They did a great job fixing our AC. The guy who came out was super nice and knew what he was doing. It was done fast and we didn't have to wait long. Highly recommend!

heyy so my heater stopped working over the weekend and Integrity Air Conditioning Services was the one who came to fix it. they were sent by my home warranty company and they came on Tuesday and fixed it up real quick. the guys who came to fix it were cool and the people in the office were on top of things.

I had them put in an a/c and it turns out they ain't licensed in my area. The air handler they put up on the ceiling is drooping and coming off 'cause they didn't support it right. I tried calling 'em but they ain't callin' me back. Don't seem too honest to me, callin' themselves Integrity Air Conditioning Services.

Integrity Air Conditioning Services, Inc. was sent by American home shield to fix my AC. Unfortunately, it went out on a Sunday. However, first thing Monday morning, a tech named Mark came by and fixed it within an hour. He was very polite and professional. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Integrity and will definitely use them again!

Had a great experience with Integrity Air Conditioning Services, Inc. The tech came on time, called ahead, and fixed my problem with no extra cost. The lady in the office was friendly and explained the home warranty process well. Would call them again for sure.

Tech was cool, but the lady on the phone was a real bummer. She didn't seem to care about me or my AHS approval. I hope things get better, but the reviews don't look too promising.

I wrote a review before, but I forgot something SUPER important. They messed up my AC unit under AHS, and the service guy Ray, signed my name on the acceptance of service. I DID NOT say yes to his service, he never told me they were paperless during COVID. He signed my name, and didn't even spell it right. I checked with the cops, and it's illegal to sign someone else's name on any paper. I don't care if you e-mailed it to me or not. That signature got them paid by AHS. I'm reporting them for forgery!

I got a home warranty from AHS and Integrity Air was my service company when my A/C broke. I called them and they told me when they'd come and they came within that time and even called me to say they were on their way and would be there in half an hour. They found the problem and fixed it without trying to sell me anything extra, which is so common these days! I appreciate how fast they found and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes! They really lived up to their name and I'll definitely use them again! Thanks!

I had a problem with my AC and Integrity said the parts were bad and not covered by my warranty, so I had to pay $500+. They also tried to make me buy a new system from them. I pay for a warranty to fix my AC, but Integrity messed it up. They called my warranty company and lied, so now they won't pay for repairs. Don't trust this company, they're shady.

This company is terrible. It took them 3 weeks to fix our air conditioner. We live in sw Florida and I told them my husband has COPD, please hurry up. They had to order a part. I checked the model and part number and found the part right here in town. They said they order from their own company. When they finally got the part, they realized something else was wrong, should have noticed that before. Had to order another part which they could have gone around the corner to home depot to get in stock.
When they finally showed up 3 weeks later, they demanded $375 for freon, paid first or they wouldn't touch it. After he argued with my sick husband, My husband gave him a credit card. They said no credit or debit card, cash only. My husband gave him cash and asked for a receipt. He said we'll email it to you. Never should you give cash without proof of payment!

I got stuck with Integrity Air Conditioning through American Home Shield, too! Wish I read these before I agreed to even have them come out. My indoor air handler had sloped and no longer level causing the condensate to drain away from the PVC drain and shut off value, so naturally the condensate was overflowing the on opposite side of the condensate drain pipe. I called American Home Shield, paid the $75 fee and they sent out a company called Integrity Air conditioning, Inc. The boy that came did not look at the unit in the utility closet, only at the return air grill. 5 minutes after Integrity Air Conditioning's non-diagnosis, since the tech never looked at the leak or the air handler, I had a quote for over $6200 to replace my entire, WORKING GREAT air conditioning system. (I called to repair a condensate drain issue!) When I called their office, I was told that my coil was dirty and leaking FREON! When I asked, if so, why was my AC working so great, she said it would stop working soon. I asked why replace outside condensing unit, too if it was only the coil and office admin said the State of Florida requires you to replace both units when puling a permit, as you are not allowing to replace just the air handler and/or just the condensing unit. Call the building dept and the inspector said that was absurd! I requested another opinion from AHS. It was with Bryan from Budget Air. Bryan from Budget Air Conditioning came over, looked at my condensate drain issue knew exactly how to fix my drain and I did not need to replace a WORKING Air Conditioning System for $6200! I simply needed a new stand for my air handler since it was no longer level and tilting back, along with raising the unit so drainage flowed out the condensate drain pipe. Bryan SAVED me over $5000! I am so disappointed, between AHS and Integrity AC , to what they are doing to our residents, especially our senior citizens! BE Warned before Over-Paying for something Not Needed!

My fam had 6 days to think about this review! Our AC motor stopped working and it was hot as heck in SW FL. We paid $100 to American Home Shield and they sent us to Integrity AC. We called them and scheduled them to come out Friday morning. The tech said we needed to call the office to work out the details of our repair. We called and asked for a quote to fix it directly. We never heard from them again! We called twice on Friday and left messages. We went the whole weekend without hearing anything! We bought a portable AC unit and checked our account for updates. Monday, we called AHSham and were told that NO-Integrity AC would be calling us. They never did! We called back and were told that NO-Integrity AC had not submitted the report needed for approval. We were livid! We called another AC company and they fixed it by 9 PM. Wednesday, we got a notification that the repair would only be partially covered and the quote we asked for arrived. AHSham and NO-Integrity AC only care about money, not customers.

They need to be investigated for FRAUD. They have ZERO integrity and ZERO honesty. Integrity Air was referred to us by American Home Shield. The first guy who came to our place sat in his car at least ten minutes prior to coming up. AS soon as he came up-he peeked in the attic for about 5 minutes with no supplies-then went outside and said our system was low on FREON. He said he put FREON although he was not suppose too. I told him so you are telling me the only thing wrong with my AC is that it is low on FREON and that by adding FREON it should indefinitely fix the problem? and he responded yes. I just mentioned to him that two different AC companies had checked my AC unit and they both told me there was a bigger problem and my 22 year old system needed to be replaced. The guy said well AHS does repair but not replace and he needs to submit his report for him to get paid. I was just so aggravated because he did not check nor diagnosed the problem fully. Well 4:13 I got a missed call from the guy again saying I had called the company because the system was not working and I said okay I am 2 mins from my home and he said he was not getting out of the car because it was raining. SO again I am in my condo for about another 5-10 mins waiting for him (the condo is 84 degrees btw) and so I call him back and ask him how long until you come up I have to get back to work and I also asked for the office phone number for me to know who called bc it was not me although I mentioned to him the AC is still not working!. Well he gave me the office number and the office number is closed-then me and my neighbor saw him leaving the parking lot just like that...(Note- we received the two invoices from this guy and he said my ac was running just perfect in which it was not and denied adding FREON= Two Fraudulent reports) Okay a couple days later my AC Is cooling again so the FREON worked then on about the 3rd-4th day my AC is up to 84 degrees. Okay Integrity Air comes back. I mentioned to the guy how my AC kept fluctuating between 68-79 on its own. He told me the Fan outside was going the wrong way and he would fix it. He also said my neighbors dryer fan was heating up my AC. (Keep in mind these have been up for about 30 years and never any problem until recently.) Also he mentioned there was a 10 degree difference in the attic but forgot to document it and while he was in the attic he was also speaking to someone about the AC unit for some reason. Then in his invoice he recorded that my ac was consistently running in 68 degrees however when he was there it was fluctuating slightly. (Note-this was like the 3 false and or inaccurate report.) OKay two days later my AC is messing up again a guy comes again.. This guy was probably more honest and actually checked things... His invoice was more accurate than the rest of the guys... He did forget a couple of things such as mentioning the fan was installed wrong.. We mentioned to him that his buddy had adjusted the FAN. Anyway. I called Integrity Air and spoke to a Lady named Michelle because we had never received an invoice. I asked her if she could please send us an invoice and I asked her what email she had on file and she said she could not give it to me because I was not the owner...Honestly horrible CS, they have ZERO integrity...They keep sending people that did not properly check the AC unit because we would have to be placing new reports for an AC guy to come therefore making the AC company more money by delaying to resolve the issue. .. they sent the information up to AHS and now AHS assigned a different company. I work from home and have a 5 year old child. We do not HAVE TIME FOR THIS SCHEME. Surely FRAUD.

This company is terrible! Don't use them! We had a problem with our AC and they came out to fix it. But then it stopped working again and they took forever to come back out. When they finally did, they said they needed to do more work and left. But then our house got really hot and they wouldn't come back out until they got approval from American Home Shield. We called them a lot but they never answered. We had to call another company to come out and they found out that the first company didn't put the seals back on and all the freon leaked out. We had to pay $557.95 to fix it. We asked the first company to refund us but they won't answer us and blocked us on Facebook. Don't use them!

My AC stopped working on 05/28/2022, so I called AHS for help. They sent Integrity Air Services out of *** to fix it. On 06/02/2022, a tech came out and checked both units, but said there were no issues. The next day, new technicians came out and said I needed a new compressor. On 06/17/2022, two new technicians spent over 6 hours on the phone with their supervisor and finally installed a new compressor. But as soon as they left, the breaker started tripping and shutting the system down. I called AHS and demanded another contractor, but Integrity Air Services denied my request. On 6/23, a new tech said a valve was leaking because it wasn't tightened properly. But as soon as he left, a water leak from the ceiling started. The new tech didn't come until 6/28 and said someone had broken a line fitting and pan. The AC company kept ignoring my calls, and eventually, the ceiling collapsed. The attic has major water damage, and there's also damage to the electric wiring, walls, and ceiling. There may be further damage behind the drywall walls. The damages caused by INTEGRITY AIR CONDITIONING SERVICES are over $5,000. I'm requesting a copy of their liability insurance so I can file a claim for damages, file a claim for damages with their insurance carrier, or get compensated for damages caused by their unlicensed and inexperienced technicians who failed to correctly identify and misdiagnose the problems and failed to notify me of the "accidental" damage they caused on 6/23, which caused major damage.
