I called on 8/25/2023 complaining about someone somehow duplicated my card number a charged my account $175 three times ($525) at 2 different Wawa made a police report and provided it and they still I haven’t received my stolen money keep saying they need all this additional information. What else is it that I can get because to my knowledge there is nothing else I can provide.

Their policy states:

However they don’t live up to it!

Desired outcome: Want my stolen money!!!
