I ran online shop on "https://m.pacificmall-us.com/pages/wanlshop/index" I was the seller of this online shop, the system is too true to be good at all. We only need to choose the products and lauch them on our shop and the buyers will choose and order from our shop. We must recharge the money for order factory cost and we will get the profit after the sellers get the stuff. The problems come from withdrawal our money. when I withdrew my money, I had to pay many fees such as investigation credit, personal tax, etc. the problems were when my payment had been received by them and gotten an email that my money would reach to my bank account, they changed the rules without announcement in advance "the payment of personal tax must be paid from personal bank account". the problem was there was no announcement at all and they have received my payment of my personal tax and I have got an email. could you help me to solve my problem? and don't let the other people experience the same things as I had.
Desired outcome: i would like to withdraw my money normally. You have to be responsible to your sellers who could not withdraw the money.
