I am left absolutely speechless by this company. I've ordered from them 3 times and each time was a wonderful experience. My last experience, I made a mistake on my ring size. I accidently chose a size 3 ring size, which is extremely small, could basically fit a small child. They actually called me before producing my ring, and asked if this was correct. I thought that was so nice of them to do. I would've received the wrong size ring and would've had to pay for a resize, if they would've never called me. . Any other company would've just said "You get what you paid for". Its nice to know its not just about the money to them. Their customer service is amazing. They really saved the day for me. Thanks for always being so kind ENJD, and paying close attention to detail.

I ordered last week and just received my order. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the product. I use to work at a chain store jewelry company in the mall and *** jewelry was a supplier of them. I was a gemologist that use to take care of the stores inventory at that time. Had to change my career because the money for being a gemologist was really bad. Anyhow I decided to buy from them because the company I use to work for many years ago would have the highest markup on ***'s product. The general manager use to say that *** would give them the best deals. They use to stamp their own brand on *** jewelry's product and mark up the price by 3 times! The diamond ring I purchased is a very high quality. I paid a pretty buck on it. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Jewelry Design is a super cool company. Diamonds are a sort of difficult investment because you never know what you cold be getting yourself into. I have been scammed in the past by another vendor. However, that is NOT the case with *** Jewelry Design. He sells 100% natural and authentic diamonds. They are not lab made or contain any synthetic elements in anyway. I can tell they are a very hard working company. I see the dedication they have. I got a response back from them (via email) within 2 hrs. Their customer service is on top of their stuff. They seemed very sweet and happy to assist me. My diamond ring came out absolutely beautiful. I chose a D SI1. I wish I could go higher in the clarity scale, but I was on a budget. But that's alright, I was still satisfied.

Order 2 carat tw earring back in August. They shipped total *** diamonds. After research of hassles for returns and discussion with wife, decided to just to keep the *** and call it a day. Two months later, flaws with the clasps prompted me to contact them to see if I could get a reasonable replacement...this after numerous discussions that lead no where with "customer service". Cost turned out to be $40 for their mistake and rather poor quality clasps! My advise would be NOT to deal with these individuals. They said the reason I received *** was I ordered ***. That is not true and their website uses bait and switch tactics. They presented a copy of their order which I never received. It was NOT what I ordered. Bottom line...do business with a firm you trust, not some internet scam and come on.

The product (engagement ring) was as ordered. It arrived on time, as advertised, and is of acceptable quality of material and workmanship. Sold at a significant discount to other similar retailers. I had no customer service interaction, and therefore have no comment, but communication ("tracking") regarding manufacture and shipping was nearly nonexistent. Though as advertised, the product design was underwhelming. While of good quality, the design is unusually, and noticeably, thinner than would be expected. No additional additions were offered, but it was disappointing that some weren't included, such as a comprehensive diamond certification/appraisal or quality branding in the packaging. Nothing wrong with the transaction, but nothing overwhelmingly "right" about it either. Not bad, but not specifically recommended.

I ordered diamond earring on 2-4-22. The website said I would have them in 6-8 days. I heard nothing for two weeks. No one ever answers their phone. They put you on hold for over an hour. I emailed. I received a response from Patrick at 2 weeks. He told me they custom make everything and would try to have the earring to me by March X-XXXX. Today is February 28, 2022. After calling with no answer. Texting with no answer. Patrick again answers my email and informs me they are a legitimate business and not fraud. But my earring are with the designers. Haven't been made etc. He would NOT give me a timeline when I could expect the earrings. He apologized and that was it. I have no idea if I will ever see the earrings but I would not recommend anyone order on line from this company. My daughter will not have her gift because of how horrible this company is.

Ordering jewelry online is very new to me. My technology skills are not as good as my daughters. But I managed to get ahold of this company's customer service line and they managed to help me figure out what I wanted. I was trying to find my wife a new wedding ring. She sadly lost it on our backpacking trip upstate. I wanted to get her something similar but having a new look and feel to it. They suggest me to get this side stone ring with emerald green hearts surrounding the big diamond. It is exactly what I was thinking, something new and unique. I am very happy with what I ordered. They even suggested the clarities and colors of the diamond to make sure I got a ring we would be happy with. I found them to be helpful and patient. I can't wait to see the look on her face when she sees it. I know she will be happy that she can wear something. She was always saddened that she lost it.

I ordered a dainty 0.50 carat solitaire gold ring with an H SI2 stone. I'm super glad it came out exactly the way I anticipated. I recommend this place. *** Jewelry sells ONLY NATURAL diamonds. I've worked with diamonds for many years at Kay Jewelers. Kay Jewelers and other larger companies are different. Kay diamonds are lab created and enhanced with synthetic materials in order to increase the shine, in other words - FAKE. With NATURAL Diamonds from ENJD, derived from the Earth, you have to be careful when selecting your clarity. It is SOOO important to select a good quality rock. Color does not necessarily matter in my opinion. But the Clarity (shininess and clearness), IS SOOO important. Natural diamonds are more revealing, so if you buy a low clarity stone, it will be visible and you will be dissapointed. So just make sure you're buying an SI2 or higher. Anything to the left side of the clarity scale is considered 'good' quality.

In love with my pair of diamond earrings I got from ***! I love to wear White Gold but I figured I would make a change and try Rose Gold. It was well worth it! I have very fair skin so it adds a new dynamic, makes my outfits more vibrant! They are so comfortable to wear too, honestly the best pair I have had that haven't bugged me. It feels great to finally have a pair that you know is going to last! The diamonds are gorgeous and are perfectly proportioned with my ears, not too big and not too small! The customer service team was very helpful with providing me with updates, great staff! What's not to love about this place? I highly recommend checking out their earrings, they are very affordable and the customizable options is very unique to. It's like a create your own jewelry kind of thing! Even cooler that they make it by hand too. Anyways, thank you all so much for the work you put in for me! I can't wait to wear them a bunch more times!

This company has promised me that I would have my jewelry before Christmas. And also had me pay extra for shipping to make sure it did arrive before Christmas. As of today, it has still not arrived. I am actually on the phone with them as we speak and I am being told that it is going to be sent out on Wednesday night around 5:00 PM. And it will be overnighted for me. But I have been told this before and still nothing. They also mentioned that I would receive an email with the tracking number on it so I could track it. I was told this all has to do with COVID and the Mayor of LA. California. The one thing that I think this company could have done is at least keep their customers updated on what was going on and do not promise things that they can not deliver. I did not receive any emails or messages that this was not going to be done by Christmas and I had to call them 5 different times to actually get an answer. This company is very unprofessional.

This company is fraudulent, they don't honor their return policy and should be removed from your website and stripped of their award as A with the Complaintsboard.com, this companies rating is tarnishing the Complaintsboard.com brand name. All of the honest reviews tell the same story, all the good reviews are fake, only recently have they started having their bots write reviews that seem somewhat legitimate but take my word, all the bad reviews tell the same story, which is the story I am trying to tell you all, DO NOT buy from them. Not to mention their prices are impossibly low for what they claim to sell. Their jewelry certifier, AGA, does not exist or is also fraudulent. They won't provide you any information about the company that certifies the quality of their gem stones. And if you try and return an order before they ship it they will try and hit you with a 25% cancelation fee. Now they currently have all my money for some Diamond earrings for my wife's birthday and won't refund any of it, let alone 75%

Had the best experience possible with this jewelry shop. I ordered my girlfriend and engagement ring that she can't refuse. The ring is exactly as expected and looks amazing. The White Gold is so clear and smooth, it feels amazing on the skin. My wife is going to love it, I know it's going to look so good on her. White Gold is her favorite type of gold instead of yellow, which is why I went with the white. The diamond alone is great, so clear and shiny. I am so glad I contacted the customer service line, they helped me get educated with the different diamond colors and clarity. I am still in shock of how great this has been and how convenient it was. The pricing is great on this website. I am so glad I caught them when they are having his sale because this is some high grade jewelry. I know she can't refuse. Thank you for the professional craftsmanship on the ring. I suggest everyone to give this site a check up to see all the designs and prices they offer while they are on sale.

Hello everyone, I'm ***. I just got proposed to a few days ago and my ring is from *** NovelJD. I absolutely love my engagement ring! I got a D color, VVS1 center stone. My band has small F color diamonds all around. Super beautiful ring. Obviously the price reflected on the product, it definitely wasn't a cheap ring. I'm thinking around the 13k range. I was fortunate enough to get to pick out my ring, so I custom designed it on the ENJD website. They have a large variety of options so that's nice! It delivered a month later, which is reasonable considering the hard work behind it. They obviously need production time. THE RING WAS PERFECT! no complaints. I honestly feel like you get what you pay for with this company. If you spend the money, your ring will be beautiful. If you don't... well like I said, you get what you pay for. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for me! I love my engagement ring and this company is still more affordable than other companies. They give a great deal. I highly recommend.

They enlightened me a little about their company which made me feel much better about ordering from here cause I could tell they're legit. After production time, which takes anywhere from 2-14 days depending on your order, they will ship your final product. After shipping my niece's earrings it arrived in 2 days. Very easy company to work with when designing custom jewelry. Also, all their diamonds are 100% natural meaning they don't lab enhance the shine or add any synthetic materials to the diamond. Therefore, it's best to get a good quality stone. I bought my niece a H VS1 set and she loved them! They're absolutely beautiful and I definitely need to revisit this site again to purchase myself some earrings as well. Very good bargain, won't find a deal like this for natural diamonds anywhere else. Thank you very much

very cool, ***. I love this website and company. you guys are doing a great job overcoming this pandemic. I know the virus took a huge toll on the company due to being short staffed and i know postal services slowed down as well. I'm glad to see you guys still up and running. I just ordered another piece of jewelry from this company as a second time buyer. The first time I ordered was during December, the month that they were greatly affected by the pandemic and had many staff members sent home for weeks due to covid. I understood the issue completely and the reason for my orders delay. I hope everyone's doing well now. This second order came rather quickly, so I'm assuming everything is fine. I'm really enjoying this new purchase. I ordered a cross pendant with diamonds all over. They are F VS2 diamonds. Super nice pendant. No scuffs or scratches, it is in perfect mint condition. They are the best jewelers in the west coast. I'll tell you, there is a reason why they have so much good reviews all over. My father use to be a jeweler and *** Jewelry Design was his supplier for 15 years before he retired. He is the reason why I buy all my diamonds from here. The designs in my fathers store all came from here. My father trusted them and they deserved it. They are the source for wholesale jewelry. My diamond and the engagement ring I purchased was made by their designer. I told him what I liked and he went far and beyond to design my engagement ring. Their designer took the design I liked and made it so much better. He gave the design more diamonds and gave it extra curves. Till today I get compliments on my engagement ring. I also purchased other jewelry. My tennis bracelet multiple earrings including my diamond stud earrings and multiple necklaces all came from here. It's not worth spending time searching, these guys are the best deal and best price in town. I know there are 4 jewelers in New York that are larger, but they don't have a retail outlet like these guys. Those jewelers don't like to deal with annoying retail customer s like myself. These guys have a team just for retail customers. I highly recommend them and you should only buy diamonds from here.

I think this experience was by far the best experience I have ever had on a Jewelry website. I had loads of fun looking thru all the designs they offer. I love that you can customize it to your liking. They do engravements for cheap and free resizing if your ring is from their company. I also love the fact that their diamonds are only NATURAL 100% authentic. They are not lab created nor do they add any synthetic elements, like other big mainstream jewelry companies do. With that being said, since they don't add any synthetic elements to enhance the shininess on their diamonds, you do need to buy yourself a high quality diamond. Do not buy the cheapest diamond on the scale (M, 13). If you do buy an M 13, just be sure to note that it will appear dark, cloudy, & not shiny at all. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more on something of a higher quality, Like an F VS2 or even a G SI1. These are diamonds that are not super expensive, yet still shiny and beautiful. I recommend something along those lines. If your not on a budget, than a D color VVS1 diamond is obviously the way to go. Those are the best of the best!

Just a little heads up, *** JD only sells natural diamonds, meaning they're not lab made nor are they enhanced by synthetic elements in anyway. Therefore, I'd recommend buying yourself a good quality diamond. When I speak of quality, I'm referring to the color and clarity of the diamond you have chosen. DO NOT buy yourself the cheapest diamond on their website (an M 13) unless you truly know what a natural M 13 looks like, or you might set yourself up for disappointment. Natural diamonds are more price revealing. An M 13 can appear more cloudy, brownish, and may lack in shine. My advice - spend a little extra money for a much higher quality ring. I'd recommend a F VS2 or even a G SI1 if you're budgeting. Those are more affordable options, yet they still provide that shine and glass like effect everyone craves for. Be smart about your purchase, because believe me it will be worth it. *** creates your custom piece from scratch, so give them production time. I really enjoyed picking out a ring from here. It was a cute emerald shaped ring with w 2 side stones. Just a little gift to myself. I recommend for you to chose a color anywhere from D - G. Also for your stone's clarity, I'd recommend anything from FL - SI 1. In my opinion, clarity is much more important than color. So if you're on a budget, I'd advise you to worry about the clarity (aka the shininess and clearness) of the stone, before color because, clarity is what gives your diamond a more realistic and glass like look. You can pick a stone w the highest rated color on the scale, but if your clarity is low, your entire ring will look cheap and fake. Basically, just choose a diamond with a color and clarity that leans towards the left of the scales in order to ensure beautiful results. Keep in mind, *** only uses natural diamonds with NO synthetic elements , meaning its shine and color will be true and natural. The diamond is not lab made or enhanced in anyway, so do please spend a bit more coin for a much better quality stone. Because trust me, the last thing you want is to spend hundreds of dollars on a ring, and not be satisfied. Now you're stuck w their return policy and procedures and its just a waste of time. So do yourself a favor and invest in a good ring. You'll truly be amazed. I love my new E VS1 emerald shaped ring. I did so much research and contacted the *** team themselves, via email. They responded within 2 hours and gave me insight on how diamonds work and what I should look for. their customer service is outstanding and I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Plus nothing added up correctly. Their receipt and the product that I received the earrings the receipt stated that they were four prongs and there were six prongs. It's why I had a s appraisal done their appraisal and the appraisal I had done came back totally different. It's the main reason why I sent the earrings back due to nothing at it up and that's not good customer service and it's also not okay. I have all documentation that shows that earrings that were shipped to me and the receipt from their company are not the same and Zales where they sent the earrings out I'm sure they're certified appraiser is not going to lie. Once you tell the customer the truth growing up in several businesses you keep a lot of customers coming back if you don't get what you paid for then you send it back and you follow your policy and you give the customer a refund. Now let's get to the postmaster here in Wysox Pennsylvania he goes to type in the address and he says the A don't exist. That's something that was said by the postmaster after he did the label to ship it back. Lots of mistakes and that's just the God's honest truth. I'm just very grateful that I grew up in a family who knows their diamonds and knows what to do and you always get a second appraisal especially if you're going to insure them. That's what was explained to me what company is bigger ***. Zales or who you bought those diamonds off of. Plus being a nurse it's the paper trail that winds it's not the bad customer service or the mistake after mistake after mistake it's the paper trail that wins. I'm going to stick to what my mother told me don't buy any diamonds online anymore.

We purchased a diamond ring from edwin novel and the diamond was so small I sent it right back. They say 14-21 business days for your refund but it's been over 30 so we filed a complaint with the bbb. Edwin novel just called us and blackmailed us! They said they would give our money back after we removed the complaint from the bbb and not before. I told him I was recording the conversation and he hung up on me! Do not buy from this company they are scamming you! Buyer beware!

I ordered a set of 2ct. earrings from *** order number ***. I was notified that they wanted access to my bank information. Even thought my bank had already paid them. I refused to do this. When I called to complain I was told that I need to give them access to my bank information to verify my address. I told the person I talked to refund my money. He said it would be refunded in two days. That was on August 30. I need someone from ***) to contact me by email or call me at ***. The amount in question is *** If they do not refund me my money, I will be contacting the *** Attorney General to file charges against them.

I have corresponded with them last on January 30th and the tracking number I've provided proves that it was received at the store months ago. I have had no update or any time estimate given for this return. The business has contacted me via e-mail, however, despite confirming that the return will be processed, they have not done so or given any update with pertinent information. They have not processed the refund. All I want is a refund for a product I returned.

On 12/30 I purchased two diamond rings online from ***. I also purchased overnight shipping. The online shipping policy stares up to 3 weeks for complex designs. As of 2/3/22 my order has not shipped and customer service can only tell me that my order is being processed. I did not have a complex design. I ordered a solitaire and an infinity band. When I said I wanted to speak with a supervisor no one was available. When I said I wanted to cancel my order I was told there would be a 25% restocking fee, per policy. However, *** did not follow its shipping policy and yet wants to hold me to to the cancellation policy. I do not believe that they have my solitaire and I am skeptical that my purchased diamond will be delivered.

Canceled my order and asked for my refund. On 12/15 i ordered an engagement ring for *** I paid extra for 2 day shipping. On 12/18 i called about my order, they told me they are waiting for the certification and it would ship on Monday 12/21. On 12/22 called again and got the same story and that it would ship 12/23. I called on 12/23 this time they told me it probably won't ship until sum time after the first of the year. I told them that was not exceptable and to cancel my order and refund my money. They told me they will cancel my order and send a refund. Since that last call i have called every day and no one answers the phone. I have sent multiple emails with no answer back. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company but am getting no where with this.

Called twice and was put on hold *** Received email on *** stating that unreasonable mandate by mayor of los angeles only allows them to operate at *** capacity, which sounds not right.

I bought a diamond engagement ring online for *** but cancelled my order due to their shipping failures. I have not recieved my full refund yet. On *** I purchased a diamond engagement ring from the establishment. I cancelled my transaction on *** due to ***'s consistent inability to ship my order. I was promised a full and immediate refund, should I have needed to cancel my order. When I did cancel my order, I was told the process for a refund would take 48 hours. 48 hours later, I still have recieved no email confirming my cancellation, no money has been deposited into my account from *** Jewelry, and I am unable to speak to any representatives after a cumulative 30 minutes on hold and leaving two voicemails. I consider this theft.

I was looking online for a diamond solitaire ring . I came across *** They showed a beautiful shiny 1 carat diamond on sale for *** I ordered it . I waited about three weeks for the ring to arrive. Took it out of the box and didn't see what was shown on the website. They sent me a *** " *** I called them immediately and told them this was *** They said oh well that's what clarity diamond you *** ! I said no I ordered what was shown not this . Who would spend *** on a *** ring ? I requested a *** . They emailed the return label I had to pay for the *** back to them . I ordered this ring on *** and today is *** I still *** my money back and they *** respond to my emails . Horrible customer service . Don't order from them

I cancelled my Order. A day later the pending transaction was removed. 2 days after canceling I was charged and cannot get any assistance for refund. *BEWARERECONSIDER EXPOSING YOUR FINANCES TO THIS COMPANY. This appeared to be a great company, they were very helpful explaining selection of products available. 2 business days after placing order it became necessary for me to cancel. I received a response from a customer service representative saying I would be refunded in *** The following day the pending charge came off my account. The day after that I was charged in full, no tracking numbers given, no product on its way. I am now unable to get any assistance for a refund from the company. None of my emails are answered. It may be miscommunication between departments or its a fraudulent company. Either way, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

He said I would receive the email by the end of the day. He said he would follow up on it himself. I still have not received an email or a refund.

I ordered a ring from this company. I returned the ring a month ago. I still have not gotten a refund. I ordered a ring from *** on November 20th. The ring was shipped out on December 3rd. The ring was delivered to my front door on December 7th. I was unsatisfied with the quality of the ring and paid return shipping on December 14th. *** received the ring on December 16th. I was given the RMA number of RET-XXXXX. I returned the ring within the 30 return policy. I was told I would receive a refund after 15 business days after inspection of the ring. I have called numerous times and have been told to expect a refund anytime between Monday through Friday. I bought the ring through Affirm. I am still making payments on a ring I no longer have. The last time I have contacted this merchant was on January 22nd. I spoke to someone about the issue and was told that he needed to speak to someone in their accounting office. He said he would call me back and never did.

I ordered a ring to be delivered by Christmas. Ordered two weeks before. Site claims you can track shipment, You cannot. Attempts to get answers fail. Called company on Dec.22,2020 to check on the status. Was told it would ship that day, would be here in time. Did not happen! I am aware there have shipping issues this year. Company site says second day delivery. Sent company service a couple of messages yesterday and today and got no response. Sent another asking for someone to please contact me about the status today. Customer service said Account Representative would contact me as soon as possible. A little over three hours later and not hearing anything before their set closing time I sent another email telling them to keep the ring. Apparently my business is not worth their time to give me an answer.

I placed an order with ***. During communication over the last few weeks i was told the order is custom made and would ship anywhere from 6 days to 2 weeks. After multiple phone calls I talked to a young woman I couldnt understand this morning (1/11) who told me it had not been started and she would *** over and physically see where in line my order was. I received no call back so I called again and talked *** They could not provide me with any proof that the ring was being "made" and they want to charge a fee. When people are planning for a wedding it is a stressful time. I asked to speak to a manager, he didn't know his name but then came back with the exact person I have been *** with via email. I take this as refusing to let me discuss this with the manager on instead he just *** me to a different customer service reps. This is *** was laughing at my questions and was so *** I understand what *** to *** is however if the order is not made then there should be no *** Especially of that amount.

I purchased a ring with *** Jewelry by website on December 2. It was said 2-3 weeks to make and then shipment. After many conversations and over a month later I received my rings on January 19, 2022. The ring was smaller stone size than I had originally ordered which they explained was quality reasons. But gold bands were thin like wires and cut into my finger. So I went through process of returning the rings. I called in and received the proper RMA and information to return. I returned via Fed Ex and received a signed delivery receipt on January 24, 2022. Was told that jewelry once received would be inspected and refund issued. I had financed the ring and in meantime am having to make payments. Returns take up to 14 days to process. I have been told twice that my order is being held in accounting department and due to "large" volume they have not processed yet. On February 9th I was told that the refund process was initiating but still nothing. This is a very large purchase and I want to be done with this company and just have my refund. Terrible service !

The company has my money and I did not receive the ring. Company will not answer calls or emails. December 7 ordered the 2.00 ct solitaire engagement ring SKU: Ring XXXXXX on the *** website. Total ***. I was sent a confirmation about 2 to 3 week delivery. Called two days later because I forgot to create an account so I could track product received assistance but was not able to track because I created the account after the order but was told I would receive ring before Dec, 25th, Christmas. A week before Christmas I started calling and sending emails to check status of ring. No one answered the calls and I just received the standard response emails that someone will get back with me. Three days before Christmas I finally reached someone (a man) and was told the ring would be overnighted and arrive before Christmas. Started calling again. January 6 finally spoke with a man who said it will be sent out next Tuesday, January 12th and I will receive it by Friday, January 15th. I have not received a ring nor did I receive a UPS tracking number for the ring and they still have my money. No one will answer the company phone and they are not answering my emails. I want my money back since they did not send my ring.

Still waiting for my refund! I have returned a set of diamond stud earrings that was not as advertised. I even took it to my local jeweler and was told according to the stats, it is far from the gem grade they said it was. The company even used a Gem lab does that allegedly does not exist. AGA (American Gemological Authority.) I have spoken to the president of the certified company American Gemological Association and they have told me they have never heard of that Gem lab that graded my diamond earrings. I noticed that they no longer have that AGA on their site as they had before. I have documents to prove they received the diamond earrings and that I would get my refund within two weeks.. well that was in October. It is now December. I am happy to email Complaintsboard.com Los Angeles the conversations I had via email. Also the return tracking label etc. I am unable to get into my *** account as I believe that they have blocked me. They are corrupt! I do not know how the heck they got all those positive reviews. Scammers! They gave me a fake Gem lab card that is not even legit. If I did lose those earrings my insurance company would not even recognize that gem lab for appraisal! I have made many attempts to email them to no avail.

I purchased a ring online from this place WITHOUT reading the reviews! They don't return calls, texts, or emails promptly. I purchased a ring and not realizing the company they use to grade it is *** not *** or another large, stringent institution! I was told by 3 different jewelers that "you never know what you'll get" and that's when I did everything I could to cancel this order as quickly as possible (within 24 hours)! It wasn't until they received my dispute from *** that they contacted me, kinda funny. They are now trying to charge me a *** fee for cancelling the purchase. I told them that was ridiculous and I did everything I could to get a hold of them *** I then spoke with ***, *** over the phone for 20 min and he accused me of extortion because I told him I was going to write negative reviews and tell other buyers to beware! I argued and told him I'm stating a fact and never wrote a negative review in my life but what they were doing was just plain wrong! I also emailed a previous post of someone that had a similar situation as I did and ***/***/*** said he didn't make him pay a cancellation fee and he still wrote a bad review! I did say if this didn't get solved, I would *** to the store and "wring some necks", he took this as a threat and APPARENTLY that's when he decided not to be customer oriented any longer.

I purchased a pair of earrings from *** several months ago. The actual earrings did not meet my expectations nor did they look like the picture of what I thought I would receive so I returned them in line with ***'s return policy on October 13. After a month of not receiving *** of the return or a refund, I sent an email on November 17 requesting an update. I received an email later that day stating that the returns department had *** my return on October 16 and that I should be *** my *** by the end of the week. Having still not received my *** I called customer support on December 7 and was told that the agent needed to check with the accounting department but that she would resolve the issue and call me back later that day to confirm. I never received a call back so I sent an email to follow up that evening. I then received an email stating that my refund would be initiated the next day and that I would receive an email *** That never *** At this point I have waited almost 3 months to receive my refund for a rather large purchase and am at a loss of how to get my money back for a product that was confirmed as returned. The original order number is XXXXXXXX and the return number is RET-XXXXX. Please help me receive my money and let it be known that this is not a trustworthy or ethical company.

Business failed to refund purchase after jewelry returned, inspected & confirmed receipt. Spoke to representative who admitted refund was owed. On XX-XX-XXXX I purchased Stud Earrings CST 1.0, Color J, Clarity, I3, 14K White Gold for $438.13. The certified appraisal report valued the set at $*** I received the items which were subpar and not as represented and should not be allowed to be represented as they were. I contacted the company and received return instructions via e-mail on XX-XX-XXXX along with a return number RET-XXXXX. On XX-XX-XXXX I shipped the package back to the address under FedEx tracker number XXXXXXXXXXXX. The item was received and signed for by *** at ***'s place of business on 12/14. Numerous phone calls went unanswered to the company. I finally spoke to staff on XX-XX-XX and they reported the inspection was complete and refund would process that day or the next. Return policy stated it takes up to 14 business days to process and receive a refund. It has been more than double that time period as of today's date. On 01/14, I left a voicemail requesting my refund be processed and to date have not received a return call or a refund. I tried to contact the company again on X-XX-XX and no one answered the phone. On [protected], I instituted a dispute with my American Express credit card. I believe the business operates is intentionally delaying my return and should be reported to the California Consumer Protection Division for consumer protection violations.
