I bought the supernal necklace with a moonstone from Moon Magic for my girlfriend six months ago. We were both excited to receive it and she wore it almost every day. However, one night while we were in bed, the moonstone simply fell out of the necklace without any warning. We were both disappointed and confused as to why this happened. We checked the necklace and there was nothing bent or broken. We contacted Moon Magic about the issue and they denied responsibility, claiming that it was natural wear and tear.

Inna informed me that I would receive my refund within 30 days. However, it is now January 10th, 2022, and I have yet to receive my money back. Despite following up multiple times, I am always told that the warehouse has not yet checked in the package. As a customer, I am not a bank and I want my money back. It is not my fault that there seem to be issues with their warehouse, and I am not willing to wait over a month for a return that I have made according to instructions.

I understand that there are currently supply chain issues globally, but there should be some sort of customer service in this situation. It is not fair to punish a customer for your own warehouse issues. As a result, I am disappointed with my experience with Moon Magic and would not recommend them to others.

I provided more photos, including one that showed the necklace next to an authentic moonstone ring that I purchased from a different vendor. As you can see, the authentic moonstones have a beautiful flash that shows up in photos, while Moon Magic's product does not.

UPDATE #2: Moon Magic offered me a replacement necklace, but it was even worse than the original. The stone had a huge crack in it. I requested a refund and offered to return the products. I will update this review if they comply. It's frustrating to continue to see advertisements for Moon Magic with the necklace I supposedly ordered, when there is such a huge discrepancy between what was advertised and what I received. The replacement necklace is shown on the right in the photo, next to an authentic moonstone ring purchased from a different vendor to show the difference.
