Excellent service. Second time using this mover. Professional, courteous, helpful and very reliable. Showed up on time, finished in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them and would use the again.

The movers were very professional, well prepared with lots of blankets to protect the furniture and moved everything easily. I had not moved in 20 years so really did not know what to expect but they made it all seem very easy. I can't say enough of how great they were. I highly recommend them.

These guys were great at every step, from the estimate to arriving at my new home on time with everything intact. The moving crew was professional and helpful. My only regret was not hiring them to do the packing as well. The packers I hired were a disaster and made loading the truck slower, but they were patient and professional. Thanks!

Will and Jay were fabulous; they called me at 7:00 am and told me their eta. They arrived on time and were very professional. They were efficient and worked really well together. They treated all my belongings with the utmost of care. It took them exactly 4 hours which was what was estimated. I would utilize this moving company again! I was so happy. Thank you!

I recently lost my mother and it was my responsibility to get her home ready for sale. I called on Mentors Moving and they were so helpful in getting the furniture moved to storage. They showed up on time, ready to work, were very efficient and the furniture was moved in a very careful manner. They made a very stressful time for me much easier to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Cost was very reasonable.

Mentors Moving did a stellar job moving us out of state to Oregon. They were very professional throughout the entire process, all the way from the estimate to move day and then unloading. I've used other moving companies before, and Mentors was the best experience I've had yet. Special kudos to Steven who headed up our move-in. Justin and Alex were on time and careful with the furniture. Justin was especially thoughtful helping my mom decide on the best placement of her furniture when she had a question and needed input. Alex was especially polite and respectful. Both were hard workers and did an amazing job for my family. Mentors movers had a competitive quote and stood by what they said. I very much appreciate the honesty, especially in this market where movers are being dishonest.

This is my third move with Smooth Move USA and they were AWESOME once again! I had to make my move during the Shelter-in-place due to the COVID 19 pandemic - and they didn't miss a beat! They handled my move from a third floor apartment to another third floor apartment and were good natured and efficient EVERY step of the way! Sean, Maurice and John were so friendly, kind, clean, careful and incredible to me throughout the entire process. I will NEVER use any other mover again! Great job!

Everything about using Smooth Move, Bakersfield was excellent. From Kieth who stopped by our place to view the contents of our house and giving us a binding bid, to Carlos (the driver) and the moving crews in Bakersfield and Idaho. The movers explained when they found abnormalities in our furniture (before wrapping and loading on the truck, to explaining how they had packaged the nuts, bolts and other hardware when the took furniture apart. My mom and aunt recommended Smooth Move after they had a good experience, and I'm glad I went with them. Tomas, Jacob, and Gerardo arrived on time and were very friendly, professional, and polite. They didn't rush anything and asked every time there was a question about an assembly/disassembly or where an item should go. They were also time-efficient, getting the job done in a little under the estimated time. The truck was plenty large enough for all of our furniture and belongings, and they were also otherwise well-prepared. Overall excellent and they will be my first choice for a future move.

We had Mentors move all our belongings from our 1850sq ft house to their storage facility on labor day. I'm surprised that they scheduled me on a holiday to begin with but 8 guys (Arturo, Eli, Jeremiah, Jorge, Josh, Michael, Tanner and Juve) and two trucks showed up promptly at commited time. They were all very nice, polite and professional. They work efficiently and took care of all my items very carefully. The whole move out of my house experience took exactly 3hrs and they cleaned up the scattered mess after. I am having them move all my belongings to my new home once the house is ready. Highly recommend these guys!

Our customer representative, David, at Mentor Movers was great! He helped coordinate our moving day with our closing escrow, seamlessly adjusting our moving date as needed. He texted or called often to keep me updated. On April 7, our moving day, 3 movers arrived on time and worked together well. They were friendly and kept me informed each step of the way. I was impressed the way they wrapped all our furniture and handled everything with care. They placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it in our new home. We were able to move everything in one trip and completed the job in less time than originally anticipated. I would definitely recommend Mentor Movers. Teresa S.
