Nomorerack is selling counterfeit Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. We received our pair on Christmas eve. They were not in a manufacturers box and did not include an owners manual. We thought for a second that these were perhaps customer returns or refurbished products, which would explaint the great price. We called today to ask and were told that these actual ship direct from a wholesaler who is well known on "webutation" for selling replica products. Nomorerack did not have any information on the product. Did nomorerack.com even investigate this seller? If they had they would have known immediately that this seller pushes fakes! There are several online complaints regarding this issue, all popping up since they first offered these a few weeks ago. Yet today they are selling more of these, now knowing that these are fake! Nomorerack offered to have us return these for a refund or an exchage. An exchange for what? Another set of counterfeits without a box or packaging? How do we send the product back for a refund when they were sent without a box and no packaging! If nomorerack is now aware these are fake they should give immediate refunds. Those of us who bought these are now going to scrounge to go get the real thing. Why should we pay return shipping and wait for a refund? I will be happy to send these back but want immediately repayment and paid return shipping! No one should have to wait for their money on a counterfeit product. I will spend the day spreading this online. Do NOT buy from this website!

I ordered two pair of boots and only received one pair. Have sent many emails. With someone emailing me back to say they are checking into it. But no one has done anything about it . I paid for these boots on November the 11th, plenty of time to be here for Christmas but the boots haven't come. This also happened on my first order to this site too. I received the wrong blanket, . It said it was much bigger than it was, and then I didn't get but one. ordered two. I don't like to complain on companies but this is just wrong.

I wish I read some reviews before I made a purchase. I made a purchase on Dec 4th for 2 bracelets as a stocking stuffer for my daughter and received a tracking number Dec 5th. I waited for my purchase to arrive for Christmas then recently discovered 2 days ago that the tracking number didn't pull up any tracking information other than that it was received on Dec 5th. I tried to notify UPS but the email would not send due to a wrong format of the tracking number (suppose to have a letter/number combination). I attempted to contact UPS through their "mail innovations" dept. and still have yet to receive a response. I have received a reply from nomorerack customer rep and they finally stated that they have issued a credit. They initially told me that it has been shipped and was going to leave it at that. I'm still skeptic because the reply email about the refund I received was on Christmas Day. I'm just glad I didn't spend a lot of money. I will not purchase another item from this site again.

I saw this company's ad's on the Internet and the products they were selling at unbelievable prices. I ordered several items, all of inferior made and quality. I wrote to their customer service to report my displeasure. Their representatives informed me of their sorrow over my displeasure. I was told if I did not want the products I could dispose of them and receive credit for those purchases. Now, this company wants my credit card company to charge for these items which I discarded. I will contest their decision. The one product, an electric shaver had a warning that this device had a problem which could result in cancer or birth defects! an electric shaver?

I ordered a netbook for my son and a tablet for me, they both worked for about a week, then they stopped, when I contacted them they gave me the shippers phone number and I called them who are located in Athens NY, they sent replacements for both but they were no better. When I contacted nomorerack again they said I had the products for to long, I informed them that I would no longer purchase anything from them and I contacted all my friends that I had told about the site and they have also stopped purchasing from them.

Like so many other disappointed customers, I received an item (sweat pants) that were seriously mis-sized (two sizes too small). I had to send 4 emails before they finally agreed to take the item back. Initially, they claimed the sale had been marked "final, "but I pointed out that one can't hide behind that defense if the clothing is so erroneously sized as to be totally unwearable by the customer.I received a return label and sent the pants back, but my account has never been credited. Stay the hell away from these crooks!

I ordered several times during this holiday season and had issues with three orders. Two were items that I didn't think were as described so I returned them. I have received the runaround from the company ever since, claimed they couldn't locate the returned merchandise, despite the fact that I provided tracking info that showed otherwise, then said they would only give a store credit, etc.etc. the third order, I received items that were not what I had ordered, so I returned them, they have not replaced with what I wanted, nor have they issued a refund. This started in mid November, I continue to wait for $171.00 in refunds.

Where do I start? I ordered a comforter and sheets on Nov. 17, order number [protected]-[protected]. I received the wrong comforter and the sheets were the wrong color. When email to return, received email back saying would hear something in 24-48 hrs, 5 days later had not heard anything so called to straighten out... what is to be a 2 min or less wait was at LEAST 22 min EVERY time I called! Said I could return both but had to pay shipping on sheets... after MANY phone calls and talking to management I was told they would pay for shipping! After days of not receiving return labels I called again... to find out they sent it to wrong email and would not send out another. After more phone calls finally agreed I could ship them back and I would be reimbursed for the shipping costs. Was told to ship ground USPS.. when went to ship was told going to cost 122.00 for one package... so nice me call again and informed them the price and told them cheaper to ship UPS. So I did that and instead of money back on my credit card I was issued a in store credit and in the WRONG amount. Still fighting this process. NEVER again will I shop from this store!

I purchased blue leggings through Nomorerack.com
They arrived and were the wrong size but since they are a sale item, the policy states they cannot be returned for a refund. I was initially unaware of the policy so after mailing them back, I have now waited over 2 weeks for them to be returned to me.
I have the tracking number which I have provided twice. It shows the item was delivered March 3, 2014 in Los Angeles yet nomorerack does not seem to agree that the item was ever received. I am very disappointed that this has still not been resolved and await another response.

In November 2012 I purchased two tablets, prior to them being shipped I attempted to cancel the order, not a chance apparently the company policies are to only issue a 'credit' once the items have been returned? This obviously raised suspicions and I did what I should have done before ordering from them, I checked them out on line! If only I had made the effort to do that before placing my order there is no way that I would shop with them.
The items arrived and yes you have guessed it, not as described missing parts etc etc, no information on how to return the items, I contacted them via e-mail yes they do respond, but it takes weeks before the customer service would part with how/where to return the items. On 2nd Jan 2013 I had the information available to return them it is now Jan 28th even though I followed their return instructions (scanned and sent shipping receipt etc) I have still not received any acknowledgement of receipt or indeed any news about the refund!
In my opinion this company and the people who work there are either totally incompetent or despicable con artists, do yourself a service and perhaps pay a little more but buy from another company.

I fell for the "awesome" deal of a "pearl bracelet" worth 79.99 for only $5.00 plus $2.00 shipping. The thing broke the first time I wore it! They offered to give me my purchase price back if i sent the bracelet back. The "pearls" even look cheap! I also ordered the hello kitty messenger bag and don't think it looks like it should sell for $45.00(original price) I paid $20.00 but don't think it was worth it.

As soon as I signed up on nomorerack I have been bombarded by junk emails... I find it very disconcerting that email addresses are shared or sold from this site- precisely for this reason I have unsubscribed and blocked all their emails as spam. This is no way to run a business, customers DO NOT WANT their email addresses given out to other parties... this company will eventually figure this out but it will probably be too late. People, run from this site!

Risky quality. Terrible after sale service - fake or old tracking numbers, some late or non deliveries. too many other legit places to buy from low BBB rating "F". JUST DON'T DO IT.

I ordered a purse which came in a couple of weeks. It wasn't leather, as the write up led you to believe. I returned the purse in June. I had gotten rid of all my paperwork when I realized I hadn't gotten a refund or credit. They are telling me that I have to provide proof of the return. Can't find a location for the warehouse - which is where Clara, my customer service (?!) rep says she has to check. I don't suppose she could just check my order, which they should have in their system, and contact the warehouse. I wouldn't order anything from this place again.

I received defective and misrepresented merchandise. After being told to mail them back, with tracking, for a full refund the company has stopped responding to me. Since filing a complaing with the FTC and BBB, they've sent me on canned email response asking that I continue to wait for my refund to be processed. It's already been 3 weeks since they've received the merchandise.

I purchased a MID android tablet . After one week of playing and reading on it it does not turn on any more . Have tried different forms of charging the wall charger and computer charger that came with product, I knew at that price it would not last forever but thought for maybe a year .. I have a nook that is 3 years old that i use daily and is still working great. Thanks Mary Ernst

I ordered a Cuisinart 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker from Nomorerack.com which was counterfeit and arrived damaged. Even the box was counterfeit. I have 19 email correspondences from this company and they have yet to issue a refund. They told me that they could only issue store credit, although I was promised a full refund PLUS returned shipping charges. Now, they are claiming they have lost my original receipt. This is a FRAUDULENT company. BEWARE!

Ordered two rings. One was $38 but said retail was over $250. I thought oh boy. While I was waiting I saw the same ring on another very repretable site for $36 with retail of $43. SAME EXACT RING. In fact when I RECEIVED IT, IT WAS FROM THE OTHER SITE WHERE i SAW IT FOR RETAIL OF $43, go figure. Nomorerack would not address why they said it was a $250 retail ring. Meanwhile I received my next ring which was $59 and retail for $492. NO WAY are they worth that or even genuine as they stated. STAY AWAY from this site. I am in process of returning them. I am deleating the site out of my system.

HORRIBLE. I ordered 3 items, none of which were as pictured on the site - one was a cami that was supposed to be ecru and came bright pink (and garbage quality), one was a "solar lamp" that came in a different color than what I ordered and worked one time before never working again, and one was a set of "plant coasters" that were literally the size of drink coasters. Their shipping was completely bizarre - each item was haphazardly thrown in its own box, 2 of which were huge (like the size of a small tv box), no receipt, no return info, nothing. I contacted them to ask how to return items - their customer service person didn't seem to speak english, so it took 6 emails to even get info on how to send these items back. After hearing nothing for 3 weeks, I contacted them and complained - they claimed (and still claim, despite the tracking sent to them) that they have not received my items, and refuse to issue a refund. I think at this point it's too late to do anything through the credit card company.

This site is dishonest from the minute you order till the minute you don't receive your refund - STAY AWAY - FAR FAR AWAY!

I was shopping for a GPS as a Christmas gift. I found one on the site. It was a $249.00 item for $60.00. All the other GPS items were less suggested retail and twice the selling price. That seemed odd. Anyway, I could not place the order. I kept clicking on the "Buy It Now" but nothing happened. There wasn't any mention of it being out of stock. I contacted customer service and have received nothing but "our first priority is the customer" they are not helpful. I am not shopping here again.

Initially I was thrilled with the idea of being able to have something similar to gearscan.com for other items besides recreational. However, now as their inventory has expanded significantly, I have found that their products have decline in quality. Though the customer service is quick to respond to request, they are not quick to take action.

I have been waiting for a refund for a $20 item, which had the wrong description, for 6 weeks now. In addition, their sizes are off and typically run small.

I do not intend to make any further purchases, being that after further research, I have found that sites like Amazon and Ebay offer the same items for around the same price, but have customer service reps that do take responsibility is the situation and go above and beyond what is expected of them.

I purchased a pair of boots back on Novemeber 19th and have not yet recieved my order. I recieved a email about 3 days after I made the purchase saying that my item had shipped with a tracking number, when I click on the tracking number, I get a blank page. I tired going on Ups and Fedex website to track, to no avail. After sending 3 emails to the company, I finally recieved a email back but I am still not satisfied! I finally thought I found a 1800 number for them but am told that they are just a company that gets in touch with the company for you and they too sent a email for me. This website is a total scam! I am trying now to get my money back and I assure you, I will never order from them again.

I ordered 2 items on 11/26/2012. The website guarantees 10-14 days for delivery of items; I got 1 item within the guaranteed delivery time. However, it was the wrong item. The 2nd item has still not been delivered. I received a shipping notification 2 days ago from the company, but when I check tracking, it shows USPS still has not even received the item to ship. These were to be a Christmas present, but it is now a day after Christmas and I still have not received the item. I will not be ordering from this site again.

I ordered a jewelries on November 2012 and I havent received the items. I told them about it and they answered me that I am getting store credits. I told them I don't want store credits and want my money refunded. They emailed me back that the money is being process to my bank. After two weeks I asked them about it and still same answer that the whole amount is refunded and it maybe my bank that is causing the delay. I called my bank and there is nothing from Nomorerack. After a few days I got an email from Nomorerack that my items is shipped. 5 days passed already since that email and I have not receive my item yet. Nor money refunded. They are a scam. The service is so bad. They are liars. Stay away from this company. I dont want you to go through with what I have experienced from them. They are nothig but a Scammer. SAY AWAY!

I ordered 9 things on Cyber Monday. Figured this was early enough to order presents for Christmas. Guess I figured wrong. Items were missing. Some never shipped nor decided to tell me they weren't being shipped. Problems with their vendor or something? How is that my issue if a business does business with somebody and THEY fail. Nobody responded for live chat or emails. Finally had to sit on hold. They still don't know why or where parts of my order are, will see if I get my refund.

Ordered what was advertised as an authentic AEE MD80 mini spy camera w/ 8gb memory card that retailed at between $70 to $100, what was shipped to me was a cheap, inferior copy found anywhere on the Web for about 10 bucks.

After a wasted hour speaking to a clueless customer service rep. who finally admitted she couldn't help me, I began email NOMORERACK. After seven or eight emails, I've finally gotten them to say I can have a refund(how kind of them), but I get to lose money to send the crappy camera back to them.

They falsely advertise a different product than the one they ship to me, and yet I'm supposed to use MY money to make it right?

My wife wants me to contact the fraud division of our State Attorney's office, the consumer reporter with our largest newspaper, and our local television station to teach them a lesson. Another friend wants to start a Twitter campaign against them.

I told the service rep. 'Abby' I just wanted what I originally paid for, and I would gladly walk away. Is it that hard to treat your customers correctly? Really? So far order #3436470 has been a nightmare.

I have had the worst online shopping experience with this website. I bought an item of clothing which clearly did not follow standard sizing rules. Anyway, I emailed customer service asking how to return the item and got the instructions and returned it. Its been 3 months since I am still fighting to get a refund for it. I have talked to 4 different people now and I am absolutely frustrated. Those jerks can keep my money. Learnt my lesson - never buy anything from nomorerack and I advise others to do the same.

As everyone mentions--shipping takes a bit long. I received all 3 items, but the quality is complete junk. I ordered 1600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets--these are rags. The material is not cotton, it's thin like a sheer curtain, the pillow cases are barely hemmed, the bottom sheet has elastic all the way around, and there are random threads already unraveling. I have had the sheets less than 12 hrs. I emailed customer service as soon as I saw the quality--I want my money back and I will never purchase from them again. I was foolish to fall for them.

Purchased a tablet from nomorerack, was not happy with performance of tablet, sent email to customer service for return affirmation, they have no record of product being sent to my address, they ask for invoice number which did not come in package.so after many emails for refund affirmation, I sent product back in original shipping package to nomorerack in Los Angeles, they than deactivate account with them and no response of my refund,

Worst site ever -- I called them to make sure I wasn't buying a re-furbished product and they confirmed it was not re-furbished. Then I received it 3 weeks later and it was refurbished and defective. They said they would refund me but that I'd have to pay shipping costs and they would issue me credit for the shipping costs -- credit for what? to buy more crappy products from their site? AWFUL customer service.

Buyers beware! The deals they post are usually not that great of a deal. The same products they have a 'deal' on can be found for a better price at other websites. They excel with the markup game and *completely* exaggerate the original retail price, therefore increasing the supposed % off the product. I have also bought an item that was a 'deal' and found it the next day at a lower price on the same site! They did not want to offer a comp or credit for the price difference.

I waited and waited for my order placed November 24, never received. They charged my credit card immediately, now I'm hoping they issue a credit after they are indicating that the order is lost..status indicates never even shipped. Should have read reviews before purchasing.

I ordered a pair of Ugg-type boots on 11/26. I contacted customer service. They were very prompt in their replies but unable to tell me when the item would ship. They credited my account for the amount I paid, but I told them I'd never buy from them again after this experience and I wanted my credit back to my PayPal account. Today (1/5) I checked the order and it's been canceled, I'm not showing a credit with them, and my PayPal account hasn't been credited either.

I will give the customer service people the benefit of the doubt - they were very responsive to my emails and tried to do the right thing. I don't know how this site expects to stay in business when they can't fulfill on their orders. Never again!

Horrible! Items were received but some were really flawed. Sapphire earrings had nicks out of the surface of the gem and a strange cloudy color on one. Earrings were so dark they did not look like sapphires at all. Another pair of double tier earring had a visble gap on one earring but the other was flush and fine. I most likely will not order again, it is too much of a hit or miss. I contacted them about replacements but got a serious run around. They were out of stock but yet advertising it on their site. Bogus!

I placed my ored for 3 pairs of boots on November 26. Plenty of time to receive before Christmas. They said 2-3 weeks. Ive tried several times to contact them via live chat, emails and never get results. I just get emails saying they received my concerns, emails. Its now Dec 23 and I have yet to hear from the, I want ALL my money back or I am reporting them to fraud. Do not do buisness with this company.
Im also reporting them to my credit card company as fraudulant buisness practices and the BBB.

I ordered a spy camera from nomorerack. It's was of very poor quality. I followed all protocal for returning for a refund and I still have not recieved my refund. I purchased jewlery at the same time and it is also made of cheap quality. I didn't even bother with returning them, I knew I would not recieve the refund on them either.

I bought a x-hose on Nomorerack after an hr I decided to contact and I like to cancel the order but they said the order has been process and send out waited for almost a month before the item arrived. and I returned the item but told me that I will have. a store credit instead of a refund.. rip off don't buy anything in this site

I ordered what I thought was a set of animal tail towel hangers. The cost was $8 plus$2 shipping. I recieved one duck hanger! Researching on the internet I found the actual cost to be $.58. I wrote to nomorerack 5 times and got no satisfaction. The response was boiler plate. I will never do business with them again. Their customer service is deplorable and their product quality sub-par.
