Mobile Telephone Networks [MTN] South Africa review: I have a MTN contract

Hello Peter could you please help me.

I have a MTN contract. My account was hacked on 23/5/23 in one of their shops at Hifi Corp JHB Another number was linked to my account and that number was made the main number. I did not receive notified on my number any more.

On 19/7/23 I made a statement at the Mossel Bay Police Station and submitted it together with my complaint at MTN Heiderand, Mossel Bay.

I received a case number from MTN and was assured that the case would be taken care of within 21 days.

On 1/8/23 I went back to them and after they spoke to someone at their call center, the lady asured me that the call center will send me a sms within 24 hours.

On 1/9/23 I went to Langeberg Mall in Mossel Bay and after a long wait, was again assured that they will came back to me within 24 hours.

On 6/9/23 I again went back to MNT in Langeberg Mall and the lady again spoke to their CC. She let me speak to the person at the CC. He was very helpful and assured me the will contact within 24 hours.

Up to this minute I did not receive any calls or messages whatsoever.
