I had a really bad experience at Mohegan Sun. The people in charge were always watching and staring at me, especially when I was winning. It made me feel like they thought I was doing something wrong, even though I wasn't. They would follow me around to every table I went to. If I was doing something illegal, they would have asked me to leave, right? I can't help but think it's because I'm a person of color. Another lady told me she gets treated the same way when she comes here. We spend our money here just like everyone else, so we shouldn't be harassed because of our race.

I've been callin' for 3 weeks and ain't nobody pickin' up the dang phone. I gave 'em my number for a call back, but ain't nobody botherin' to return my call. Seriously, do y'all even have any help at this hotel? I've been tryin' to book 6 rooms for a convention, and this girl named Haley called me back once and left a message, but then nothin'. Makes me wonder what happens to folks who call the front desk at this place. What's goin' on at Mohegan Sun? Y'all need to step it up and make this a good experience for my crew. I gotta give 'em one star 'cause there ain't nothin' lower.

I've been a customer at Mohegan Sun for 15 years now. Since Covid hit our nation, Mohegan has gone downhill. As a high roller, my visits to Mohegan Sun have gotten worse and worse. It's like a circus now. They let anyone in who has a dime and treat them like they're worth a million bucks. Every hallway smells like weed. It's disgusting. The people who stay at Mohegan Sun for free are the scum of the earth. On my most recent trip last night, my kids kept asking me, "What's that smell?" I told them it was herbs. Anyways, not only was the place filled with low-class people who smoked weed and vaped right in front of me, but my room was unsafe. First off, the crib they brought us for my 10-month-old was broken. We found out the next morning. I didn't think I would have to check a crib. I should have, and I feel awful. Secondly, my son tried to touch one of the lights and it shattered. Thank God he only had a minor cut. I documented my experience and will go further to expose Mohegan Sun. I was only supposed to be charged 5000 and some change, but now I have been charged 10000 for a week-long stay. I'm going crazy; I can't pay my bills.

I can't get ahold of anyone from their customer service team. I just keep getting a recorded message that doesn't help at all. I want to cancel my account because I'm worried I'll be ripped off.

I reserved a room and got hit with a 15% tax... ain't tax decided by the state and feds? And then they slapped on another facility fee on top of the already hefty $350 for just one night? Are these extra fees even legit? Can they just make up their own tax rate?

I put money in Mohegan Sun casino online on April 7th without knowing I couldn't play there. After many messages, they still haven't given me my money back. Every time I talk to them, they tell me something different. I just want my money.

I was playing on this company's online casino, like I always do. On February 4, 2022, I got into a bonus round and my game suddenly froze. I contacted technical support, but they couldn't help me. They said they had to talk to the gaming provider to fix the problem. It's been six weeks now, and the issue still isn't resolved, even though I've tried reaching out to technical support multiple times. The agents keep blaming a third party and don't seem to care (and they're honestly quite rude) that it's been over 6 weeks. I asked for the name of the third party, but they won't tell me.

I can't talk to a supervisor and the representatives don't have any answers besides saying it's not their department. I just want my $300 that's still pending in my account. They are dishonest. I tried to withdraw money from Mohegan Sun's online cage, but they said it would take up to 3 days to approve. Other gaming sites usually approve withdrawals within hours, so this was a surprise. They wouldn't give me any contact information for the payment processing team, so I couldn't reach out to them. I think they intentionally delay the process, hoping that players will cancel their withdrawals and keep playing on the site. It's unheard of that they don't provide contact information for their support departments. It seems like no one can reach the payment review team, or maybe they just don't want to make the effort to help customers. I've learned my lesson and will avoid Mohegan Sun. There are plenty of other platforms to choose from.

My account has been locked on Mohegan Sun's *** Sportsbook app "***" for some reason I don't know. I've been talking to them to fix this, but after a whole month of trying, nothing has been resolved. I have my credit/debit info and money in the account, and I don't feel safe leaving it there while I'm locked out. It's a bit suspicious that they're not helping me unlock it. They asked for bills, bank statements, and IDs, and I gave them in different ways they asked for (email, doc upload). I'm getting more worried each day and week they ignore my requests and documents. I just want to get into my account, take out my money, and delete it. Please help me get their cooperation!

On March 24, 2022, I put $1500 in my online gaming account with ***. I made 3 $500 bets and won, tied, and lost 1 bet each. They gave me a $100 bonus that I didn't want, which made me upset. I told them I didn't want the bonus, but they deducted $600 from my balance anyway! I called them 3 times to fix this, but it didn't work. They said since I gave up the bonus, I lose it and all the winnings that came with it. I explained that I didn't want the bonus and asked how they could take away my winnings. It's a terrible scam and a horrible business practice. I withdrew my balance and closed my account, even though I didn't want to. It's disgusting that they would lose a loyal customer because of this deceitful tactic. I told them I would contact the ComplaintsBoard.com and warn everyone I know to stay away from this awful company! I really hope someone can help me get back the $500 they took from me.

I had an online gaming player account with ***. It got cancelled two weeks ago because of a gambling issue. I contacted someone on 11/24 to cancel it, and she forwarded my problem to someone who was supposed to cancel it. But that person dropped the ball. Finally, they cancelled my account in mid-January, well over a month after I informed them about my gambling addiction and asked them to close my account. Risk management reached out and I told them I want a refund for everything from 11/24 onwards because that's when my account was supposed to be closed. You all know about my gambling problem because I told you, but you neglected me. I want my refund. They supposedly forwarded it to the managers three weeks ago, but now no one is answering or updating me. Please help. As compensation for the inconvenience, I want the refund sent electronically to my account instead of a check, which will take even longer. It's not okay for someone who requests their account to be closed due to a gambling addiction to be ignored. I am an ICU nurse and I already have enough going on with COVID. Please help me.

I was at the Mohegan Sun casino on June 25th. I went to the gift shop and spent a lot of points and perks on some items that were low in stock. I thought it would be fine to buy them and return them if I changed my mind. But today, when I tried to exchange them, I was told that all sales were final since they reopened. I didn't see any signs about this policy, and it wasn't mentioned on the receipt or website. I'm upset that I wasn't informed about this before making a big purchase. I searched everywhere for signs, but couldn't find any. I never used the items and understand the need for social distancing, but most stores are accepting returns now. If I knew about this policy, I wouldn't have shopped there. They also said it's a permanent change, but the sign doesn't say that.

I've been going to Mohegan Sun for a couple times per year for 20 years. Yesterday, my daughter took me there, and I was playing the slot machines. I'm 66 years old and disabled, so I always forget to remove my players club card usually after the first machine, but that's not a big deal to me. As we were almost ready to leave, I was playing a little bit on one machine and decided to go to another one, which kept spitting out my ticket. So, I went to one last machine, and I was shocked when it said I only had 15 cents on there. I called for service. They were able to check the machine and verify that I had indeed put in a ticket with 68 dollars on it - just as I had told them. So, I thought, this is good because they will refund my money - which is now at $61.15. Then, unbelievably, they refused to reimburse me. So, I asked for the manager, who also refused to reimburse me and was very rude and demeaning to me. They made up all kinds of excuses - like they didn't have the money or someone else probably used it. However, I was in a small room and had kept my eye on these machines, and nobody did use them. They also have cameras all over but didn't offer to check those. Neither did they agree to see if at the end of the day, they came out ahead by that amount. I felt totally humiliated. I don't mind losing - and I had lost 200 dollars. But why in God's name would I make up such a piddling amount? As usual, it really is the principle of the thing. All I ask for is my 61.15 returned to me. I'm also going to file a complaint with the gaming commission.

On Friday, February 5, me and my wife were at the casino for the day. We went down the escalator and my sneaker got stuck in the teeth at the bottom. Luckily, I wasn't hurt and managed to get my foot out. The sneaker was stuck, so my wife went to get help. Security and other staff members came to assist. They were able to remove the sneaker by taking off the plate from the escalator. They had to use pliers to fix the teeth on the plate before putting it back on the escalator. The guys helping me said I could get reimbursed for my sneakers. They were $200 and only worn three times. The soles were air-filled, so one sneaker got deflated and ruined. I just wanted a new pair of shoes. They told me to call Risk Management and I spoke with Heather. She was dismissive and said it wasn't their fault, so they wouldn't refund the sneakers. She claimed there were no issues with the escalator, but there clearly was on that day, which should have been reported. We have pictures and they supposedly have video evidence. There's no way this is my fault. At least one of the teeth on the escalator must have been sticking up to catch and puncture the thick sole of the sneaker. I tried to contact Mary Lou M, the director of Risk Management, through voicemail and email, but didn't receive a response. I don't think this is how customers should be treated, especially considering what could have happened. Luckily, I wasn't injured, but my sneakers are ruined. All I'm asking for is to be reimbursed so I can buy a new pair. It's clear that this isn't my fault and they should take responsibility and compensate me.
