I've been a member of NAPA for many years. Their customer service is top notch! Any time I submit a request online, I get a very prompt and efficient response. Their member benefits are awesome. I have my E&O Insurance with them and the premium has remained very affordable throughout these many years. That's important in this age of increasing prices and inflation.

I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off with National Association of Professional Agents, Inc
I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off with National Association of Professional Agents, Inc. I bought some E and O insurance on 10/20, but then I realized I didn't need it anymore. So, I hit them up on 11/3 twice to cancel, but they keep telling me they'll send me a cancellation form and I still haven't gotten it. I paid $127.42 with my debit card and I want my money back, ya know? Other insurance companies give refunds, so why can't they? My policy number is XXXXXXXXX and I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

I called NAPA again and they said that they would look into it, but I have yet to hear back from them. This has been a frustrating experience and I would not recommend NAPA to anyone. Their customer service is lacking and their billing practices are questionable.

The rep told me I would receive a refund in 4 business days, but it's been over 10 days and I still haven't received it. When I called to inquire, the reps kept telling me different dates, and when I asked to speak to a manager, she was very rude and unprofessional. She said they were 3 weeks behind with processing payments and refunds. I'm very dissatisfied with NAPA.
