McDonalds - Boscombe 554/556 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH1 4BH

Ordered the new spicy nuggets 6 pack - Got home to see no spicy sauce and was given regular nuggets instead of the spicy nuggets we paid extra for.

When we looked at the rest of the order, everything was normal apart from the milkshake. Was only half full, as if a small was put in a medium cup.

This is not the first time this has happened, as we have had other accounts where food is missing as well as wrong portion sizes (ordered large and got medium).

we want to the McDonald at Gainesville, GA near hwy 53 and McEver Rd and had seem the ad about getting one and the second for $1 and was told by MacDonald's that they knew nothing about it. I was so disappointed as I really wanted a big Mac...so we went to chik filet as we were so disappointed. We are printing this out so we can get it next time without attitude.

I just left the mcDonald’s on Dunn and lem turner. The environment is very Unprofessional. The two girls in the back drive through weren’t friendly. I wasn’t greeted at all. They were busy talking amongst each other and just nonchalant. I asked for ketchup at the front window and the young lady rudely asked “what you said”. As I waited for my refund the staff talking about things that had nothing to do with work, loud music playing. I requested a refund due to the unprofessional staff and food not fresh. I worked at McDonald’s 10 years ago so I cannot relate to the crew members they hire now that don’t have any good customer service skills or training apparently. If it wasn’t for the customers your position in the company wouldn’t be needed. Customers should be treated with respect.

First when I ordered they did not know what I was talking about ..So when I pulled up to get order it took awhile for me to get my order so they asked me to pull up ..5 min I waited ...I started drinling coffe afeter i drunk it . it seemed not right ..I immediately vomited unitl it all came up..

So my complaint is they put something in it or something through ther fixing of it was not right ..so this need to be looked at under investigation ..I could have gotten really sick...

I came through on 9/6/22 and ordered a big Mac meal n a triple meal. I didn't get what I had ordered. I wanted a big Mac with extra salt on the patties I didn't get that I just got a cold big Mac covered in mac sauce and didn't get my fry. Also I ordered a triple and got a mcdouble. All my bread was hard as heck and all food was cold not even warm.

We stop for dinner around 7:30 pm

Order from the self service.

Went to the bathroom and it was DISGUSTING,

Went and looked for a table and ALL of them were dirty or with crumbs and pieces of chicken nuggets on the floor. Because of that the tables were full of flies.

All the trash cans were full to the pint were you couldn’t put anymore.

The manager in charge was just standing behind the counter looking at the screen for the orders. Not a si game employee cleaning ñ, not even him.

If you got close enough to the counter you could see the kitchen. And the kitchen floor, it had dirt from

Days and paper and boxes and ketchup and so so so much crumbs and dust..

Got our order and threw it away .. I could not bring myself to eat the food that came out of there and even less give it to my son.

It will take a long time to go back to a McDonalds again.

I've been going to McDonald's since 1963. This was the worst McDonald's experience in my life. At 9:30 PM we waited in line for over thirty minutes. The vehicle in front of us, a smaller dark-colored SUV, placed a $22 order and spent more time nailing down her sauces than placing the order itself. The woman driver refused to inch forward so we could reach the speaker to place our order. We had many vehicles behind us so she was clearly impeding the traffic flow. We waited in line another about 17 minutes as she got her order and spoke several times to the young man at the window. Her order was rec'd - he never handed her anything else through the window. She sat there. At no time did McD staff ask her to park in the waiting area as other vehicles had already done (and like I am always asked to do even if it's just for French fries). Finally, we got our order. It was slung at us. My tea had no ice whatsoever. None. Our sandwiches were tough. My quarter pounder was - literally - cold and tough and hard. The yellow square of cheese was not even melted; it was like it just came out of the fridge. The fries were chalky and pale and far undercooked and cold. My sandwich tasted exactly like it had sat on the shelf since lunchtime and it was now nearly 10 PM. It was the worst $12.65 I ever spent in my life. When we asked the male at the window why he did not ask the woman ahead of us to get out of the line and wait in the waiting area, he literally said, "Sorry BUD" (quote) and SLAMMED the glass window in our face while we were talking. Worst experience ever and I want my da m n e d $12.65 back.

Dewey Avenue in the Town of Greece, NY at 10:30 am to order breakfast and they told me it's lunch time now, it's not breakfast time? Who is having lunch at 10:30 am it's morning?

I asked the very large female since when is 10:30 am lunch time? What happened to the breakfast anytime. Her abrupt sarcastic reply was; "We haven't done that in two years!" An elderly man was ahead of me in line trying to get breakfast too as was a man behind me. Needless to say they just lost three customers, not to mention all the people we tell about this experience. I replied to the obese woman, good customer service arguing with your customers and being rude as your doing it.

We ordered two double quarter pounders fries and a drink when it was delivered the boxes are ripped and what do you drink what is 3/4 into the fries look like a small small set of fries cost of sadly any in there and the service was absolutely impossible when we questioned the Uber guy when we girlfriend questioned you the guy he became aggressive and just pushed pushed stuff into Rands and then left so if you could please get back to the very very very unhappy about the service in the standard that we got

after waiting 20 minutes for curbside order to be delivered. I pulled around to speaker and told the girl my order was never delivered and cancel it. she says she cant cancel and she has nmy order tocome to window and get it. during my conversing with her my 1 year old was crying and needed me. I said so my food has just been sitting there. she just said no. I told her i could not come to window there was many cars in front of me and left. I called and spoke with someone a male who said he could not issue a refund the manager was not there and gave me a number to reach the manager [protected]. I called that number a nmessage to leave a message answered No ID whatsoever. I left 2 messages. This McDonalds is horrible.

My ole woman works there an now we're splitting up cause her an her managers sit out in the parking lot and drink liquor all night don't come home til 3 to 4 o'clock in morning when they close at 12 her and too of her managers an underage workers at least 12 people in parking lot til morning shift comes in then they leave before they open they caused my family alot of drama cause my kids mom wants to drink all night at work enstead of being home with her family

It is 1:30 a.m. and went through the drive thru. Ordered 4 Large Combo's (2 Big Mac, 1 Qtr. Pounder, 2 Cheeseburger) was first informed about the fountain drinks not available. Told the employee we would accept sweet tea instead. $41.00 and got home with the food and there were no Big Mac's. 3 Qtr. Pounders w/cheese! Really? I am upset because of the price and there was nobody else in line ordering but me. I want a refund and whoever is managing this location needs to step up and do your job. No soft drinks at Mc Donald's is like IHOP without syrup!

[protected]-[protected]! 350 Rt 212 Saugerties McDonald's N.Y. 12477. Place my order got my lemon in cup put a little ice in cup, then sweet tea. Went to table to eat and took a drink. When I put cup down. I saw something in my cup about 1 inch long black in the bottom of my cup. Took it up and asked a worker do you make your tea with loose tea? No she said and then show her my tea. She didn't know what it was and asked Manager. Oh it looks like part of broken plaster fork. It must have broken when it was stir. She told the girl just give her another cup let her go refill it. My thought on this matter is this. If there was more in container holding the tea at the self service or not? Some body else could get it stuck in their throat or intestine and do damage. I told her she should pull tea and either check it or make new. This could have been a lawsuit, and fine by board of health. That piece could have cause a serious threat! I heard her say it ok. She walked away. Needless to say I didn't get more tea! Please tell your staff you don't just say it's ok and walk away! You do everything you can to protect your other customers and company! I drove from 100 Mile House to Williams lake for hospital appointment and then right after I went to McDonalds to pick up a New McCrispy for my wife she saw it in the flyer in the mailout. So when I got home gave the McCrispy to my wife . When she opened the container she was surprised to see what did not resemble a McCrispy but a over cooked chicken breast that very dry not at all JUICEY and TENDER also there was not enough lettuce to cover a quarter or enough sauce to to cover a dime, and the bun was burnt on the inside ! Also while I was waiting for my order there were about 10 people come back to the counter to get food that was left out of their order. The two cheese burger meal I had was OK .

I have not seen other workers at the same McDonald Restaurant, in Glen Burnie across the highway is Food Lion and Dollar Store as business neighbors, with lack of sensitivity toward customer with disabilities in the past They were all polite and made efforts to assist me as a Deaf customer with notetaking and gestures. But with the female Assistant Manager at 4:00 am on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, that serving breakfast, she was so rude and unkind toward me. She was not willing to take note except shouting at me rudely from the beginning to the end. She denied my sincere requests. She needs insensitivity training on how to be polite and kind with any customer with disabilities. She had me upset for entire morning after I left the premise. I am profoundly Deaf in both ear, although I do speak rather well, but I can't hear myself and the Assistant Manager. Please take action to retrain her to be more sensitive toward Deaf customer. Four days after this site opened to the public, I pulled into the drive-thru. I was the 4th car in the line waiting to order. I sat there waiting for the line to move for 30 minutes. Only one line was being utilized. I would have left after 10 minutes of the line not moving except I was trapped due to the design of the 2-lane drive-thru. This experience discouraged my desire to use this facility when another one exist just 8 minutes up the road in Rincon, Ga. I decided after 3 weeks to try again; same story. Today, once again it has happened. Just know that I will not try again. Clearly the choice of employee management and team workers are not capable of running a fast food restaurant where customers and bottom line are critical to survival. Such a shame that a district or regional supervisor is not on top of this problem. I discourage friends & family from visiting this store location.

Was at McDonald's this morning August 31 about 10 o'clock when a young special needs person was at the soda machine The young lady pulled her shorts aside and scratch hear private area and exposed her pivot area A male worker come over to seniors at the table asked all of us if we had seen her private area He used the p---- word witch I will not repeat I reported it to the manager on duty at the time with the male beside me The manager didn't seem to care . Didn't give a response to my complaint manager first name is Adrian The employees first name is Waldo
