Military loan
Omni violated MLA and EFTA for my loans originating in 2017. I was medically discharged and had paid for debt cancellation. Omni continues to report this debt and add accrued interest each month. This has ruined my credit and Omni refuses to correct this.
On top of this Omni reports debt as late each month even though it’s charged off and factually cannot be late. Each concern I raise, Omni replies with a generic memorandum and zero action.
Omni is not accountable and simply paid CFPB millions to circumvent correcting violations with individual consumers.

Took out loan while on active duty in 2017. Fell behind on payments due to divorce and refinanced with a 100% going to pay original loan. I had purchase debt cancellation for $750 and in 2018 was medically discharged which would make debt cancellation effective. Now come to find out Omni is reporting 14k debt (loan was 5k) and Omni reported closed loan as 14k as well for a total of 28k debt.
Omni violated MLA and EFTA- we should all join and file class action suit. Omni needs to be blacklisted for lending practices.
