They take orders, charge money instantly and never send confirmation emails. There was a live chat feature which they disabled after my inquiries about the refund status of my order. No one has ever gotten back and never replied to chat or emails.

I have 1,078 AED with them, and they are neither refunding, cancelling the order, nor delivering it.

Desert Mart ain't worth wasting your hard earned cash at. They're sellin' all sorts of fake goods on their website. And if you try to return anything, they'll just block you. It's a real shame. I've tried callin' their customer service multiple times, from different numbers, but as soon as they realize it's me, they just hang up.

I just wanted to give ya'll a heads up about my experience with desertmart.com. I ordered some Advion Syngenta Cockroach Gel Bait (2 Tubes + 2 Plungers + 2Tips) for around 136 AED and it arrived in just three days - pretty quick delivery if ya ask me.

However, when I received my order, it was packed in a plain plastic cover - not even a label or an invoice. I thought to myself, "this gotta be less than 1 aed cost for the packing!" Plus, the items were damaged and the gel was leaking out - not a good look. To make matters worse, the nozzle and injector were missing and I couldn't even use the product. When I tried to call the driver and customer support, nobody responded and when I emailed the customer care, I got blocked! The nerve of them!

When I tried calling from another number, they were rude and impatient. They didn't seem to care about my issues nor were they willing to give me a replacement or a refund. Horrible customer service if you ask me.

I decided to order some surveillance equipment from Desert Mart (desertmart.com) on January 14th. I was excited to receive four spy cameras and five Samsung SD cards, which cost me a total of 216.00 dollars. However, my experience with the website turned out to be a total disappointment.

Although the Samsung SD cards worked just fine, unfortunately, the spy cameras I purchased didn't come with a functioning scan code required for their activation. I was frustrated as I had spent a total of 135.04 dollars on these cameras that would not work.

I contacted Desert Mart's customer service to ask for a refund for the non-functioning cameras. However, they insisted that someone would need to come and pick them up personally. Finally, I reached an agreement with them to return the items, and I did so. However, despite the return, they still refused to give me my money back, citing issues with my credit card number.

Apparently, my credit card number had been changed due to a suspicious charge, which I had to report to get a new one. However, even though I offered to provide a new credit card number, Desert Mart declined and refused to return my money. Furthermore, their website now refuses to accept my new credit card information, which makes me feel like they are trying to cover up their alleged faulty refund policy.

Furthermore, I'm still getting spam mail from Desert Mart, which seems suspicious to me. All in all, my experience with Desert Mart has been frustrating, and I would not recommend them to others.
