Lot Airlines review: Flight delays / cancelation

I booked a trip for my family and myself with LOT airlines going from Baku, Azerbaijan on December 29th, 2022 to CDG Paris. France and back to Baku on January 5th, 2023/ Booking reference 4PO5TZ, Itinerary # [protected]/

First flight LOT 720 from Baku to Warsaw was delayed because of the airport bus didn't come to pick passengers up for 45 minutes, this caused for us to miss our connection to Paris on flight 331. LOT put us on Air France arriving to Paris five and a half hours later than original time. so pretty much we missed one day of our 6 day trip.

Then on the way back to Baku, we were delayed going from London to Paris CDG but still made it to the counter 15 minutes before departure (flight 332) a very rude supervisor told us it was too late to catch the flight, she then refused to change our tickets for a later flight. gave me a number to call which was no help. clearly in my contract we were entitled to change the tickets for a later flight with a $72 fee for each ticket. they canceled our tickets considering us NO Show, even though we were there at the counter before the scheduled time. We had to buy tickets on Turkish Airlines to go back to Baku and we also had to spend another night in Paris paying for a hotel, then missing a day from work.

We need to be compensated/
