Living Water Pools, Inc. has been constructing my pool since January 11, 2022. As of now, it's only a bit more than halfway finished. I've reached out to them multiple times to inquire about the completion date, but they rarely return my calls. Waiting for six months seems excessive for a pool to be completed. We've been making installment payments according to the contract, and the owners had previously assured us that it would be finished months ago. All I want is for them to complete the pool without any further delays. I don't want to wait another month.

I signed a pool contract with Living Water Pools on 05/19/2022, and they said it would be done by October 2022. But now it's the end of December, and we're still waiting for the plaster and final inspection. I've paid all the payments on time, as stated in the contract, and the only payment left is $1,000.00. I've tried emailing, texting, and calling, but they haven't replied. I don't know what else to do except file a complaint against this company. I hope that will make them hurry up and finish the pool. The pool looks like it's going to be great once it's done, but the big question is when will it actually be done?

I started the contract with Living Water Pools, Inc. during the summer of 2021. The owner said the project was finished, but they forgot to put in a heater and give me a solar cover like we agreed in the contract. The company said they would fix the problem. The crack in the cement got worse and the pool color didn't turn out how they promised. In the middle of the summer of 2022, *** said they would fix all four problems. But now, on December 22, '22, nothing has been resolved even though I've called them many times. *** and the company haven't been responsive and haven't given me a plan to fix the issues. It seems like they've gone completely silent. I can't get in touch with anyone from the company even though I've left many voicemails. I gave them a chance to fix the problems on their own terms, but they haven't done anything.

We started our pool process in March , and according to our contract, it was supposed to be completed by June . However, it's now June 11, 2022, and it's nowhere near finished. The contractor we hired, "Living Water" from Tulare, CA, hasn't even responded to our messages since January 27, 2022. Not only that, but the city hasn't approved the final inspection because they built the pool too close to our fence, and there's no way to fix it now. On top of that, we're dealing with algae issues. Dealing with Living Waters has been incredibly stressful. We followed the contract and did everything exactly as stated. We even paid the full price of $79,000 before the project was completed. Now, we're at a loss. My husband's health hasn't been the best, and this situation is just adding more stress. We're extremely dissatisfied with the outcome and the service we received from this company.

I signed a contract for an in-ground pool on 11/16. According to the contract, the project was supposed to start around 12/21 and finish by late 04/22. However, it's now 08/12/22 and the pool is still not done. The contractor hasn't been responsive or clear when we ask about the completion dates. They blame supply chain issues or lack of reception for not finishing the project or returning our calls, texts, or voicemails. When we call the office, nobody picks up and we're left with a voicemail but no callback. We've tried reaching out to the owner and the son, but they give us the same excuses. At this point, we've paid 98.24% of the project cost to the company, but there's no sign of when the pool will be completed. It seems like the only thing they're good at is collecting payment on time. The company lacks customer service and doesn't take responsibility for their contract timeline. Their customer service is very poor. We're desperate to get the job finished as soon as possible.

We started our pool process on March 7, 2022, with completion date of 7/17/22 per contract. It is now August 2, 2022 and our pool is not complete. Before we signed the contract we were informed the company had pool pumps in stock. Well that was not the case as we had to wait 10 weeks for a pump. We have been waiting on plaster and not sure what else as we do not know what the next step is. We were told the company had a "cluster of people" in this stage." Well as a customer that is not my problem what the company has. Maybe new contracts should not be taken if they are unable to keep up. We have paid $61,000 of $62, 200. Final payment is due at plaster. We were promised to get updates during the pool process. Again, that has not been the case. I have called the company, texted and emailed with no response. This has been the most stressful and frustrating process ever. This should have been a fun and exciting time for our family getting a pool built, but thanks to Living Water Pool we have not experienced that. I do not recommend anyone to go with this company. They will tell you what you want to hear until you sign the contract. Broken promises, stress and frustration is what you will go through.
