Been using this company's products for over a year and have had excellent results with the products and they have the greatest Customer Service Department! This company goes above and beyond to assist and resolve any concerns you may have.

Absolutely love both products and company. I feel so much better and I have never had better customer service from any company. They are kind and have even totally reimbursed me for product without asking any questions. I did return it after 29 days. I have used natural products for many years and never had such great customer service.

Love their products, especially the protein powder stuff and the super greens. I've been making a smoothie with them every day and it gives me a boost. I also started taking the pure body and pure body extra recently to get me through the double whammy of quitting my antidepressants and getting covid, and it really helped! Love this stuff.

I've been using some of their products for quite sometime now and they have been life changing for myself and my family. Having a double MTHFR mutation means my body doesn't preform as well as it could and these products have definitely helped get things in check! It was a blessing to run across this company and I would refer them to to anyone!

After 2 shipments, i decided to call or email them but the item or website have different names without contact info. Only if you are placing an order, contact info will display to help you, with incoming$$ order. Then only i was able to email about canceling future shipments, which they acknowledged. Few days later I received notification that the same product has just been shipped.

This company changed my toddlers life. She was speech delayed and had a ton of other issues and is now a different child from using their PBX heavy metal detox. The products are always sent right away, fantastic team of employees, if I have any questions they are always answered promptly. Every single product I've tried has been a great experience and I'm so grateful to have found touchstone. Keep up the good work guys!

These products are incredible, not only are they organic, pure, and of the highest quality, but the results are immeasurable! We have been using many of these products (pure body, pure body extra, super green juice, & super protein) for quite some time now & they have been life changing for myself & my family! As a mom, it's very important to find a company that I can believe in with products & ingredients that I trust 100%, and Touchstone is just that!

They want my money so badly. They sent me 2 items instead 1. They charged me $161 instead of $79 They say they want to yo keep the other one even if you didn't ask for it. And now I need to pay for delivery to return the item I didn't want nor order. I just ordered one. Be careful and look this product in other place before they still your money. I am pretty sure they going to charge me $161 every month without me placing any orders. So, I am going to call my bank immediately to take care of this before is too late.

I had a truly terrifying experience with this company‘s product. It left me bedbound for two weeks and I was incredibly ill. When I reached out I experienced gaslighting and denial of accountability. One representative stopped me from making a post because she “didn't want to scare future customers". Mind you, IM scared and needed help. All I wanted was for someone to validate my concerns and offer me direction. I did some digging and found out this is an MLM scheme company. When I looked at their website it was all five stars but yet it didn't allow anyone with a negative review to comment. This company needs to be held accountable and shut down.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Products and customer service are the best of the best. For over two years now my and my family have experiences very clear benefits from the PBX Zeolite, PB Zeolite, and Super Green Juice. Various members have had results verified by different doctors - lower toxicity, thanks to the PBX and PB; lower cholesterol, thanks to the Super Green Juice, and so much more! Anytime we had a problem, customer service was amazing, and they are very prompt via email or chat! And they don't waste you time with annoying chat robots either! Truly a pleasure to deal with, and one of the few companies that I can feel safe with.

I was unhappy with the product I ordered and tried several times to call to cancel and no one ever answered. I tried emailing only to receive no response and was just charged at three this morning for an auto ship I was not notified of nor authorized since I had made several attempts to cancel in the past. I contacted them this morning as soon as I saw the email for the purchase and they said because it's already shipped I couldn't be refunded but I still have yet to receive confirmation of shipment or a tracking number. That tells me they could just be lying to keep my money. They did say I could refuse the package and go all the way back to the post office to send it back and I MIGHT receive a refund minus any shipping costs which is super messed up considering I never authorized it to be shipped to begin with. The customer service is far from great as the person I talked to stopped responding and now I'm stuck with a product that makes me sick or I have to go out of my way to pay to send it back. This is a terrible company and should not be trusted with anyone's money!

Worst customer service experience EVER. Their greens product was legit. Their zeolite got me sick. I called up to get my account amended and their process was terrible. Things happen right but the customer service wasn't clear at all about the actual process. Instead of removing the one product they canceled the whole order. Not mentioning it takes 7 to 10 days to return the money. So I said "Wait, if you resubmitted the order does that mean you are taking more money out before it returns? If so I want you to wait to order until I get the money back" What she didn't tell me is that she already ran it through my account again. All she says is we canceled the order. On top of it, there was a very snotty tone, almost like I was inconveniencing her I'm her day. Called back and the next rep pushes it off on the last one and says " Well there's nothing I can do since it wasn't me" You work in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry. Your job is to represent the business and to make the experience enjoyable and fluid. Your greens are good but this experience lost my business for good as I won't be re ordering when I do receive my refund. Unacceptable customer service experience. Sadly there's plenty of products out here to try and it's not worth going through this horrible experience. Best wishes. With people like that on the phone you are going to lose more customers. Take your time and make sure the customer understands what you are doing!

I ordered a product (order number ***) on 7/12/22. It is now 7/24/22 and I have still not received the product. On 7/21/22, I made a phone call to the company, skeptical whether I'd reach anyone. To my surprise, someone answered the phone and told me that the delayed shipping was due to worker shortages within the shipping system. (Oddly, when I send payment for my bills in the mail, they never take 12 days or more to get to the destination AND clear the bank!) The employee was not rude but offered no recourse or credit or refund for the poor first-time experience with their company. Moreover, she seemed to be familiar with shipping delays as if they happened rather frequently. If this is true, perhaps then, the company should choose a different shipping carrier for their product! Additionally, like another reviewer here, I somehow ended up with a quantity of 2 in my cart rather than 1. It is very strange that I did not catch this error during the purchase, however I did order from my phone and am willing to take the 2 products...if they actually arrive. I am giving this company 2 stars since I was able to get in touch with a customer service representative, however this company does not seem to place customer service/satisfaction as a high priority. I would be willing to change my review if something changes but as of now, I do not plan to order from or recommend this company to anyone, no matter how great the product is...that is, if I ever even receive it to make that determination.
