Ordered a sofa in leather in 1 July 2023, order was promised to be delivered December 2023. I checked numerous times to make sure the order was on schedule. I was told that everything was going to be fine, even though it takes six months to make a sofa. Now in December, they were unable to deliver, the response was that there was an error in constructing the sofa. The credibility in this come is zero everyone knows it takes two weeks to construct a sofa in leather or fabric. However, it appears that they’re taking orders collecting a deposit in this case $894 With a little to no ability to deliver on the order. I wasted six months communicating with this company with no Credible answers as to when it would be delivered. It is my advice that you avoid this company and this company should be investigated.

We bought some stuff from Leather Furniture Expo about half a year ago. When the delivery came, we only got half of what we paid for. We were pretty bummed out about it. We tried to get in touch with the company to find out what happened to the rest of our order, but they didn't seem to know anything about it. We were like, "What the heck, guys? How do you not know where our stuff is?" It was pretty frustrating.

We kept trying to get in touch with them, but it was like pulling teeth. They didn't seem to care that we were missing half of our order. We were starting to think that maybe they just didn't make the rest of our stuff. Like, did they forget about us or something? It was a real head-scratcher.

Overall, we were pretty disappointed with our experience with Leather Furniture Expo. We thought we were getting a good deal, but it turned out to be a real letdown. We wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time ever buying a sofa, and I gotta say, I was pretty nervous about it. I mean, how can you really know what you're getting when you're buying something online without seeing it in person? But I decided to take the plunge and order from Leather Furniture Expo, and I'm so glad I did!

I read some reviews before making my purchase, and I saw that some people had really positive experiences, while others had some negative things to say. But I figured I'd give it a shot, and I'm so happy I did. My sofa arrived yesterday, on July 10th, and it's absolutely gorgeous. I got the 9-foot-long Napa Maxwell in Brompton Amber leather, and it looks almost exactly like the RH Maxwell sofa. The cushions and leather are both really high quality, just like the RH sofa.

Now, let's talk about the price. I paid $3,070 for my sofa, which includes tax and shipping. That's a really great deal, especially considering that I got 30% off during a sale, and an extra 3% off because I work in the medical field. I looked up the same sofa on the RH website, and the regular price was $9,095, while the member price was $6,821. So I got mine for less than half the member price at RH! That's a steal if you ask me.

It took about 6 weeks and 5 days from the date I ordered to the day I received my couch, which was much quicker than the estimated 10-12 weeks. Overall, I had a really great experience with Leather Furniture Expo, and I don't regret my purchase at all. I'll definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family who are in the market for some new furniture.

Got myself a custom-made Natuzzi sofa and loveseat from Leather Furniture Expo. They told me it could take 3-4 months to make since it's specially made for me. I paid half of the amount down and waited patiently. After three months, they told me that the item has been delivered to the US. I thought it was made in Italy since that's where Natuzzi is from, but it turns out that the leather comes from Italy, and the sofa is made in China.

When it arrived in the US, I had to pay the remaining balance. But then, I encountered a problem. The delivery people scheduled the delivery three weeks after the arrival of the sofa. So, I had all my furniture in the living room moved out in preparation for the delivery. However, the day before the delivery, I received a text saying that it won't be delivered. I called the delivery people, and they said they could deliver it 11 days later. I also called Furniture Expo, and they said that the item was not yet at the delivery people's warehouse.

The next delivery day came, and once again, on the morning of the delivery, they canceled it. I called the supervisor at the delivery company, and they scheduled it for six days later. So, it took 45 days from the time it got to the US to get to me.

Despite the delivery mishap, Furniture Expo was very accommodating. I understand that they don't control the delivery people, but they chose them. To the delivery company's credit, the furniture arrived in perfect condition. They even put it together, and all the paper and boxes were taken with them.

Overall, I would recommend this company, but just be prepared to wait for delivery.
