Liquor Control Board of Ontario [LCBO] review: Rude behaviour

Complain about Cashier Name Deep...

I was at LCBO (Mississauga Rd & William Pkwy, 9445 Mississauga Rd, Brampton, ON Saturday 28, 2020

Me and my wife Was shopping.. I was about to pay at the counter.. Unfortunately my wife was holding my card and I was the person who hold the alcohol

The girl name Deep start asking to my for id even she wasn't buying anything she was just standing with me.. and my wife is 35 years old the become rude with us she said doesn't matter why did she touch ur card... she has to present the id.. like wt*?

I told her I am 37 and I have my if with me I am the person who came to the counter and holding the alcohol she has nothing to do with this.. check my id. she doesn't have her id right now.. she refused to give me the Liquor and security Guard told me to shut ur mouth and [censored] off

What kind of behaviour was that? Do we really deserve this kind of behaviour?

So upset with customer service.. And that lady Deep and security Guard.. that's what they do with the customer?

Never going back to buy but yes want to see the manager to report these people
