After purchasing five masks from Clothmyths on my last order, I was confused about the shopping points that the website offers. I didn't seem to receive any points from my previous orders, yet when I checked out this time, I was granted 43 points – exactly like the first order. However, I can't seem to find any use for them because they don't appear to be applied to my purchase, which takes over 30 days to arrive and costs around $15 for shipping – a steep price for such a light-weight and almost paper-like package with bubble wrap.

I'm not quite sure why the shipping takes so long, as I assumed the pandemic would expedite the process. But apparently not – the overseas shipping takes a whopping 30 plus days, making for an especially long wait during a time when safety is crucial. Overall, I find the shopping points and shipping to be a bit misleading and not particularly useful.

I recently ordered some clothing from Clothmyths, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed with my purchase. However, I did have some issues with changing my charge card number. Unfortunately, the option to do so was not available online and I had to use the same card that I used for my last purchase. It would have been great to have the ability to easily switch my charge card number along with the expiration date and last three digits all in one spot.

Also, I have a request for the Clothmyths team - please send me exactly what I ordered! Last time I received substitutes for items that were not in stock and it was not appreciated. If an item I order is not in stock, simply don't send it and credit me for that item. I don't want any substitutes, please and thank you!

On May 17th, they promised me that my tracking number would be ready in three days. Three days passed, but I didn't receive any updates whatsoever. So, I decided to contact the company again after 10 days. Their response? That there was a delay in shipping due to COVID-19, and since my order wasn't urgent, I should either wait or cancel my order and buy from somewhere else. Fed up, I asked them to cancel my order and give me back my money.

To my surprise, they wrote back the next day stating that they could not cancel my order because, as it turns out, it had already shipped! They gave me a tracking number to keep tabs on my purchase, but the shipping company they used was located in China, and I have no clue what company that is because I have never heard of it before. As if that wasn't enough already, when I tried using that tracking number, I hardly received any information about my order's progress.

What kind of company is this that makes customers go through hoops like this, just to get their product? I'm starting to think that the more I deal with this Clothmyths, the more it starts to sound like a scam. I'm warning you now, buyer beware of this company's shady practices.

The first item I received, after waiting a whole month, was a pair of jeans-colored casual pants. To be honest, I wouldn't even wear them as a disguise and my grandmother definitely wouldn't want them. They are such poor quality and I can't believe I wasted my money on them.

I am still waiting for the second item, which is supposed to be a stylish coat. I'm not holding my breath though, because if the first item was anything to go by, it's going to be absolute rubbish. In fact, I might just use it as a mop because it's made of polyester and looks filthy.

After this whole ordeal, I have requested a cancellation and refund for the last two items. I have learned my lesson and won't be making any more purchases from this website. I made the request on a Saturday, but then on Monday morning I received an email telling me that my third item had been sent at 8:30 am. However, by 10:30 am I was told that I couldn't get a refund because my item had already been sent! This is ridiculous! I have been fighting with them for the past 10 days to try and get my refund.

To make matters worse, we have to pay for the return shipping to China and the reimbursement is only up to 15%. This is an absolute scam and I would not recommend Clothmyths to anyone. They have ripped me off by 3000%! Please, do not waste your time or money with them.

One would think that being so close, they would be able to deliver my $200.00 purchase to me quickly and without any problem. But no, it's all going back to China, where it came from in the first place. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I just want my money back if I ever get the items.

In conclusion, I do not recommend Clothmyths at all. They have terrible customer service, they do not deliver on time, and you cannot even trust the information they provide you. If you don't want to be in my shoes, then do yourself a favor by avoiding doing business with Clothmyths. I am so done with them.

Another issue I had was with their plus-sized clothing. As a plus-sized woman, I was disappointed to find not enough loose and attractive clothing options available. And the models they used to display these items did not have believable shapes.

I talked to the company through PayPal and they said to just chill because it can take like over a month for stuff to get delivered, but that don't make no sense to me 'cause even UPS didn't get anything. I had to wait for a week to hear anything from the company, but they finally got back to me. They told me that they found my order and that I would receive delivery in 2 weeks.

Time went by and on August 8, 2020, I emailed them again. This time, they told me that my order was cancelled. They said that I would get credit in 14 days. That sounded like a good solution, but I started emailing them every day from August 14, 2020 because I wasn't sure when I would see that credit.

But there has been no reply from them. Absolutely nothing. So after waiting for so long, I finally had to take action. I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

It's really disappointing that this happened because I was looking forward to what I ordered. But at least, I can get my money back.

Clothmyths is a website that offers a variety of suits, but let me tell you, it's not a smooth ride. I had to wait for three long weeks to get my order, and they didn't even bother to send me any emails about the status of my delivery. What a bummer.
Once I finally got my hands on the suit, I was excited to try it on, but then comes another problem. Apparently, you can't return these suits. That's a major drawback for me, because I have to wait until I try it on to order a different size. The website claimed that the sizing was true, but it runs too big so I have to send it back for another size.
My friend saw me wearing the suit and wants to order one too, but she's waiting for me to try on the new size before she orders one for herself. I'm hoping and praying that the new size will fit perfectly.
