I ordered a 360 human hair wig really loved the picture. I have never got the product nor heard from them. I paid for 2 wigs and got nothing. What a rip off. Never even got a reply I tried to locate and get a hold of someone but couldn't find this place. I really am upset to want this resolved. I think they need reported on face book and BBB

I ordered a human boy cut wig on November 22, 2019 and have not heard nothing and I can't even track the order and the customer service number seem bogus can't get through and I'm even waiting for a response from email messages I m truly disappointed with this company and especially after reading the horrible reviews on line just refunded my money back

They are shady thieves. I placed an order and sent a message asking about shipping since I needed the wig by a certain date and they do not provide that information on the website. They took over 10 hours to reply and when I canceled the order with them they claimed it was past the 12 hour cancellation window and refused to refund me. They kept $75 of my money because of their lack of response time and horrible customer service response time. I asked to speak to management and they would not call, also refused to provide a phone number. They take DAYS to reply and will not refund the rest of my money. They are crooks and should be sued. Do NaOT place an order with these shady people.

They care nothing about their customers and don't stand behind their products. All they are interested in is our money. Don't expect them to sell you good wigs. Most of them are poorly made. Of course, I haven't seen all of them, but I, my friend and aunt ordered almost at the same time. What we got was terrible and definitely wasn't worth its money.
Who are those wigs made for? Touching them is already disgusting and you want us to wear them... Ewww...
Trying to open a dispute to get out money back...

I bought a wig from NextWigs and it was supposed to look natural. Before buying I contacted NextWigs customer service and asked them did it really looked like on pictures and they assured me their wigs were 100% natural and looked great. I believed them and that was the biggest mistake I have ever made.
When I received my wig I was terrified with it quality and looks! When I tried it on it was obvious that I wore a wig.
That was a wig for a family member who had cancer and lost all hair. I wanted to make her happy and decided to order a wig. I would not recommend NextWigs to anyone, this site is terrible and their wigs are nothing but garbage!

Ordered a wig from this scam site and never received it and they gave me a run around before I was finally able to get a refund.
When my wig did not arrive I contacted NextWigs customer service and they said that my wig was being made and that I need to wait some extra weeks. They were not even able to tell me when will I receive it!
Then I decided to order from another website and asked these guys to cancel my order and they said ok, but also told that they can't give me a full refund!
Then I contacted PayPal and asked for help. And thanks to them I did receive my money back.
Do not order anything from NextWigs. These is no information about them on their website, but it seems like they are just another Chinese scam company and the person I spoke to barely spoke English.
