I started dealing with Lifestyles Solutions on 11-23-2022 because my electric lift chair controller stopped working. They asked me for some pictures and then told me they had a new controller for $56.38. I paid with my credit card and they sent me the new controller. Unfortunately, it didn't work properly and wouldn't raise or lower the chair. I asked them for a pre-paid return label and either the correct controller or a refund. On December 5th, they told me they don't accept returns or give refunds. They said that was the controller I ordered, even though I gave them all the information they asked for, including pictures of the tags under the footrest, the controller on both sides, and the chair itself. I had someone here splice the wires on the old controller to make the chair work. They claim I ordered that particular controller, but I had no idea what to order and they chose it for me. I just want my money back. Thank you.
