I gotta say, Recovery For Athletes is the real deal. I was looking for a spin bike and stumbled upon their site. They had a sweet deal on a bike that caught my eye, so I took the plunge and ordered it. I was stoked to see that it was supposed to ship out the next day, but I was even more stoked when I got an email saying it had already shipped that same day! Talk about speedy service. The whole process was super easy and I appreciated the transparency. I'll definitely be checking out their site again for any future fitness needs.

These guys r the best. Got my Keiser bike n it came in 3 days. So grateful 4 Recovery for Athletes during these times. Def gonna buy from them again 100%.

I got the massage boots from Recovery For Athletes on 10/13 with Affirm payment. They didn't give me a tracking number and the order confirmation said it might take a while. I was kinda freaking out. But then, they came on 10/22 and they're good to go. They work fine and there's no problems. I got what I wanted pretty much on time.

I bought a thing for $149 on December 16th. They charged my card on the same day. They said it would ship in 2 to 5 days in the email they sent me. But it didn't come in time for Christmas. I asked about it in February. This is not how you do business. You can't charge someone for something you're not sending. You should tell them when it will be available when they order it.

Plus, they kept me in the loop about when my package was gonna arrive, and they seemed like they really cared about making sure I was happy with everything. I bought a rowing machine from Recovery For Athletes when the pandemic started. They said they were new and didn't have any stock. But, even after 3 months, they still didn't have any. They sold something they didn't have because of the pandemic. When I asked to cancel, they said I had to pay a fee. They said everyone else had to wait too. They took advantage of the situation and sold something they couldn't give.

I got a lil' blue tooth thingy for my Keiser M3i bike from Recovery For Athletes. I ordered it on 11/15, but it still hadn't shipped by 11/19. They charged my card right away though, lol. I emailed them on the 16th and they said it would ship "soon." It's just a tiny thing, not like it's a big deal or anything. It should only take a couple days to ship. This slow pace is kinda sus, and the other reviews I saw aren't great either. I'm glad I didn't spend $2,000 on equipment from them. I'm canceling my order and finding a better vendor.

I got the aryse xfast ankle support from Recovery For Athletes for my son who plays football and soccer in high school. They came in a decent amount of time, but they were the wrong size and we couldn't use them. My son missed a week of practice for both sports, and Recovery For Athletes was slow to respond. I had to send back the wrong size and include the original order, which clearly stated medium, not large. They don't take responsibility for the mistake and don't guarantee when I'll get the right size. They should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.

I bought a bike from this website and waited for a month, but I never got an email or an update on my order. I called them and they said the bikes were ready to be shipped, but they were waiting for the tracking numbers. They never got back to me, so I emailed them again the next week and they said the same thing. I decided to cancel and they said the bike was ready to be shipped, but I had to pay a restocking fee. This business lied to me from the start. Don't shop with them, I think their reviews are as fake as Donald Trump's hair.

I bought a massage chair from Recovery For Athletes and a week later, someone used my credit card to buy Walt Disney World tickets. Recovery For Athletes was the only company that had my new credit card number. They also missed two delivery dates. The first time, they sent it to the owner's house by mistake. I think he wanted to keep my new chair and switch it with his used one. The second time, they had to repackage and relabel my chair because of a shipping company issue in the owner's hometown. The owner said they would fix it, but then tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee for their mistakes.

I got the *** M3i indoor cycle and it was set up on 11/19. It's a pricey piece of equipment, but I'm not too happy with it. The flywheel needs replacing and there's a lot of noise coming from the pulley that hasn't been fixed. They blamed it on my wood floor and wall, but when the technician moved the bike outside, the noise was still there. The technician couldn't hear it, but they want to replace some parts anyway. Recovery For Athletes sold me some bad stuff. When I said I might return it, they told me about a restocking fee of $750.

I ordered twice from Recovery For Athletes, but they cancelled both orders without telling me why. It was a bummer because I lost almost $300 CAD due to the exchange rate difference between my purchases and the refunds on my credit card. I tried to reach out to them through email and online chat, but they didn't seem to care. They said it wasn't their problem, even though I was ready to go through with the orders. I didn't even ask for a refund, but they just told me tough luck.

I bought a bike from Recovery For Athletes and asked Jared about when it would arrive. He said it would be shipped in 7 days, but it didn't come. They told me it would be 10 days, but it still didn't come. They gave me more dates, but it still hasn't been shipped. I called and emailed them a lot and they gave me a tracking number that didn't work. I bought it on April 18th and I want the bike or my money back. It cost $1795.

I bought a thing from Recovery For Athletes on December 26. Order RFA20563. They said they'd send it by February 15, 2022. I emailed them a bunch of times to ask about it, but they never got back to me. The sales person kept saying they'd send it soon, but it's been almost a month now. They won't answer my calls or emails about the delay. They keep taking money from Affirm even though they haven't sent me the thing yet. I'm really mad. This company is like a bad dropshipper that doesn't tell you when they can't get the thing from the wholesaler.

I bought a bike from Recovery for Athletes, but it came broken. They won't give me a refund or exchange. I ordered the Keiser M3I Indoor Bike on November 9, and it arrived on November 18. The price was $1895.25. We put it together, but the electronics didn't work. We contacted Recovery, and they told us to contact Keiser. Keiser sent us instructions for fixing it, but they were too complicated. Recovery told us they have a strict return policy and won't help us. I told them I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. I've tried contacting both companies multiple times, but no one is responding.
