Me and the hubby are all about living a healthy life and stuff, ya know? I like to use organic spices in my cooking and this site is like my bff when it comes to that. They got spices and herbs for days, fam. But lately we been gettin' into their teas too and lemme tell ya, they do not disappoint. I mean, I would def recommend this site to anyone who cares about their health. Plus, the delivery is always on point, never had any issues with that. Totes recommend MountainRoseHerbs, yo.

So, I placed an order on their website and was informed that the delivery would take 16-21 days. But it has been much longer than that now. It seems like they are having some trouble with their live inventory system. Despite this, they charged my card right away.

Personally, I don't think this is the best way to conduct business. Who would want to send a product first and then wait for 16-21 days to get paid? It doesn't make sense to me. I know it's a tough time for everyone, but they could have been more transparent about the delay.

After waiting for quite some time, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Perhaps, I'll find another website where I can get what I need without any issues. But, I must say, their products are of good quality. It's just the delivery and payment process that needs some work. I hope they improve this aspect soon so that their customers don't have to face any inconvenience in the future.

This place rocks! They've got everything you need for all your herbal needs. Everything I've ordered from them has been fresh and not old or stale. The shipping can be a bit slow and sometimes it takes a bit for the order to arrive. However, the quality of their product is so good that it's worth the extra wait.

Their affiliate program is a bit shoddy though. I signed up and had proof of purchases that never showed up. I recommend just sticking to buying from them for personal use and avoiding the affiliate program altogether.

I 'n my hubby have been super happy with all of the Mountain Rose's stuff. Ever since I've started usin' 'Skin Oil', my arms (which are startin' to show my age, ya know, 'm 67) don't bruise as easily! Applied to the reddened area, it heps eliminate those pesky bruises that pop up, quicker than ya could think, in just 2 days! Ain't that amazing!? As for me, can't live without their Lavender aromatherapy essential oil. It's the best one i have ever used! I put it on my arthritic shoulders (with their carrier oil) afore goin' to sleep, and i just drift off to dreamland in peace, havin' a surprisin'ly less painful night sleep. Ev'rythang we've tried from them has been top-notch!
But ya kno', I jus' gotta say, their shipping's kinda slow. Hopin' they can improve on that!

Yo, listen up peeps, I gotta let you know about this MountainRoseHerbs website. I was stoked to check them out and bought a bunch of different products, but dang! They don't even put expiration dates on any of their stuff! Like, what the heck?! I had to straight up demand they send me an analysis report just to find out that the spice powder I got was like 4 years old! And get this - they put everything in these freakin' reusable bags that anyone can open and close. So like, the analysis report and bag number don't mean jack because they're not even sealed. When I hit them up about this, they straight up lied to me and said their return department was closed and that I had to wait. And get this - when I wanted to use PayPal to file a claim, they threatened to ban my account! Like, what shady business is this?! I'm telling y'all right now, avoid this MountainRoseHerbs site like the plague!

I gotta say, I am kinda on the fence about this one. On one hand, the products themselves seem pretty good. But on the other hand, the wait time is just insane. I mean, I placed my order way back on January 3rd, and it's now February 2nd and still no sign of my stuff. It's not like I ordered some crazy custom thing from a remote village in China or anything- this is just regular old stock. And yet, here we are.

They keep telling me it's because they're "upgrading their system," but come on, how long can that take? I'm starting to wonder if there's something else going on here. Maybe they're having financial troubles or, I dunno, a warehouse worker strike or something. Whatever it is, it's not a great look.

Honestly, I'm getting pretty fed up with the excuses at this point. It's like, just hire some more people and get them to start packing things up! It can't be that hard, right? If they can't get their act together soon, I think this might be my last order with MountainRoseHerbs. Which is a shame, because I did really like their products. But at some point, you just have to cut your losses and move on.

I gotta say, this Mountain Rose Herbs company ain't all that reputable, ya know? I bought one of their oils, and it didn't smell nothin' like it was supposed to! I even talked to their customer service, and they agreed it was off. But to get my money back, I gotta send it back myself! Ain't that a load of bull? I don't trust this company, so I decided to just suck it up and lose some of my cash on return shipping instead of getting stuck with some store credit.

And don't even get me started on their other products. My husband bought some stuff to give as gifts, but if it wasn't for that, I tell ya, we would have returned those too.

Now, I saw their response to another review that said the dill oil is just a personal preference thing, but nah, that ain't it. Dill has a specific smell, and their dill oil smelled like somethin' else entirely. We couldn't even guess what it was!

Anyways, save yourself the hassle and just stay away from Mountain Rose Herbs.

I just had to let everyone know about my less than satisfactory experience with the website MountainRoseHerbs.com. Although they have a pretty great selection of herbs and natural products, in my opinion, the wait time for shipping and the fees for shipping were just outrageous! I mean, who likes waiting around for days on end for something to arrive?

There are also a few other issues I had with this company that I feel should be addressed. For example, they didn't have an item in stock on one of my orders and they didn't tell me about it until way after the fact. It's really frustrating because if I had known, I could have ordered the item elsewhere and saved myself a lot of time.

Another thing that really rubbed me the wrong way was the quality of their herbs. I received a few products that were of really poor quality, and some of their other products were misleading. For instance, they sell "Ceylon" cinnamon powder, but it's actually cassia cinnamon instead (which is a lot cheaper). It's really disappointing to see a company that is willing to engage in what I would consider fraud.

Furthermore, I was doing some research online and came across some pretty concerning articles. Apparently, some of MountainRoseHerbs.com's employees smoke pot and vape on the job. Now, I certainly don't want any kind of smell or residue on my herbs! Additionally, I read that they drop things on the floor and put them back in the vats! Gross!

All in all, I would recommend that you steer clear of this website. There are better options out there in terms of quality, pricing, and waiting times.

I been with that MountainRoseHerbs for over 3 years now and I know the inside scoop. Here's what ya need to know:

First off, most of their stuff is okay, but the folks what be picking, cutting, packin', and all that kinda stuff ain't always too professional. Especially at their Mill, where even stuff off the dirty floor finds its way into your bag. And who knows if them workers even wore gloves or not? So, when ya purchase their herbs and spices, just make sure you're aware of these things.

Secondly, on March 30, they went ahead and lay off 20% of their employees. They say it's cause of the pandemic, but they let go of some folks who worked from home too, so we all know that's just a cover-up. They've actually been firin' folks since February, 'cause they done messed up with their management and ended up being in a financial crisis. They were close to not bein' able to pay anyone at all back in January too!

And finally, the way they treat their workers just ain't right. They done laid folks off by blocking their access, sendin' 'em home in boxes, and all kinds of other shady stuff. They protect their friends in higher management, even if they ain't doin' right by the company, and that means they let go of everyone else. It's pretty horrible, if ya think about it.

Now, don't get me wrong. Ya can still buy their products if ya want to. Just know that their fancy slogan "people, plants, and planet over profit" ain't the truth. They just care about makin' money. They sure do know how to put on a good show though, makin' everyone think they care about their customers and workers. That's just one thing they're good at - fakin' it.

I tried shopping at MountainRoseHerbs once and I gotta say, it ain't worth it. They sell things like reishi mushrooms and other so-called "natural" herbs from China, which we all know is one of the most polluted places on earth. Why pay premium prices for something that may be harmful to your health in the long run? Plus, when I tried to bring up my concerns with them, they went ahead and blocked me on social media like a child. Ain't nobody got time for that, so I suggest you boycott Mountain Rose Herbs and stick with safer, more trustworthy options.

I tell you what, I been given MountainRoseHerbs my coin for some time now, but gotta say, things just ain't the same these days. It's taking them forever and a day to get my orders sent out, sometimes waitin' for as much as three weeks. And can we talk about them prices? They're just way too steep compared to other folks out there sellin' herbs. Plus, it seems like they don't care too much about makin' sure their customers is taken care of. Used to be a real great place to order from, but ever since the new owners come along, things took a nose dive. I reckon it might be best to avoid the headache and find yourself somewhere else to get your herbs.
