Hello you guys, I am an American soldier who purchased two Tarik Ediz dresses from New York City Dress www.nycdress.com which since Delta Airline' s American Express been hauting them down, changed their name to the following:

1. https://www.nycglamourcouture.com/p19929804/tarik-ediz-98031.html

[protected]@glitznglamsdress.com

2. https://www.lechicny.com/ =

Le Chic Couture, Le Chic New York City, Le Chic Manhattan

3. https://www.nycglamourcouture.com/c94946/tarik-ediz.html

New York CIty Glamour Couture

4.The Dress Warehouse

5. New York City Glamour Dresse

6. New York City Bride

7. Manhattan Dress

8. Le Chic Couture

Originally, I was at the New York dress which a reputable dress company in New York, looking for a Tarik Ediz dress. I knew exactly what I wanted, I spent three days looking for the right wedding dress. While I was making up my mind to purchase the dress from New York Dress website, I saw an add which popped up same dress which cost about 1700 in New York Dress, for about 785, I remember, I was in New York Dress website, I clicked on it, and there was the dress, I purchased two of them. Remember the website link between New York Dress and the New York City Dress was the very same except the fraudalent one added an s which is hard to detect.

I purchased the dress overnight. I am an American soldier stationed in Germany. I had the dresses shipped overnight to Pensacola Fl. The wedding was supposed to take place in the Caribbean. I booked the flight to Pensacola to pick up my dresses which as you guess was not there.

I was frantic, calling, calling, calling only to receive a message that the box was full, I wrote and have written several e mails about 15 times, no answer.

I was frantic. I called New City Dress which answered their phone, I was crying desperately and told them what had happened, the customer service representative told me, it is a FRAUD, they received hundreds of call of people thinking the purchased the dress from them.

I finally called Delta Airline's American Express, the customer service could not understand me, I was just crying about my wedding dress not being there. The customer service representative immediately refunded the money to me to get a new dress which it was too late for me to order. I just wanted my Tarik Ediz dress.

Delta's American Express Investigation:

The dresses companies: New York City Dress, New York City Glamour Dresse, New York City Bride,Manhattan Dress,Le Chic Couture.

Are one and the same. Once they get caught, the change name and domain.

They are hard to catch because they are actually a "Person in New YOrk CIty who get your order, then they send this to someone in Los Angeles, or California, then is traced to China.

They are still following the money trail.

Before you buy:

Make a call, ask if you can come to the store for a fitting, and make an appointment even if it is fake, check the address with google satellite software, if any high end designer like Tarik Ediz is less than 1000+ do research.

Contact New York Dress so they can make a warning in red on their website, which even they admit they recieve fraud calls everyday, have not made people aware or have taken any measure to prevent adds.

I feel really horrible, in my situation as a soldier overseas, it is hard to verify if a website is authentic.

***** All the fraud website, had the secure lock key on their links, I went as far as clicking on the lock and the website checked out it says, it has a certificate, and it was a website to be trusted.

Please pass this around, I want them to pay for ruining the wedding I never had.

Kind regards,

SSG America The Great
