Found this shop on Google search and was a bit sceptical at first as never heard of it before. Decided to take the plunge on a Flydigi Vader 3 Pro Game Controller as it was 40% cheaper than I can get it in the UK. Item was dispatched within 24 hours and took 9 working days to arrive altogether. If you don't have any issues with waiting an extra day or 2, there are plenty of bargains to be had. I had a query about the order and Andy was very helpful, Replied to me within 20 minutes of raising a query. 5 star service, will be definitely using again in the future

I purchased a water dispenser two months ago that took a month to arrive, as the shop is actually located in Hong Kong, not the UK. Unfortunately, the dispenser stopped working after only 2 days of use. When I requested a replacement, the shop agreed to cover return shipping costs if the fault was on their end. However, I had to ship the item back twice due to the misleading postage guidelines they provided(the shop asked me to send it by International Economy rather than Tracked and Signed stating on their website). I finally received a replacement unit, which was a different model than my original order. Despite their multiple errors, the shop refused to reimburse my shipping fees (I just asked for one postage, not two). I am extremely disappointed with the misleading product listing, a faulty item, poor communication around replacements, and lack of accountability for shipping costs even though their policy states the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer if it has exceeded 90 days from the purchase date". It's a scammer and full of lies. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SHOP

I have taken a risk (looking at the reviews) to ordered from the website but had no problems. Item arrived within reasonable period of the time, I think week or so. Only downside they say Royal Mail is providing delivery service but you cannot track parcel as they don't give tracking number. I didn't request one perhaps they would provide if I did. Item was as expected, brand new, working. Can fault.

I saw some dodgy experiences on reddit but decided to try this site out anyways since any payment made would be protected by buyers protection using PayPal. I purchased a xiaomi band 7 which was £10+ below the RRP in uk as far as I know. The item arrived in a week, probably from China. Well, I thought I'd give A1Smartshop a chance and ordered a drone on the 6th of February 2021. The website said it was UK stock and that it would be delivered within 5-8 working days. I was excited and looking forward to receiving the drone I'd ordered, but that excitement soon turned into frustration.

Days turned into weeks, and still, no drone. I'd sent numerous messages asking for the promised tracking information, but received no reply. As the days went by, I began to worry that I'd fallen victim to a scam. In desperation, I turned to PayPal's resolution center and requested a refund. Finally, on the 10th of March, 23 working days after I'd paid for it, I received tracking information from A1Smartshop.

It was too late though, I needed the drone as a birthday present, which had already passed. This experience with A1Smartshop had left me feeling angry and frustrated. It was annoying that I had to get a third party involved to give the business a push to get the item dispatched. That's not the right way to do business. It felt like an attempt at theft, and that's not okay.

When I took it out for a spin, the bottom camera didn't work. The next time, it was fine, but on my third go, when I pressed the home button, the app just froze, and the drone wouldn't respond to any of my controls. It just kept flying until it disappeared from my sight. I tried to explain what happened to their customer service team, but they weren't willing to help me out.

All I got in response was a barrage of abusive messages, with someone threatening me by saying they had friends in the UK who could get back at me. They even went so far as to call me poor because of the pandemic, and told me to stay at home. They've accused me of being a liar when I sent them the GPS data of where the drone landed in the water, and wouldn't provide me with any help.

It's really frustrating because I spent ?120 on this drone, and now I have nothing to show for it. Plus, they advertised the SG907 as being a "no-lose drone" that always comes home and that's a complete lie. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from A1Smartshop, and if you do, beware of their customer service. They're rude, unhelpful, and downright abusive. Save yourself the money and stress and look elsewhere. I'm hoping PayPal will be able to help me sort this mess out soon.
