Dear Nedbank Customer Support,

I hope you are well. I am writing to bring a matter of utmost urgency to your attention regarding a delayed pay-out to the deceased estate of JOHANNES ENGELBRECHT, Reference Number [protected]. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and resolving the issue promptly.

The verification process for the deceased estate was successfully completed in October 2023, following which it was duly logged for pay-out. As per our understanding, it is customary for pay-outs from financial institutions to be effected within 24-48 hours. Regrettably, it has been almost three months since the verification was completed, and the pay-out from Nedbank has not yet taken place.

It is important to note that all other financial institutions involved in this process have already completed their pay-outs during October 2023, leaving Nedbank as the sole outstanding entity with unresolved payment matters. Given the extent to which the rest of the estate has been settled, this delay in the Nedbank pay-out is causing significant concern and distress.
