Lug Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had high hopes for Lug based on their products, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was practically non-existent - they never answered the phone and took days or even weeks to respond to emails. Shipping was a nightmare, with orders taking weeks to arrive and no option to cancel even if they hadn't shipped. Returning items meant paying for return shipping. Overall, a frustrating and regrettable experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
