My name is John, and I have always known I wanted to work for myself though I wasn't quite sure what the right fit would be. Then came ClaimTek. As someone who is highly skeptical of "too good to be true, rags to riches story" I knew from just the write-up that this was exactly what I was looking for. A business opportunity with a reasonable initial investment and more importantly, expert guidance and support that can be done at my pace. From the very first meeting, I was impressed with my sales rep's knowledge, confidence in the model, and clarity on exactly how we would succeed together. ClaimTek exceeded every claim they made with friendly, timely, and professional service. They guided and assisted with everything from computer/software issues, training, (both the software and marketing), interview techniques for prospective clients, and account setup. If you are on the fence about becoming a licensee, just trust that everything you have been through has brought you to this moment. The first step is always the hardest, but it is the most crucial. I have just completed phase one of training and am currently in the marketing phase. I am looking forward to signing up my first client and I will keep you posted.

I am really happy working with ClaimTek I have 15 years of experience in the Revenue Cycle in a large organization with *** Doctors, strong knowledge of Medical billing; however, I have no clue about how to start a business especially for small Doctor's *** setting and needed somebody to hold my hand. My dedicated customer service representative has been an absolutely amazing contact as he helped me to clear up my concern at each level from installing software to marketing to getting the first client. Now I have my first physical meeting coming up with the *** and he has been a tremendous help, how/what to talk about in the meeting, presentation materials, just simple solutions as to how to print your company name on the brochure! Thank you so much for all your help and wisdom! I really appreciate you!

Our family decided to acquire a license to operate a Medical and Dental Billing business from ClaimTek LLC in November after an evaluation of their business proposal. We promptly started receiving training at around the same time. The trainers were knowledgeable and experienced professional medical and dental billers. They scheduled the training modules efficiently. Over a two month period, detailed instruction and guidance in navigating and correctly entering data in the billing softwares were taught us. All of our questions were answered in such a way as to make sure we became familiar with using the software in actual practice. Detailed training on proven and effective promotional and marketing methods and tools were provided as well and continues to be given by the Marketing staff and the billing trainors. Now on our third month, we are starting to promote our services by directly contacting the over 300 sales leads the staff has dutifully provided. The *** staff is coaching us as we proceed. ClaimTek has lived up to their commitment of delivering constant, professional and much needed support so far. Going forward, we strongly believe that ClaimTek, a highly reputed healthcare practice management licensor in the , will continue to hold our hands and have our backs all the way through! Our overall experience while working with the ClaimTek has been outstanding. *** and Raji have been excellent and extremely helpful with every part of the training and marketing help. All of the content and information they have delivered has been easy to comprehend and clearly relayed to us. While conducting the training with *** during MedOffice and *** during ***, both of the trainers took their time to answer all of our question and prepared very well put together courses. We have not felt alone at anytime and always had someone to reach out to. It is amazing to have so many amazingly talented people while we begin our billing and practice management company.

We are originally from the beautiful country of Australia. We have lived in the USA for 10 years now. We are ambitious and go-getters and having been in the USA for this number of years, we decided that it is time to become employers and not employees, get the freedom of time so we can raise our two young kids. We looked extensively for a viable business that we can run, but won't drown all our time in it, yet it would be something we enjoyed doing. And we decided and settled on ClaimTek! This was the only way to go. We have loved working with everyone, right from our first point of contact, our MedOffice trainer, Yvonne, and the marketing and support team. All of them are outstanding to work with, willing to help, and very patient. We had absolutely no medical billing knowledge or experience at all, and they made us feel at home. MedOffice software, Cornerstones, and the rest are all easy to navigate. MedOffice is a breeze and fun to work in, very intuitive, and well organized. We have loved it so much. We have received support when we have needed it every time. Phone calls and emails are answered promptly. The support is amazing. We basically feel very well taken care of and like part of the family. We feel that we belong. We feel that we are in the right place and the right business with a great team!

I signed up with Claimtek in June after several months of research and contemplating. I was of course nervous and hesitant about starting a practice management business in which I had absolutely no experience. But I must say that the whole Claimtek team has been very helpful and responsive so far. My commercial contact *** got me started, gave me a rundown of the program and introduced me to my main support *** Ballouzeh. *** has been excellent, very patient with my lack of experience in this field and lack of IT knowledge. He has been the glue that has kept my experience together and has been a resource I have come to rely on. The two trainers *** (MedOffice) and *** (DentOffice) has been outstanding and given me full confidence in the Claimtek software. I have completed the software training and Im now 1 month into my marketing phase. Im yet to close my first client, but I am working my way through the 300 leads that Claimtek has provided me with. Now its up to me (with the support of *** and ***) to secure the first of hopefully many clients in the future. Also, the marketing material and website looks very professional and has been well received by the providers I have been talking to. The 5@5 training videos are also an excellent way to learn about the software system, how to sell the services and gain overall industry knowledge

The onboarding has been amazing. The speed at which youre working on getting my business off the ground is very impressive. Within the week of my purchase, I had my package and step-by-step instructions on almost everything I needed to know to get my business going.The training was a great introduction to the software and to the business. Not having any kind of background in the medical industry, it was great to talk to someone like ***, our DentOffice instructor, and find out that she had similar beginnings with ClaimTek. Now a successful business owner and Claimtek DentOffice expert, her story was great to hear.All the training weve had so far has been incredible, Claimtek provides all the tools to be successful in this business. I have to say that I am very impressed by the level of professionalism, care, and patience shown to me by everybody I have dealt with since the moment I was entertaining the idea of joining the Claimtek family. ***, my account manager has always been nice and professional while guiding me over the business setup. ***, my medical billing trainer showed a great deal of patience and understanding during the MedOffice training as well as friendliness. My personal DentOffice and Dental Billing trainer, *** was great, and she went much further to show me how DentOffice worked and shared some personal experiences with me. The support team has been great too, very patient, and always explaining things in a very simplistic way. I have to say that even though I am just starting with Claimtek, I am blown away by the level of commitment shown to me by your team. Hello, I am extremely excited to have my own medical billing company wherewith ClaimTek gives the ability to provide the best *** to offer to our clients. Having a billing background and holding a masters in healthcare struggled to achieve what I have desired. ClaimTek allowed me to explore my hidden talents and be a master of my own practice. Throughout the entire purchase process and through our training sessions with ClaimTek, this entire process has been absolutely top notch! Each and every professional that has assisted us has, in my opinion, had that special something that you dont normally find in customer service these days and is sorely missed. They truly care about each and every licensee and it shows in every conversation and every email message as they take extra time to explain things and are extremely quick in their responses. I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with *** throughout the purchase process and for a good part of the operational and tactical discussions of running my new business and I can honestly say that I could not have imagined a better partner to assist me along this journey! He truly cares about our success and it shows through in everything he does for us! Additionally, *** has been amazing in every since of the word! The two trainers, Mark Johnson (MedOffice) and Emily Davis (DentOffice), have been outstanding and given me full confidence in the ClaimTek software. My name is Anthony P. I am a CPA with a master's in management and 25 years of experience as a VP Corporate Controller of a $700M company. I was struggling in the job market for over a year with no success when I was presented with the opportunity to invest in a ClaimTek franchise. I was at a cross-road. Should I continue my job search sending out hundreds of resumes and LinkedIn connect requests or is there another alternative. It's a shame because usually executives who have arrived at that stage of their careers have dealt with many business trials and tribulations and consequently have developed sound judgment and an understanding of how to lead and get the job done. Finally, I decided that I would utilize my skills, talents, and abilities in entrepreneurial pursuits and ClaimTek aligned perfectly with my finance background. Coming from a large company, I lacked the sales and marketing expertise necessary to get a business running and that is where ClaimTek's Dedicated Support representative came in. From the very start, Nizar coordinated my training in MedOffice and DentOffice as well as the marketing aspects related to running the business, provided me with an incredible amount of documentation and support regarding the industry, the software, and the marketing tools to get my business started. It helps that Nizar is an expert in all aspects of getting the business running. I just completed my training a week ago and I am busy now getting my first client and ClaimTek's support and Marketing teams are right behind me offering suggestions and encouragement every step of the way. Being a healthcare provider for 20+ years I struggled to deal and work with medical billers and coders, and their inability to understand the complexity of healthcare needs of an individual, and helping the providers earn every penny for the time they have spent with a patient. So finally in Nov 2020 I myself, decided to get licensed with medical billing software and work on marrying the provider's issues with the billing industry's standards. I chose to go with ClaimTek LLC after I read through their reviews, and after comparing them with their competitors. I would say I am thoroughly satisfied with my decision. Right from signing the contract, to obtaining clients they have been extremely supportive. As a brand new business owner, it's very daunting to set up LLCs, secure websites, emails, logo making for the company, creating media presence, and above all working on marketing. ClaimTek has been exceptional in guiding me through the initial setup of the company, completing training for their med office and dent office software, and training me with the essentials of marketing. Andrea Goldin who introduced me to ClaimTek guided me through the initial contracting process and was very professional and knowledgeable about the company and their needs from the licensees. Raji helped tremendously with the website setup and securing it. Carrie R and Tamra C- both my trainers for the software were super supportive and assisted me in gaining confidence with the software. Chris C, Maureen R, and Nizar have been extremely supportive in helping me understand the basics of marketing and have helped me cross over from being a provider to a business owner marketing her business with confidence. Nizar has been thorough and helpful throughout the journey. Look forward to carrying this journey forward towards a successful partnership with ClaimTek.

ClaimTek I had been working in the healthcare field for over 20 years

I had been working in the healthcare field for over 20 years. I spent most of my career working in the dental field. Although I enjoyed dentistry, it had always been my dream to own my own business. So, five years ago, I decided to make that dream a reality and start a medical billing company. My plan began with becoming a certified medical billing specialist. Next, I began working as a medical biller in a medical billing company. Three years later, I felt confident and ready to start my journey and open my business. I began researching other medical billing companies to see what services they offered and what software they were using. I found that many medical billing companies did not offer a variety of services and the software they were using was not user-friendly. Most importantly, I did not find many companies that offered both medical and dental billing services. That was my “Eureka" moment! My company was going to be unique and stand apart from others by offering both medical and dental services. So, I began searching software for medical and dental billing and came upon ClaimTek. I was immediately intrigued! I spent several months researching ClaimTek and what they had to offer. After many phone conversations and emails, I knew ClaimTek was the answer to making my dream a reality. Since becoming a licensee, my experience has been wonderful! I found both the software and training to be easy to install, easy to navigate, intuitive, and efficient. My trainers were knowledgeable and immensely helpful. Furthermore, the support system is an exceptional tool that helps guide you through every aspect of your business. My name is Karen C, the CEO and along with my business partner, Linda Severance, the COO, we started our business, CS Medical Billing & Management, LLC in 2012 with our offices in Lakewood, Ohio. We made the decision to leave our careers, mine in corporate America HR and Linda's in medical practice management so we could start a medical billing and practice management business that would grow and be sustainable for years to come. We are enjoying the success and satisfaction of owning and running our own business. We put a great amount of time and effort into researching billing software and practice management package options before selecting ClaimTek. The research covered cold-calling many different billing companies to talk about the software and programs they were using and the pluses and minuses they felt existed within the software, programs and the support provided by their vendors. The most positive comments and support experiences were coming from the ClaimTek clients. We are very pleased with the ClaimTek software, programs and support. The software is very user-friendly and the user manuals are easy to follow with the step-by-step instructions and graphics. The ongoing support with the Director package that we purchased has been fantastic. Our calls and email requests for assistance are answered promptly and that enables us to keep moving ahead without experiencing delays in our processing timelines. And, we have impressed more than one client with the reporting capability, as it is nothing like they were receiving prior to hiring us. The ClaimTek trainers are very knowledgeable, not just about the software and programs, but they also have the hands-on business experience that they are willing to share with us. And, as a ClaimTek licensee, we continue to receive marketing ideas, as well as business and medical input from their newsletters and videos, which provides us with another area of support. We don't hesitate to call ClaimTek with our questions in any area. Nikki I My journey with ClaimTek started in mid-April shortly after my first meeting with Brian W, the Vice President of Business Development. He gave me an impressive overview of ClaimTek business model that I was eager to learn more about the company's reputation and what sets it apart from its competition. I realized soon after signing the purchase contract that I have found my ideal business opportunity in a company that not only has a solid business model, but an industry leader that provides solid training, technical support and great customer service overall! I took a couple of months off before the continuing the journey to attend to personal matters. Nizar, Client Service & Support is knowledgeable, attentive, and responds promptly to service requests. He went over and beyond to assist me with my domain setup and ensured I was properly set up for the training. Like Brian before him, he made my onboarding process seamless, calming the concerns I had initially with not having a medical billing background or health care industry experience. Raji, Claimtek Operations Manager, Client Services & Support took the helm from Nizar and worked patiently with me to launch my website. Fast forward to the one-on-one training, I was not exactly sure of what to expect! I was pleasantly surprised with the pace and quality of the one-on-one virtual training I received from my first two trainers, Yvonne (Med-Office-Medical Billing software) and Tamra (Dent-Office software)! Both trainers brought a strong knowledge base, patient, professionalism and passion to the training and left me with a wealth of information to draw on as I launch and grow my business. My training was rounded out by Brian who provided an advanced training on Marketing Strategies, Lead Generation and offered lots of hints and resources on digital marketing, and Nizar provided me with an overview of Ancillary Services available to me to offer my provider-clients to draw potential additional income streams to my medical billing business. In summary, ClaimTeK has exceeded my expectations in all the areas mentioned above.
