We bought our DVD Player/Recorder RH387-M in October last year(2008). At first everything was working fine, but after 2 months we started to get some problems; the DVD player would not read anymore discs. We called the company about this, and they sent us an email about not being able to qualify for their services despite saying on the phone that this is a very common problem with this specific model.
So for two months we were able to record onto dvd's, but little did we know that these dvds would not be readable for any other type of dvd player, we tried at least 4 different brands.
Now, not even 1 year after buying the product, all the functions are off and the DVD, for almost $300, is garbage.
Never buy any products from LG - Life is Good only for LG and not for their customers.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I HAVE LG CU920 CELL PHONE ITS CHARGING JACK IS DAMAGED AND ITS TOTALLY USELESS PLEASE TELL ME IF ITS REPAIREABLE OR NOT. IF YES THEN WHERE TO FIND ITS SERVICE CENTER IN KARACHI/PAKISTAN.
OTHERWISE ILL NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF LG CUZ OF UNSATISFIED SERVICE.
THIS KNIND OF COMPLAIN ALSO SPOIL THE REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY SO YOU HAVE TO FOCUS IT SERIOUSLY.
1.The water supply hose has a problem at the point it is fitted to the tap.
2. Today as the tap was turned on, there comes a fountain at the tap level, preventing inflow into the machine.
3.The machine was purchased on 18-02-2010 from QRS retail ltd, Trivandrum, Kerala, india
4.I would like to get the water hose replaced.If guarantee does not apply to this item, I can pay for it
There are some connectivity problem in my tata walky. I have visited to true value shop and met with Mr. Arun but they said that there are no any problem in your network account you should go to LG instrument service centre. But again there are no any problem in hardware. I wisited again to Mr. Arun and they said that your service will be resume in 48 hours but service is not resumed till now.
I had purchased one LG LCD TV on 21.05.2009. With in a month of purchase it developed some fault and I logged in with LG customer care and the Service Engineer who inspected the TV told us some components have bursted and offered to service the TV.
But I did not agree for servicing. Only replacement of the TV is acceptable to me as the fault occurred due to manufacturing defect. But so far no response from LG.
I bought this set in december last year and it is under warranty.A few days back my display suddenly stopped. when i went to the service centre at Daryaganj there employees did not entertain my complaint and asked me to pay Rs.177 for the display and talked with me rudely, though the cell phone is under warranty they did not listen.Apart from the complaint, the behavior of the employees there was so rude.

I HAVE BROUGHT A NEW LG GS290 PHONE 2 DAYS BACK AND I AM ALREADY FACING PROBLEMS IN THE FUNCTIONING, I AM NOT ABLE TO OPEN MESSAGES, IMAGES, SONGS OR ANY APPLICATIONS. I FEEL I HAVE BEEN ABSOLUTELY CHEATED AND MY RS 6000 HAVE GONE A WASTE.

This Bar Phone shows options like Flip Open, Power cuts while writing messages, Power Cuts any time, Alarm can not be set, Date can not be set, Battery life is 5 hours when kept idle, Hangs any time and in any operation and this all is happening even after a Software Upgradation has been done... and what not happens with this Phone...
So do you have any idea, how this issue can be solved.
I signed up 3-year contract with Bell. They didn`t do a single thing right for 6 months, I will just have to cancel it, I am so tired of their lies, they have no idea what they are doing. Never with Bell for the rest of my life, never...never. If you are thinking of getting contract with them don`t, learn from people like me and other peoples mistakes., don`t make the same mistake it is very costly.
I bought an LG washer and dryer front loading washer and dryer in 2006. After about a year the washer started to sporadically leak. I have had 4 service calls to try and diagnose the problem, all to no avail. I contacted LG's customer service and it was abysmal. They were unsympathetic and unhelpful. Do not ever buy an LG product -- their customer service is pitiful!

I am hemant solanki, I have bought my LG GD510 on 17/06/10. but I found after using its bettery and charger both got heated early. Its bettery is also not working well. it goes down very early after charging the phone 1 Hr. phone is fantastic but only the issue is bettery.
pls solved my problem as early as possible.

I had bought the LG Vu phone in August 2009, but they refused to provide the warranty because the phone was manufactured in May 2009. LG did not have any information on the day that I purchased. They expected me to have a reciept of the phone that I bought a year ago. The customer service individual did not even care about my problem and was very adamant.
I purchased over $3, 000 from Sears for a Washer and Dryer. I was told that I would receive a rebate of $75 for the delivery charge. I completed the rebate request on line. The purchase was made in January and I still have not received the rebate. I sent an email to Sears customer service but have not received a response. Home Depot and Lowes have no problem in supplying a rebate and I will purchase from those stores from now on.
I have purchased Ac in 06/06/2007.But at the present I have not getting any service free till today from LG . I kindly request you to attend my request for which I am very grateful to you.

I purchased LG refrigerator 350 ltrs in april 2009.we are facing problemof fresh veg getting bad, ice in frost free section. I had lodged atleast five complaints of no use.
I was very honest customer of LG but now my thinking has changed and decided not to buy any LG product, also recomended same to my friends.
I have a reliance Netconnect connection. I am using LC800 Model device of Lg. When connecting it to internet alter 2 min the computer will crash heo to Dump failure and restarts. So it will be a serious error for my Laptop. Pls identify and rectify it.

What in the world is wrong with LG ? I have had a malfunctioning dishwasher and washing machine ever since I bought them!
Nobody can fix these awful appliances... the company needs to stop ripping people off by selling them. Sears should be ashamed of itself for distributing these terrible items.

I purchased this LG front loading washing machine - the most expensive machine ever. It is two years old and STINKS so bad my house smells of meldew. There is so much toxic waste under the rubber around the door and is near impossable to clean - Bleach doesn't help, and my clothes stink - don't seem clean. Sometimes the clothes don't seem spun correctly - clothes still soppy wet. I am disgusted with this product -
Six loads in six months. Do not buy a LG washer/dryer, they look good, sing songs and have a light show... to bad they don't wash clothes. They leak and the repair man hates them.
Horrible service. LG should be blacklisted. They'll treat you like donkeys when you ask for service.
I never get my bills on time i.e. if they come sometime they come after the due date of payment or most of the times i've to visit the local office everytime to enquire about my bills.
I'm fed up with this kind of service & won't be able to continue this connection for long ( if the problem persists).
i hv a mobile of lg but i m not able to use it as the screen was cracked, tried to contact the customer care but there was no support provide, went to almost all the service points but it was useless, as every where i moved it was the same answer the model screen not avilable
LG Electronic customer service is very poor service, we never support to buy from their company. we i required spare they wont supply still i am waiting for a spare for 6 month
the door was left a tiny bit open and the lights got hot and caused a lot melting damage.
these were 60W bulbs.
the repairman said 40W should have been used.
LG makes crap.

Nnew frig, dish washer and stove and microwave ! Les than two years of age used by two 60 year olds ! Frig broken plastic door latches! Stove broken control knobs, dishwasher broken wheelers for racks! Micro wave noisy like out of balance food tray!

zebcom computers is the best place to buy the products bcoz only firm who proviedes replacememnt warranty, lg dvd r/w i bought but when i contacted service centre they ask me to wait for 1 week but zebcom computers people given me a new immediately
washing machine purchased on 12sep2010 has been found faulty and only lip service paid by customer service.model-wf-t-8519pr.complaints on customer care are just not helping. kindly help as such attitude is not accepted from a reputed company like lg.
I have been made complaint of my Color Television (21 ")for 10 days . But, it is not being attending by anybody. The service provide by the Customer care of LG Electronics is Very Bad and Poor. I have been facing the problem for the last 10 days but still it remained unattended.

I've had my front loading washer/dryer combo for just over two years (Nov 07). I've now had a total of 5 service calls. Two for the dryer and three for the washer. I'm looking forward to one more for the washer because it's not yet fixed. I did my homework and the LG system was rated high. Beware!
I have not received the promotional offer of LG with my Freeze which I have purchased on 17/02/10 while other custmor purchasing freeze of Other Co got it
The company LG is totally bull ###. An LCD TV goes out of order on the very second day of purchase and despite of regular complains and calls no considerable response is there. The company officials are high grade irresponsibles they to solve the problem would simply not pick up the phone.
