June 09, 2023 when they received my packages in the Philippines they were disbelief what my packages looks like, damaged and there was a hole that it appears they trying to stole some of the stuff inside the package, and when we opened it and yeah, were missing a lot of stuff including their shoes. This was the first time sending packages to the Philippines and i will never gonna use this company anymore. And i’m going to spread this to social media.

Im in your town center branch to drop off us visa renewal doc and your branch doesnt have the v pouch. You dont provide ample stock to your accredited branch and make people wait or come back!

what do plan to do about this? i provided several options to your staff but apparently, management will not allow outside of the box handling, napaka inefficient nyo

Your delivery guy to whoever [censored] he is texted on May 23rd that he will be delivering the package and he just texted once, no follow-up text or calls after that. On the next 2 days, there are no follow ups, no text nor calls. We even return back to your delivery guy by texting and consistently calling but they just cancelled or maybe ignored the call. And now we called customer service and the parcel is Return to the Sender? And that the reason is, there was a problem with the address? What a poor delivery you even have? We waited for the parcel for 2 months and now we’re getting this kind of service. It is ridiculous!

Naka receive ako ng notification text from lbc na i dedeliver ngaun may 25, 2023 ang aking parcel. Kaya ndi na ako pumasok sa trabaho para antayin ang delivery man. Pero wala naman dumating o kahit missed call man lang ako natanggap mula sa delivery man. Sayang lang ang pera na binayad ko sa delivery pati na din ang oras na ndi ako nakapasok sa trabaho.

Good day, I just want to complain to one of your staff at the LBC Panorama Marikina Branch, I didn't get her name, but she is a woman and quite old. I've been back to their branch twice because of the shipping fee I paid, I'm going to pick it up because my uncle has already received the items I sent 1 week ago and there's still no reference text. She's not even able to deal with me properly and instead of me, she's the one who's angry ang shouting at me I hope you can reprimand such staff because it's difficult for both of us as customers and they should be the ones to explain properly and it happened twice thank you.

I buy a second hand video card through online. The seller gave me all the details including the Official receipt and the photos of the graphics card while packing but upon tracking the parcel, It was delivered to malasiqui branch that supposed to be delivered on silang cavite which is my correct address and now as per checking the update on their tracking website it's already picked up by another person.

Your riders are very arrogant. He don't understand the core of his job to look for the right address. I've already reply look for this residence but he seems not willing do it and arrogantly demanding for his customer to go out. By doing this you failed to get quality service we paid for the convenience door to door.

This is about your male employee at LBC Express KM 5, Balili, La Trinidad Benguet.

He was so rude in dealing with costumers. There was a very long queue today and there was so little space inside since it was filled with packages and parcels. I waited for my turn for more or less an hour. It was my turn to claim a COP but he said that the branch is offline. I was of course frustrated since I brought my 14 mos. old son with me, waited for an hour and it is already raining outside. I asked him that they should at least put a not for customers to see what service/s is unavailable. He immediately raised his voice and told me it was my fault for not asking them first before I joined the line. And that he cannot do anything about it. I then reiterated their innitiative to put a note in front of their desks or at the door since the only way to get inside is through the line.

Unwilling to just apologize for the inconvenience or offer an alternative solution, he kept on muttering words I don't understand. I do hope you will take action since it is not just me. There was another customer he raised his voice on. Where is now the professionalism or just respect for customers. This person is not a good steward for an esteemed business. I asked for his name but he said "why the hell would I give it to you." So I asked to just take his picture instead. Attached is the said employee. I sincerely hope that the company will take this matter seriously especially that I will be using your services a lot at that particular branch since it is the nearest to my residence.

I took my day off date [protected] Wednesday because of the scheduled of my box to pick up I follow up 3x and he said ok sir we will follow up don't worry the pick up time is until 12 then 11:55 already I call the holine again follow up and the agent told me my scheduled is on May 13 they moved I am very disappointed because I took my day off that day to wait the person who will pick-up my box and they re scheduled with out informing me and I'll wait until 11:55 pm 😭

Today, my mother got a call from a certain Mr. Jonathan Martillano regarding a delivery of a document. Since my mother wasn't expecting any delivery today she was asking the delivery rider but instead of providing her a reasonable answer he rudely told her that upon receiving it and if my mother doesn't redeem it as necessary she can tear it apart.

We understand that his job is hard but it is not a valid reason to have such a rude behavior towards us. I confronted him about his attitude but he rudely answer me in the same way.

I don't want to accuse your company of anything but I think you should address such behavior in your delivery rider or at least put them in some kind of behavioral test.

Banilad Country Mall LBC Branch CEBU CITY, CEBU so that I can pick it up myself but they said they will deliver the package and it's the initiative for the delivery team to contact me but still they don't and now I am so frustrated because today I still did not receive any response from the team or LBC the status of my Package. I like LBC before because they will really contact the primary contact of the package, but today? i hate it! The tracking number of the package I'm talking about is [protected]. Tracking number given to me was not working they said wait for 24hrs but it has been 24hrs and still not working. Tracking number was given to me on 4/28/2023 and up until now when I go to their tracking website it is not working, I tried contacting their customer service via email and there was no answer even acknowledgement that my complaint was received. Honestly this is frustrating I need to know where my package is right now.

This is my 2nd time encountering with your rude riders. Im asking to deliver it earlier but the response is always demanding. I can understand if they can’t deliver it on the time I was asking but atleast explain it kindly. They can’t even address Ma’am or Sir.

Please improve your customer service. I am looking forward for the company to solve the issue.

I have 2 transactions #[protected], #[protected] both were recieved at 2 branches , at Gf-105 Tm Centerpoint Bldg. Branch, and SM San Jose Del Monte Branch , both in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, both on April 5, 2023.

Its been 8 days, and its not yet been delivered to Batangas.

They say, the reason is the area is not serviceable, they should have told me in the first place when they encode it. So they suggest, we can do branch pick up at SM Batangas Branch. Now, the reciever of the parcel, goes to SM Batangas Branch on this day, April 13, but unluckily both parcels were not there. Its been a few days, what happened LBC. At least give us an update , and deliver it on time. I paid the correct amount, fill out the necessary info correctly. I demand a proper explanation. You have wasted our time. I also track it on your system, but is not giving a correct info. Fix your service.

Hi, I’ve sent documents to USA from the Philippines last 04/01/2023 at 03:22:40 PM and was received today. However, the package was seen half wet because there was a hole in the plastic that was used to ship the items. Attached below is the proof of it and some details for your reference. Thank you.

Hello I have a parcel from Korea via air cargo, when it arrived in manila someone received it then she told me she is the one who will send the lbc to me, she even said she opened the box to know what's inside the parcel, there are umlortant documents inside the box, why would someone from lbc send it to someone else when she is not the receiever ? and why would someone receive it ?

the sender from lbc branh in seoul korea is my husband Hyunsung ahn, and i am supposed to be the receiever Marjorie Carillo.

LBC Express Philippines not giving status until package was not pick-up which will make you follow-up time to time which is annoying and time consuming for both parties.

I suggest that tracking number once give, status must also be available online immediately either already pick-up or not.

unless they want to hire more costumer service representative to accomodate the inquiries.

I waited for my parcel the whole day since your tracking services says expect delivery within the day. No one from your staff came to my house that day. I waited until night then before midnight the status was updated stating that no one was present at my house and my house was closed? We are all present in my house. We could easily hear you if someone was there. Shoppee and Lazada delivers their package without any problem. It's impossible that we didn't hear you call (if you really are there). Besides, you have my phone number at the parcel label, why didn't you call?

We tried to deliver your shipment but the house was closed and no one was present. We will re-deliver on the next business day.
