So, I was trying to get some swim gear from MetroSwimShop. I called them up twice, long distance, to make sure they'd be open on a Saturday. They answered both times and told me their hours, which was cool. But when I tried to call them again on their 1800 number, they didn't pick up. And when I went to their store, they weren't there. I was pretty bummed out, man. I was really looking forward to getting my swim gear from them.

So, I decided to complain to them about it. But when I tried to call them up, they didn't answer. That's not cool, man. I mean, if you're gonna run a business, you gotta be there for your customers, you know? I'm not gonna be doing business with them again. They lost my business forever.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend MetroSwimShop. They might be good when they're actually there, but if they're not gonna answer their phone or show up when they say they will, then what's the point?

I gotta tell ya, I had a bit of a rough time with MetroSwimShop. I mean, don't get me wrong, they've got some great stuff on their website, but you gotta watch out for their tricks. Here's what happened to me: I was buying some swim gear and at the end of the checkout process, they asked me to answer some questions for a review. They said I could get $100 for doing it, which sounded pretty sweet to me. But then, when I got my credit card statement, I saw that I had been charged $171.00! What the heck, right?

So I contacted MetroSwimShop and they told me that they weren't connected to the magazine website that was charging me. But get this - they admitted that they got reviews from that website! So what's the deal? I went to the website (www.magcustomerservice.com) to try to figure it out, but there was no contact person, no phone number, no address - nothing! I was pretty frustrated at this point, so I had to call up my bank to see if they could cancel the transaction.

Overall, I'd say that MetroSwimShop has some good stuff, but you gotta be careful when you're buying from them. Don't fall for their tricks and make sure you're not getting charged for something you didn't mean to buy.

7 weeks ago I ordered an original swimsuit from them. For the first time. The delivery took forever because I received it 14 days after ordering. It's a lot! But that's not all. I got a wrong item. I was very frustrated because I wanted to get the order before my trip to the sea. Oh well. I had to send it back and ask for a refund, I don't need this one. Everything should happen on time. And it's impossible with a delivery like this.
