Was at McDonald's this morning August 31 about 10 o'clock when a young special needs person was at the soda machine The young lady pulled her shorts aside and scratch hear private area and exposed her pivot area A male worker come over to seniors at the table asked all of us if we had seen her private area He used the p---- word witch I will not repeat I reported it to the manager on duty at the time with the male beside me The manager didn't seem to care . Didn't give a response to my complaint manager first name is Adrian The employees first name is Waldo

This happened at.the McDonald's in Harborcreek PA.

I forgot to add the the employee put his hand on it old him to his [censored]ing hands me that's when manager become a interested Manger

McDonald's Chicken biscuit

I went through the drive through this morning around 7:30 and ordered and chicken&cheese biscuit on a English muffin. When I made it to my job. I opened the wrapping paper and notice the chicken was over cooked black and greasy like it was saturated with grease. I wanted to take it back,but I’m at work. It just don’t make scene why McDonald’s ain’t the same. I’ve noticed that Tallahassee has the worst McDonald’s in Florida. It’s always something wrong with the food.

Desired outcome: The food wasn’t eatable! The hash browns and sprite was the only thing I’ve enjoyed

McDonald's Manager is very rude and the unprofessional

My family and I went inside to place an order the manager Maraisha was very rude. Did not make eye contact threw the fries upside down in the bag. Push drinks at us did not call out the order number just sat the bag on the counter without acknowledging the customers. Fries were cold to the touch. When I asked an employee for the name of the manager, the manager and the crew decided to try and smart mouth us.

McDonald's Abusive employee

Incident at store #1204 on 8/25/[protected]@ 7:33pm.

Abusive employee.

Others, in listening to my telliing of earlier, have said it sounds like elder abuse and racism.

Staff cussing at customers before me. Then at me. She was busy having a conversation with the woman in front of the line at her window. This conversation lasted longer than 10 minutes. We were lined up almost back to Colfaxl People leaving. People cussing. I wish I'd have had the sense to leave. I cannot imagine now why I did not! I iIgnored my intuition in the name of Ice Cream. And faced one of the most abusive confrontations by the young woman at the window than maybe ever in my life. Up close and personal.

In. My. Face. With all the venom she could muster.

I was just earlier put through hell by one of your employees. I was so stunned by the ugliness she put me though. Put us both through. I was prime for catching her anger from whatever had been going on before me.

In a way, it could have been a police issue, had I chose that route. She was extremely vervbally and mentally abusive. And! Would not give me my change! Would NOT. Kept yelling at me " You dropped it"! Yet - I had not ever blamed her. I said that the money slid from our hands. It's a sloppy way to give change, but it's common these days. Simply not paying attention.

Handed me change - bills on the bottom, change inbetween (I guess - I coulnd't see it) and receipt on top. She laid those in my palm at a bit of an angle. The change all slid to the pavemet. Too close for me to be able to open my car door to retrieve it. The clerk's anger skyrocketed when I asked

if she could help me. She actually yelled and cussed at me (as from the beginning til the end) that I had dropped it. "You dropped it, [censored]". That's mild to the rest of her loudly yelling over the parking lot. Over and over. She called a young man into the room. As I began to explain to him how it had happened, she cut me off and screamed "Oh. So NOW you're gonna try to blame me?!" I said immediatlety that I never had.

Nothing worked. It was awful. Why did I not leave. Oh my gosh.

OK. So. What you all really need to know is that I am a 71 year old white female. This was apparrently what kept her on riding her anger when I pulled up to her window. It was definitely an issue with her. She make that clear. I'd hoped to clear it up with the two of them. -AND! to get my change.

This does not end right there. Whoever the young man was who joined her? He actually reached somewhere, had his fist closed, leaned out the window and with his fist opened down proceeded to drop two pennies into my hand.

Added a bit more to the demeaning attitude. What a thing.

I had to leave that place. You all may not be getting what very harmful and threatening behavior a McDonald's employee exhibited towards me this evening.

You know...I have eaten at this very McDonald's off and on since the mid's 60's. I have lived among several nationalities. I am old. Born white. And never have lived above the high-end of the poverty line.

I had not wanted to write all of this to you. I'm tired. This incident wore me out. It was, and is, taxing.

So. What to do, right?

As I have said - I SHOULD HAVE LEFT. IMMEDIATELY.

I was completely stunned and caught off guard. This cannot be real. What is going on up there? Then AT ME.

I do know this is a convulated message to you tonight. However, I knew that if I waited until tomorrow, I would absolutely not waste another minute on the hostility thrown at me. At McDonald's! For ice cream. Oh my gosh.

McDonald's wrong order and wrongly charged

after attempting to resolve this issue via the online chat and getting nothing in response due to a apparent constant loss of connection for no reason. i had a voucher for spend £25 and save £10, so i decided the place a order .

my issue/complaint is as followed

my mobile online order came to £25.25 , so after discount it showed at payment point i would pay £15.25, i ordered the spicy spanish meal deal, the chicken fiesta meal deal and big mac meal deal and a few cheese burgers . when i went to the drive through to collect this order , i gave them my order number which i believe was rb89, (i collected from the meads roundabout, great westen way swindon, which i had to drive further to get to because when i arrived at my local one , the app where i had to order from said that it was closed even though it was very clearly open , so it wouldnt accept me saying i had arrived, so i changed the location and drove to the next one) they started the give me ice cream which i stated thats not my order, so they looked again and i waited and waited, they gave me a bag and off i drove, when i got home, i realised i had 2 meals missing and i had been charged more. i got charged £17 and 2 meals were missing?! the only reason i made this order was to get the deal, otherwise i wouldnt of even bothered driving all over town to collect it and receive a good deal. i feel completely ripped off and half my family didnt get any food! absolutely disgusted .

Desired outcome: give me either a refund for the missing food meals that i should of got but didnt and refund me extra money it cost me for not receiving my offer, lost out of over £8 worth of food and cost me a few quid more than it should off

Took my grandkids to McDonald’s to eat in. Every table was filthy. Besides 1 lady and a child eating in, we were the only other customers inside. I asked for a towel to clean a table . The floor was filthy and there were flies everywhere, dead and alive. The so called manager was dressed like he lived on the street. Took 30 minutes to get cold food. Will never go back. Should be shut down.

McDonald's Got qtr pounder cheese meal and it was bad

I went to the drive-through and I brought a quarter pound with cheese mill with jam with just cheese and mustard my bread on my quarter pounder was very hard that cheese was cold the meat was dry dry the fries were old The date on this was 823 2022 at 8:17 PM I went through the drive-through at East McMillan street Cincinnati OH 45206 I tried to call that number that's on the receipt eat at [protected] and it doesn't work and I tried to call the number at the bottom of the receipt At 5:13

McDonald's Charge $1 for a small ply of ketchup in Bulgaria

I am very dissatisfied with the service

Quality of food and especially

Disappointed for being charged 1’9 levas about $1 USA

They posted a sign showing the price of ketchup

But they picture showed a medium size plastic container not a tiny ketchup packet

I feel I was ripped off this was a first

Paying for ketchup at McDonald’s

But come on 1$

My Big Mac deal was not cheap about

$12 u s dollars

I don’t know how much leverage McDonald’s

Has over overseas restaurants

But then again the yellow arches

McDonald's Customer Service

On 21st at 9.27 am we had order number 170 at mackay ooralee restaurant. We received some of our food and did not get the raisin toast. We waited patiently however it got to 9.50 (20 mins later) and decided to go and ask for where it was. My partner waited at the McCafé section for 5 mins with people walking past him and he was then told to go ask at the main McDonald’s section. He waited there another 5 mins with the manager and other staff walking past him a lot of times and didn’t even make eye contact or say will be with you in a second. He walked away back to table. I went and tried to ask where I also received same treatment. No staff member acknowledged I was there and I had to ask excuse me can you please help me we have waited half an hour to talk to someone. The person in the line next to me was also getting the same treatment.we are regulars and we have had this occur multiple times which is why I am putting in formal compliant. McDonald’s needs to being back customer service as this is very rude. Especially from manager at the time

McDonald's All the food

I spent a large amount of money to feed my corporate friends and family. This was the most awful food ever. Undercooked meat. Everything was smashed. The drinks were wrong fries were soggy it was a hot mess. They forgot 4 sandwiches and 3 fries. I never ever complain but this is uncalled for. It used to be very good with everything. But the rudeness and attitudes are are very hurtful. If they do not like their job then go somewhere else is my motto. Just unreal. I guess Wendy’s or Burger King are the ones getting my huge business. I know I m just one person but I do matter

McDonald's Manager is very rude

So Kirkland lake Mc Donald’s. Besides being dirty. There manager is very rude. She centres out people. And puts people down. It’s gross how dirty this place is. one child was sent home even though all employees were having fun management sent 1 home. People were drawing penis on walls there throwing fries and 1 gets in [censored] not all 1 The. McDonald's customer Service

Went to McDonalds this morning and did not receive my mocha coffee. I told them i did not have time to wait. I waited 20 minutes. I understand that they were short staffed but they were getting orders out as fast as they could because they did not have a drive in. So I dont understand why I could not get my coffee. They gave me my food on time but they gave me the wrong bag.

Desired outcome: To get my money back it was $3.55

McDonald's Customer service/ poor management engagement

Today I was at the Sycamore McDonald's in Sycamore Illinois 60178. It was approximately 4:00 p.m. 4:15ish. I went for apple slices and a 10-piece medium size chicken nugget meal for my son who is 5 years old. I was told by the order taker on the inside Lane that their McDonald's was out of medium cups. She said would you like a large, I said no. I said can you just put my son's drink in a small cup that you would put orange juice or a small smoothie in she did not understand me she went and got the manager the manager got on the headset and continued to be very vile and rude and mock me and be condescending. I did not care about the price adjustment she eventually told me it's fine it's okay ma'am and I asked her how is it okay if you do not have the cups you just said you do not have any MCcafee cups but those are the cups that you guys use I was a manager for 7 years at the Oasis McDonald's. I know what I'm speaking of I know some things have changed but this was very poor customer service and terrible management. When I asked her how is everything okay now she said don't worry about it man don't worry about it man and I said you told me you have no cups not even a small cup I explained to them that I have a small child who does not need a large beverage I did not understand why it was so complicated for them to understand when I went to the McDonald's in Dekalb Illinois 60115 I had a pleasant experience and even the order taker understood what I said, they had medium cups but I explained my situation they understood what I was getting at they understood what I said and handled it perfectly pleasantly and awesome customer service they don't understand why Sycamore reacted the way that they did. There needs some be some kind of changes at that store because every time I try to go to that McDonald's and give it another chance at Sycamore there's always an issue. Management is pissy, The crew don't care they wear,, what they want, , AND LET THEM have acrylic nails! AND talk to you however they feel I don't appreciate it as a customer and as a manager for the last 7 years at a McDonald's I'm 32 years old this is ridiculous.

McDonald's Customer Service/Ubering

I am an Uber driver. I am also a customer. I love McD's French Fries and Frozen Fanta Blue Raspberry drink. I went to the location at St. Claude and Franklin Ave (New Orleans, La) to pick up (drive up) an Uber delivery and to place a small order for myself as I was hungry. I pulled up to the speaker and placed my order which was a small fry and a small Blue Raspberry Fanta like I do most times because both are my absolute favorites. After placing my order, I told the young lady that I also had an Uber pick up. She responded by saying, "You will need to get go back around for the Uber order." I was confused as to why as I had already been in line for some time. I looked behind me and there were at least four cars. I asked why? She responded, that is the way we were trained. Needless to say, I canceled my food order and requested only the Uber order.

I arrived at the pick up window and was met by a Manager (African America Male with Dreadlocks) and he asked if I was picking up an Uber order. I replied "Yes." I then asked, why am I unable to place an order of food for myself while picking up my Uber order? The manager replied "We are trained that way." You can not place an order while picking up an Uber order. I explained to the manager that we drivers get hungry and I am a paying customer just like anyone else. He said "Ma'am that's how we were trained. I then asked who came up with this? The franchise owner, Mc Donald's, you? He said that's the way we were trained. I asked how are we drivers supposed to eat. He stated. "I suggest you pull over and eat." (Ok, like, what am I going to eat once I pull over.) i said really? Took the Uber order and left.

We drivers are not employees of this specific Mc Donald's. How can we be refused service? As a result, I did not make a purchase obviously. I did however, picked up food at a different restaurant while Ubering. We are the ones pushing your product out to your customers. And as long as I am paying, I too am a customer.

I don't understand the unprofessionalism of this individual to make such a comment. I have observed this manager in action before and he is not pleasant at all. I also don't understand why the Bartell Mc Donald's are nasty, dirty and in some cases deplorable.

Desired outcome: Any policy should be written. It should be uniform. Uber drivers should be welcomed to place orders. I would like a follow up to this issue and see change of this unwritten, vague so called policy. I can be reached at [protected]@yahoo.com.

McDonald's Liars

Last week i had made a visit to the Evergreen AL McDonalds and ordered a tropical mango slushy which costs $2.79 but was told that they didn’t have a base for it. i was then asked if i’d like to replace it with any other beverage and i chose a frozen sprite lemonade which cost $1.89. i asked the young lady at the second drive through window if my money would be refunded to my card which was just 9 cent. she asked me to wait a moment and left to ask someone in the back. a very rude lady with the nastiest attitude came to the window and asked “ what’s the problem ?” i explained to her what happened and she replied with “ but they are the same prices “. i told her that they were not the same prices and i was okay with just receiving the bit of change by hand instead of going through the trouble of refunding it back to my card. i insisted on showing her my receipt but before i could she left from the window with a quick “ one moment “ and proceeded to walk into the back of the building while cursing me out saying “ this [censored] crazy “. i then decided to forget about it and left because i felt that she was making too much of a big deal over a few pennys. i wrote this complaint not for the sake of receiving a small amount of change but for the fact that if some other customer came to purchase a much more expensive order than i had then their money could potentially be played with as well. also for the fact that the treatment i received over just 9 cent was incredibly idiotic and should be dealt with.

Desired outcome: hire those who mathematically intelligent while handling money and are able to complete simple tasks instead of being angry at the customers for their own inability to simply think and use common sense.

Ordered a 4b (spicy chicken) and got this. It was frustrating cause I didn’t find out to i got to my next meeting and had to skip lunch. This is poor quality that McDonalds shouldn’t stand behind. There was no sauce, the patty was cold. August 5th at around 11:45am-12:00pm. In addition to the picture of the food. I’ve screenshot the transaction from my card charge
