Yesterday evening on October 13th 2023, I requested to verify my identity and Bank information with lucky land slots. Upon protocol, I submitted my bank information which was pending verification, but needed to change my email address and phone number as I do not have access to neither or not I submitted when originally creating my account and linking it to my facebook. [protected]@luckylandslots.com requested that I submit a picture of my ID with a note with the time and date of the picture taken which was no big deal. When I woke up this morning, October 14th 2023- I have an email in my inbox and I'm expecting it to say that I'm golden to cash out my cash prizes. However, it states that they have closed my lucky land account and claim that I have had a different account in the past which has also been closed. I'm not saying that they are trying to fraud me and take my bank account information, or even keep my cash prizes away from me.. however, let me be the first person to tell you that I do not have another luckyland account and would appreciate getting to the bottom of this. Getting to the bottom of this would mean that lucky land would make it so that I could redeem my cash price, and also in a not super hassle full way. If for some reason lucky land will not redeem my cash prize, I would like a refund for each and every 5ansaction I have ever made with them because the goods and services would not be received in that scenario and I have put plenty of money into the website with not fulfilled satisfaction for me from their end.
Desired outcome: To redeem my prizes with luckyland, get my acct reactivated/verified. If they will not come to an agreement & allow these this to happen, I would like a refund for all transactions I've made to them.
