailing to get deferral info. We sent an email asking how to proceed and qualify. We got an email back with an application, but it might have gotten lost. We paid for March but not April, waiting for an official response. Now we're past due and need to pay April to qualify for deferral. Customer service hasn't been helpful. They couldn't find our emails and didn't offer a solution during these tough times.
