I bought a part for my Pentair filter from Bestpoolshop on June 5th. I paid for the order and was excited to receive it. However, on June 6th, I received a message from them saying that they had to cancel my order because of complaints from other customers. I was disappointed, but I understood. The next day, I saw that the same product was listed on their website again, but at a higher price. I was confused and frustrated. When I asked them about it, they said that they had received another one yesterday, but they refused to honor my original order. I felt like they were being unfair to me.

To make matters worse, they have now blocked my IP address from accessing their website. I don't know why they did this, but it seems like they don't want me as a customer anymore. I have tried to contact them to resolve this issue, but they have not responded to my emails.

Overall, I would say that my experience with Bestpoolshop was not a good one. They cancelled my order without a valid reason, and then refused to honor it when the product became available again. They also blocked my IP address, which seems like an extreme measure. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

When the tubes arrived, we noticed that they were set to expire in just a few months. We were surprised that this information wasn't printed on the tube itself, and had to call the manufacturer to find out the expiration date. Unfortunately, by the time my mom planned to use the tubes, they had already expired.

When we contacted Bestpoolshop to ask for a refund, we were met with rude and unhelpful customer service. They refused to offer any kind of compensation or refund, leaving us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Despite this negative experience, we couldn't find another vendor selling the products we needed, so we decided to give Bestpoolshop another chance. I placed another order, but this time I specifically asked that they not send tubes that were about to expire.

To my surprise, the next day I received an email from Bestpoolshop informing me that they had canceled my order. When my mom called to inquire about the cancellation, she was told that because she had complained about the expired tubes in our previous order, they didn't want to do business with us anymore.

I was shocked and disappointed by this response. It seems that Bestpoolshop is unable to handle any kind of customer feedback, and is quick to cancel orders and refuse business if they feel even slightly criticized.

Overall, I would not recommend Bestpoolshop to anyone looking for reliable and customer-friendly service. Their products may be decent, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

This shop is not recommended! The "boss" called us and said they wouldn't take back our purchase because it was "used." We didn't know that "used" meant the electric board was plugged in once (our mistake). He said we could send a label to get the item we paid for back, but because we disagreed on what "used" meant, he acted like a kid, hung up on us, and wouldn't let us speak or give us the chance to send a label.

He kept saying how nice he was for giving us the chance to get the item back, but apparently he'd rather throw it out than let us have it back (or he'll keep it and sell it again, like a scammer). There was no reasonable discussion with this person. My spouse and I both tried to talk to him, but he just kept saying, "it's the policy... it's the policy. I don't have to send it back to you!"

We would have had no problem sending him a return label at our expense to get the product back, but the moment we started questioning the definition of the word "used," he stopped listening and called us liars.

The correct way for him to have handled the situation would have been, "I'm sorry, but due to the condition of the returned item, we can't resell it. We can either discard it or you can send a label for us to return it to you." Instead, he kept saying we were trying to commit fraud because we didn't realize "used" meant the item was plugged in once. The item was still in perfect working condition, even though he claims it was damaged. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from this owner. Stay far away!
