Excellent service starting with my distress phone call to Linda Mike getting my furnace fixed so my a/c would work! I always learn something new when any one fron Krinkie's cones out here, which I so appreciate! There is no other company I will deal with, as Krinkie's knocks it out of the park with unbelievably great customer service start to finish! Thank you so much for getting my furnace working so I have my central a/c back on Mike! You are eonderful!

Having been a part of the Service Club program for many years, I've grown to appreciate and value the consistency in usually having the same person service my furnace and air conditioning. Paul is always prompt and does a thorough job in a timely manner. I had some question this most recent call regarding some long term needs for my equipment. Paul anticipated my question and brought it up first. He's never pushy and I know he has my best interest in mind. I'm a fan!

Excellent, professional and timely service of our cooling system. Kevin came out to our residence right away and was able to assess the problems and repair a complicated problem with wiring, replace the capacitor and set us up with a person from Krinkies who could help us with one or two of your space/baffle motors. Our questions were answered, the problem was solved right away and we are enjoying cool air during this heat wave! Thank you Keven and Krinkies. I would recommend Krinkies to all. Mike

This would qualify as a five star review. We just had our furnace, AC and water heater replaced, the whole process was very smooth and painless. The salesman was knowledgeable and helped us pick the system best for us, and at a fair price. The installers showed up on time, were personable and VERY efficient with professional worksmanship. We were impressed how they worked together finishing all this in one day. Good news there were no surprises or extras- the water is hot and the furnace blows hot or cold.

This is not about Dan. Dan was great. I am a loyal “club" member. The previous owners of the house used Krinkie's, and I continued on with them. Krinkie's wanted $1515 to install a new 40gal water heater. This was the “club" price. I knew I could buy an AO Smith 40 gal water heater at Lowe's for $421. Nobody at Krinkie's could break down the price for me. How much are parts vs labor? The pricing at Krinkie's is out of line. I was able to get it done elsewhere- tank, permit, install, move some lines and a new disaster pan for $900.

JOE IS POSITIVELY THE NICEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, AND MOST COMPETENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. HE HAS BEEN WATCHING MY A/C AND FURNANCE, WHICH HE PUT IN 18 YEARS AGO, VERY CLOSELY THE LAST TWO YEARS. THE A/C DIED LAST FALL, SCHEDULED TO BE REPLACED SPRING OF 21. TODAY AT THE ANNUAL CHECK UP FOR WINTER, HE DECIDED THE FURNANCE HAD HAD ITS BETTER DAYS. WE DECIDED ON A NEW FURNANCE AND A/C AND I JUST SAID PUT IT IT; TRUSTING JOE COMPLETELY. INSTALL DATE NOV. 5, AND NO QUIBBLE OVER THE PRICE. YOU JUST CAN'T GET A BETTER HEATING AND A/C MAN. I had a furnace tune up done by Krinkie's Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing on September 9. Mike, the technician, was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He thoroughly checked and cleaned the furnace mechanisms and reported what he had done and what his findings were. When I turned my air conditioner on this summer, I found that it was not properly cooling as it should. Again, Mike checked all the working mechanisms and worked until it was determined that the thermostat was faulty. I appreciate the detailed level of job performance that Krinkie's has done for me.

As usual, I am very, very satisfied with the service person, Dan. He serviced my air conditioner in the summer of 2019 and let me know that after 19 years I should plan for a replacement unit. He serviced my air conditioner a year later and told me the numbers on the tests were not as good as last year, which is what I had expected to hear this time. He reached out to the office and in minutes I chose an appointment date/time for someone to come to my house with replacement estimates. All the technology they use make the service calls so complete and fast. I am a very happy client.

I had a leaking outdoor faucet that went from a drip to splitting open the faucet head. When Dan arrived at my house to make the repairs, he had all the equipment he needed. He removed the old faucet and part of the lower pipe inside my basement. He also installed a turn off lever for the main water flow at a height I can reach so I no longer need to ask my brother for assistance to turn off the water inside the house for the winter. Krinkie's maintains my furnace, A/C, water heater, and any plumbing needs that arise. I HIGHLY recommend them, they are able to take care of my appliances in my home. And they are so professional and knowledgeable.

Outstanding service from start to finish! The scheduler that I spoke with on the phone when making my appointment was friendly and helpful. The technician, Mike H. was prompt, friendly, professional, informative, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated that he offered recommended services without pushing for extra cost repairs. Mike also respectfully followed safely guidelines (wearing a mask, single-use stylus for signing digitally, and keeping safe distance) during the COVID19 pandemic. I will definitely be using Krinkies in the future and would recommend them to others without hesitation. I don't normally leave reviews, however I was so pleased with my experience that I felt compelled to share:)

Mike was the Krinkie technician who came over and checked out our air conditioner. He was excellent! Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. Mike also was efficient and thorough. When finished Mike had taken 3 pictures on his phone that he shared with us so we wouldn't have to walk down into the basement. The pictures showed us a small error that we were making when we installed the filter into our air conditioner system. The way we put in the filter was a bit crooked and allowed air to slip past the filter. Mike showed us how to install the filter correctly. This was a very helpful piece of information that he shared with my wife Kathy and me. We would be glad to have Mike service our AC system any time. Tom and Kathy Smith.

Mike B. did an awesome job in troubleshooting why my air conditioner was not not working. It was a 90 plus degree day and 88 degrees inside my home. After trying everything I could think of, I called for help and was immediately greeted by a very pleasant and courteous Krinkie associate who scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. Mike arrived within the projected time frame. He was neatly dressed and very personable. He worked diligently in spite of the heat until he located the problem, which turned out to be a faulty thermostat plus the need for some remedial wiring. While was here he did a tune up of the air conditioner which was a service membership agreement. Overall, I was very pleased with the prompt and successful service that I received.

We highly recommend Krinkie's Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing. John is the best, he is always so helpful and breaks down what needs to be addressed based on priority to allow us to plan budget wise for repairs and service. They are the only business in town able and willing to work on our Daikin wall AC units. We also have an old boiler that they are able to service as well, which is great when you own an older home in Stillwater. I highly recommend Krinkie's. They were also very mindful during COVID-19 outbreak. John came in with gloves and a mask... and asked if we were comfortable with him entering our home. He also sanitized the tablet pen we used and left it at our home as to not bring it into another home. We were very impressed with their level of professionalism during this time.

The service crew came early and were very professional. Ryan and Andy were very polite and careful to keep our house clean. They worked efficiently and pointed out some addit things I should consider doing at some point - no pressure however. I had a few improvements I wanted to inquire about also. I discussed all the items with Ryan and he gave me a quote right away. I then decided to get everything done since they were available to do the work then. Ryan called for parts and equipment and Andy II came to help. They replaced my leaking A/C cool and constructed an improved plenum, added a supply and return for my family room, replaced my old gas water heater and installed an instant hot water circulating pump, and tapped into the hot and cold supply lines for a new sink I'm adding. A good day's work in anyone's book! When they left everything was spotless. Ryan, Andy and Andy did a really great professional job! I definitely would recommend Krinkie's!
