I scored a sick deal on this Patagonia jacket from Mountain High Outfitters, but yo, there was a lil' problem with the zipper, you know? But lemme tell ya, their customer service was on point, man. They were super helpful and hooked me up with a replacement right away, like bam! Same day, bro. Can't complain about that, you feel me?

My family and me, we really dig the brands they got at Mountain High Outfitters. Some of 'em can be a bit pricey, but lemme tell ya, they're worth every dime 'cause they're super comfy. The folks who work there, whether you talk to 'em face-to-face or on the blower, they're always real helpful without bein' all up in your grill.

So, like, last week I went to Mountain High Outfitters during my lunch break. I was all like, "Yo, I need some new walking shoes, man. Gotta get those On Cloud kicks." But when I walked in, there were a bunch of employees just chillin' by the front counter, shootin' the breeze with each other. Ain't a single one of 'em even bothered to say hi or acknowledge me. I was like, "What the heck, dudes?"

Anyway, I ignored their lack of attention and made my way to the shoe section. I spotted the pair of On Cloud shoes that I had my eye on, so I picked 'em up and checked 'em out. But then, I saw another pair that caught my fancy. I looked around, and guess what? Still no one bothered to ask if I needed any help, even though the store was empty. Man, talk about frustrating!

Feeling annoyed, I decided to ditch the shoes and head towards the front of the store. I stopped to check out some cool t-shirts near the counter. And you know what? No one came to assist me again. Like, seriously? Customer service is supposed to be a big deal, man. If they can't even bother to help a customer, then I'll take my hard-earned cash elsewhere. No way I'm gonna spend it at a place that doesn't value their customers.

I decided to take matters into my own hands and asked the Customer Service rep to cancel my order. But guess what they said? They couldn't cancel it because it had already been shipped. Yeah, right! But here's the kicker, there was no tracking information available. What a mess!

Feeling desperate, I called up my credit card company to see if they could help me out. Thankfully, they assured me that I wouldn't be charged for this whole ordeal. Phew, at least there was some good news.

But did that solve my problem? Nope. I called Mountain High Outfitters once again, hoping for some resolution. But guess what? Nothing had changed. I was starting to lose hope, my friend.

In a last-ditch effort, I decided to try their chat line. Maybe a different rep could help me out, right? Well, after what felt like an eternity, they finally sent me an email. They said that if my package didn't arrive, they would cancel the order. Two weeks have passed since then, and guess what? Not a single word from them. Can you believe it?

Honestly, I don't think they ever had that "sale" item that caught my eye in the first place. It was probably just some gimmick to lure unsuspecting customers like me. And let me tell you, I wouldn't trust a single word that comes out of their Customer Service reps' mouths. They've left me hanging for far too long.

So, my advice to you, my fellow shoppers, is to steer clear of Mountain High Outfitters. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable place to spend your hard-earned money. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I done ordered somethin' from this here website like 6 days 'fore Christmas, and I got me a email sayin' they done accepted my order. I was mighty excited 'cause the thing I bought was real hard to find, and I reckon I was reckonin' I'd get it in time for Christmas. They said it was s'posed to come the day 'fore Christmas. But then, on Wednesday of that same week, I went online to check on my order, and dang it, there weren't no trackin' number. That made me a tad nervous, so I called up the company. After I done called 'em, they sent me an email 'bout 2 hours later sayin' they done cancelled my order 'cause the thing I wanted was outta stock. Can ya believe it? They done cancelled it 3 days after I placed the order and got the confirmation. I called 'em back, and this fella named Harvey, who's the internet manager, told me there ain't nothin' he could do. He said they was just too busy and only found out 'bout my order this mornin'. When I asked if he could give me a different jacket at the same price, he flat out refused.

I'm writin' this review 'bout Mountain High Sports so that y'all don't have to go through the same dang frustration and disappointment I done endured. It ain't good business or customer service to treat folks like this. I reckon this here review might help y'all out.

Plus, their website was a hot mess at the time. It was like a jumble of random stuff that didn't even match what they had in their stores. Talk about frustrating.

Finally, after what felt like forever, I found a couple of items that I could use up my gift card on. But let me tell ya, I didn't spend a penny more than what was on that card. And you know what? I haven't shopped on their website or set foot in any of their stores since then. It's just not worth the hassle, ya know?

So, if you're thinking about giving Mountain High Outfitters a try, I'd say proceed with caution. Their return policy is a bit sketchy, and their store inventory can be a real letdown. I'd recommend checking out other options before committing to this one. Trust me, there are better places out there to spend your hard-earned cash.

Me and my buddies were headin' down to Panama City Beach and we decided to stop by this place called Mountain High Outfitters on 9375 Emerald Coast Parkway. We were just lookin' to grab some ice cream, but we couldn't help but notice that they had some clearance and sale items out front. The shoes had a sign sayin' they were 20% off, and all the baskets had a sign sayin' that all swimsuits were $20, and that all sales were final.

So we start diggin' through the baskets and we find all sorts of swimsuit pieces and one-piece suits. They even had swimsuit shorts in all sizes. We couldn't see the prices when we were checkin' out, so it wasn't until after we paid that we realized we were charged $29.50 instead of the $20 that was posted. We showed our receipts to the cashier and asked why we were overcharged, and let me tell ya, she was real rude about it. She told us that the regular price was $59 and $29.50 was the sale price, and that all sales were final. We didn't wanna return the shorts, we just wanted the $9.50 plus tax credited back to our credit cards. But she said there was nothin' she could do about it.

So we asked to speak to the manager, and they told us he was on break. We had to ask when he'd be back, and they said 1:30 (it was 12:28 when we first checked out). We came back at 1:30, expectin' an apology and for them to fix the overcharge, but instead, the manager just repeated that all sales were final. He even had the nerve to say that a customer could've put the shorts in the basket. I quickly pointed out that there were multiple pairs in all sizes in the baskets, and that the shorts even had the swimsuit liner in 'em. After a lot of back and forth, they finally gave us a credit of $10.17 each on our credit cards.

Let me tell ya, this was my first and last time shoppin' at Mountain High Outfitters. I ain't gonna put up with that kind of customer service again.
