I recently purchased a gold plated ring from Melinda Maria for Mother's Day, and boy was I disappointed! The ring arrived with a massive scratch on it, like a deep groove that you could feel with your fingertips. It's so thin and flimsy, it feels like a cheap knockoff rather than a high-quality piece. Honestly, it's not worth the money at all. I don't understand why there's so much hype around this brand because it definitely doesn't live up to it.

To make matters worse, when I tried to return the ring, they flat out refused! Can you believe that? I mean, come on, customer service should be a top priority for any company. But no, they won't let you return their faulty products. It's incredibly frustrating and leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

I would strongly advise you to save your hard-earned money and steer clear of Melinda Maria. Their products are subpar, and their customer service is abysmal. Don't fall for the hype like I did. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I recently bought a Baroness gold-plated simulated diamond tennis necklace from Melinda Maria's website on June 11, 2022. The price seemed reasonable, especially with the coupon, coming to a total of $166.50. However, I must say, I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. Don't waste your hard-earned money or precious time on this!

Let's start with the packaging. The box it came in was surprisingly impressive, exceeding my expectations. But unfortunately, the necklace itself was a different story. It was poorly crafted, and the crystals lacked any sparkle or uniformity. When I tried to admire it under a spotlight, there was no appreciable reflection whatsoever. It was a major letdown. On top of that, the thin layer of simulated gold plating already had noticeable spots where the gold was wearing off. It was disheartening to see such poor quality.

When I realized I wanted to return the necklace, I went online to find the instructions. To my dismay, I couldn't find any guidance on the website. Frustrated, I sent over 24 text requests for return instructions, desperately seeking assistance. It took ages before I finally received a reply. The customer service code they provided disappeared from my phone in a flash, and I couldn't remember it. It was a nightmare! I warn you, potential buyers, to be cautious and aware of this inconvenience.

In the end, I decided to cancel the purchase on my credit card. Thankfully, I managed to retrieve the customer service code using my trusty laptop. I printed it out and took it to FedEx for the return. I must admit, FedEx handled the return process professionally, which was a relief amidst this frustrating experience.

Now, I'm eagerly waiting to see the refund on my credit card. Only time will tell if Melinda Maria will follow through with their promise. I hope to see the money back in my account soon. Until then, I reserve my final judgment on this whole ordeal.

I was sooo excited when I saw the super duper gorgeous Baroness Bracelet on the Melinda Maria website. Let me tell ya, it's even more gorgeous in person! So, without wasting any time, I decided to order it for myself as a little treat for Valentine's Day. I mean, why not splurge on myself, right?

Now, here's where things took a turn for the worse. After just one day of wearing this bracelet while I was sitting at my boring ol' desk, typing away and making hand gestures like any normal person, the darn thing fell right off my wrist! Can you believe it? By the time I got home for dinner, it was long gone. Poof! Disappeared into thin air.

Looking back, I shouldn't have been surprised. The clasp on this bracelet was a bit wonky, you know? I had to double check and make sure it was snapped on properly. So, it's no wonder it didn't hold up.

But here's the real kicker. I read on their website about "The Melinda Guarantee" which supposedly promises 100% satisfaction. So, I thought, "Great! They'll take care of me." But when I reached out to their Customer Service department, they hit me with this "photo policy" nonsense. Apparently, they wanted a picture of the lost bracelet. Say what now? I couldn't find anything about this photo policy on their website. It's like they're making up rules as they go along, you know?

I gotta say, I'm super disappointed. If this jewelry had been made with better craftsmanship and if their customer support was more solid, they could've been an amazing company. But alas, it seems like I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Such a shame.
