Extremely rude and unprofessional
Some of the rudest people and worst customer service I have ever dealt with . We got 3 of our tires changed yesterday 10/23/23 at their other location “tire kingdom” on OBT. Which is about 20 mins from the Daryl Carter location. When we were driving later last night one of the tires blew. Side wall and all. This morning , we figured since we live literally 5 mins or so away from the Daryl cater Mavis and the warranty states you can take the car to ANY location to get it looked at my husband called. After speaking to one employees and he was clearly annoyed and frustrated, he put his manager on the phone. My husband explained the situation again and the manger said that they couldn’t service us basically because we didn’t go there to begin with. Then he got more irritated and told my husband to “look at the phone number confirmation email and to pick up the phone and call it”. My husband has an accent. I don’t know if that has something to do with them being complete jerks or what. But I will say when we did call the Tire Kingdom to let them know what just happened with this Mavis, they called this Mavis and magically they said they’d be able to replace the tire. My husband and I are typically really understanding and don’t really get upset with people but when you’re just blatantly rude it crosses a line.
We spent almost $600 between the 3 tires and the oil change we can’t afford a tow. We had to pay someone to come to our apartment today to change it for us. We offered to bring the tire to show proof at either location for a refund. Tire Kingdom said nope, we don’t do refunds. My husband brought the tire to tire kingdom and apparently there was a hole from a nail or something. I’m still pretty positive the tire was faulty or something as well but honestly, the level of disrespect and just rudeness from especially this location was astounding. We would never recommend this location or any Tire kingdom , Mavis, or any other sister company
Desired outcome: I’d appreciate a response. I’d appreciate a refund for at least the tire that blew.

Purchased on 9/25/2023, 4 Brand New Mavis All Season Highway Tour tires and also had rear brakes replaced. Spent $1279.00 for this service. I also, included in this bill, purchased a 4-tire extended warranty on tires.
On 10/04/2023, I found 1 tire losing air, which alerted my cars low tire warning system, while on the road. quickly filled tire back up and was just able to get it back to same shop where I purchased them. Both manager and service tech. remembered me from 9/25 and quickly determined that the tire was defective. Manager said they would replace tire, but I would still need to pay for Labor, new Warranty for tire, and other incidentals, coming out to $55.00.

Computerized wheel Alignment on 09/02/2023

I arrived at 8am to have shocks installed that I purchased from Advanced auto . I waited until the jeep was done. At 11:00 I was told that the jeep was done and paid for the service.
It was along time by the test drive was done after I paid . I was then told that the job wasn't done . By 3:00 I was able to drive away.
Yesterday the passage side tyrod came out as I was coming from physical therapy to pick up my son from his group meeting.
I lost all Steering and had to call a tow truck. I was shocked when I called the shop and I was told ."if I can't get it to them by myself they couldn't help me .
Desired outcome: I will not go to Mavis for the warranty for any reason. This was a very dangerous situation. For the store to even consider me to crash in the curb on the street and not have any concerns about my family safety.

On September 18, i bumped a truck that had a hitch going in into my front end causing radiator fluid to pour out. Mavis did a "repair that cost me
$2526.73. When I picked up my car on September 21, fluid again poured out, whereupon I had it towed to Audi Mendham NJ, where THAT repair cost me cost me $3633.85 while it was expertly fixed.

Wheel alignment and new tire purchases
On 10/4 went to Mavis tire location to purchase wheel alignment and new tires. The wheel alignment was not done on my car and tires that were installed were old not new. Store clerk omitted service was done as purchased. I have reported this incident to Mavis customer service and the regional manager. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your establishment. On September 13, 2923], I brought my 2011 Mercedes GLK vehicle to your shop in Shreveport, La because my car was pulling to the right. I specifically informed them of the issue.
Unfortunately, my experience has left me with several concerns regarding the service quality and the charges' transparency.
When I picked up my car 1 hour later, I was told I received a front-end alignment service for 218.00; I immediately noticed the vehicle was still pulling to the right. This was concerning, as the primary reason for scheduling the service was to address this issue. I called your shop promptly to discuss this matter.
Upon my return the next day, after they analyzed the issue, it was determined I needed a new front right tire, which was said to cost $200. I found this information quite surprising as they informed me that my problem was I needed an alignment and never mentioned any tire issues during my initial repair.
I expressed my dissatisfaction with the front-end alignment not resolving the pulling issue. Furthermore, when I questioned that the tire was the issue and asked why I had to pay for a front-end alignment that I didn't need, I was met with the explanation that the condition of the streets was the primary reason for my problems and that everyone needed a front-end alignment and tire replacement due to poor road conditions.
I have several concerns and questions regarding this situation:
Quality of Service: My vehicle still exhibits the same issue of pulling to the right after the front-end alignment, which suggests that the service may need to have been performed, the tires were not checked or nothing with done.
Professionalism: The explanation that "everyone needs a front-end alignment and tire replacement due to poor road conditions" appears to be a generalization rather than a precise assessment of my vehicle's condition. I need clarification on your establishment's honesty and professionalism.

Mavis Hanover NJ radiator repair
Had a radiator repair after an accident, as I'm leaving, the air bag alarm went off, technician & manager told me they fixed the problem (radiator) & it was now my problem. This alarm wasn't going off when I came in, yet they were fine with me leaving with an alarm screeching. But then I started leaking coolant & overheating (so much for that $2500 repair!). Mavis has taken over NTB. Mavis continues to make appointments/service request through NTB website. They advertise $24.99 oil change. I presented the offer for $24.99 conventional oil change. Last week dropped off the car for oil change/ tire rotation and a front tire leak. Picking it up was informed all our tires had a PSI of 21! (not a typo) I said you do realize that the PSI in this car is displayed on the dashboard. He said that 's what it is.
