I am very upset with this company and the way they handle their customers. I ordered the free trial they offered and paid $9.95 for shipping (it came in a first class envelope that weighed only a few ounces.) The way the offer read was very confusing. The product tasted awful and is bulky and hard to handle. I asked for a refund after my bank account was debited $99.09. I was told-no refunds after ten days from the day it was sent out. The woman I spoke with on the phone was rude and insulting. Her conversation sounded rehearsed.

i ordered the same thing stating free trial but already placed order and then i read the fine print i'm like o ### i'm screwed i will be charged 99 dollars but the product never reached my home. i called and called and could not get through so i called my credit card company and put in a fraud complained BUT the next day i got a hold of them with no problem. I explained my situation and and sent me out a new one with free shipping and the item only cost me 49 or 59 dollars. Its best you call customer service if you want a cheaper price. i'm fine with mine did not burn my lips. I been using it now for 2 days. i like the taste its not bad.

I also ordered one from smoking everywhere it was a buy one get one free for 79.00 and it came with 5 cardridges per set if you want to order from there call [protected]. its cheaper plus you get 2 of them.

but knight stick is made much better i think i like knight stick better. You should be able to call them now because they had a phone problem thursday and friday so no one could get through. I had to believe them because once i called again someone answered right away. so call knight stick aka supreme brands llc

I ordered not aware of recurring charges, I came to this site got phone number and called.They responded ri ght away and sent me a cancellation number within min. Call [protected]

It gets better. I kept calling and calling to cancel for 2 weeks. On hold every time. Finally, today I tried pressing "1" for "new sales" instead of "4" for "cancellations" and got through instantly. The lady insisted I prove to her I had called before. I looked at my cell phone...no record of my calls! I looked at my Verizon bill...no record! Am I going crazy? SO, I tried calling back (ten minutes after my previous call). I stayed on hold for a few minutes then hung up. Then I looked up my "dialed calls" on my cell and guess what? My previous call to them had disappeared from my cell phone! I tried it four times, and each time I called, my cell ONLY SHOWED MY MOST RECENT CALL TO THEM, not any of the previous ones.

This appears to be a very serious scam, folks.

wow!...thank you all very much! I am sorry for all your negative experiences (and I wish the economy were better...I'd be love to reimburse you all for the help...lol). I was just about to purchase this 'trial' and for some reason I had the thought "I should google knight sticks sucks"...I am so glad I did! Thank you all very much!

people get into business to make money, this is no exception. i just got my product and found it to be to my liking. they will reduce the price by fifty bucks and let u opt out of the monthly payment deal. after that just order some e juice for 20 bucks from a diff company, get one order of their "15 cartridges" and you should be set for, oh 119 refills before you have to re-order...40 bucks on e juice, 60 bucks on refills and 60 on the e-cig itself? 160 bucks for 120 packs of smokes really isn't to bad...

yall just need to be patient with em and they'll work with u... be a dick and expect to get treated like one

I had read the T&C on their site. The site itself was set up to 'sucker' you into purchasing a trial offer, with the counting clock and what-not. After reading a lot of blogs and sites like this, I decided to call and cancel my order right away. I placed my order at about 2am this morning, and canceled my monthly $49 and my $99 after-10-day charges. NOTE: you do need to send everything back. If you expect to get a refund on your 10-day trial, you MUST return the package. I was recommended to add tracking to my shipping; "You are responsible for returning the product within the 10-day trial." I think I will do more research before I purchase one of these again. I urge anyone who is concerned about this product to not open it, and send it back ASAP to keep from being billed. Just my personal opinion.

First I Googled the "Knight Sticks" discount code and paid only $5.95 for S & H.

Like some of you whiners, I DIDN'T READ the terms (very bottom of page) BEFORE I submitted my order. It wasn't until I READ the order confirmation email did I realize I had 10 days to cancel.

Monday & Tuesday were impossible. Then yesterday I tried again - ten minutes before the posted closing time and, waa laa, I got through!

I spoke to a gentleman who was polite and patient and things worked out to my satisfaction. Just an aside as personal opinion (yes we all have one), I love the flavor, and it smokes EXACTLY like a real ciggy.

Bottom line: Read the terms BEFORE you buy. If you still want to contact the company, try calling about 10 minutes before the posted closing time. Worked for me.

Okey, nuff said. Moving on.

I have to admit, I did not read the terms and conditions until after I placed my order. Which was a mistake! I waited until I got the package to call and cancel and I got through to Customer Service after being on hold for about 10 minutes. Of course they tried to talk me out of canceling by offering a reduced price and no monthly shipments, but I told them I just wanted to cancel until I had an opportunity to try the product and then if I liked it I would re-order. That's when she told me that if I canceled I would have to return the product! So really, nothing was free. It costs $9.95 just to get scammed and then you have to send back the supposedly free product! Serious, Serious Rip-Off!

Well I have received my free trial for 10 days and I think the product is well worth it I have not had a cigarette for three days now and I think it really works. I have not been grumpy or nervous at all.

Horrible service, took me hours to get through to an actual representative, was hung up on once when I told them I tried to cancel, and the lady argued with me about whether or not I should even cancel it.
At the end of the day I am still going to be billed the $100 but at least after alot of hard work I managed to cancel the $50 a month ###.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE IT IS A SCAM

I thank you very much Mr. Dominion71, I called to [protected] and I holded about 10 mn, after that one lady answered, and asked me my name and order number, and she told me my cancel accepted. When I openned my email, I just got the email confirming my cancellation. Good luck for for anyone under 10 days free trial of Knight Sticks.

I order my Knight Sticks on Jan 13 and received them on Jan 16. When I discovered that I would be charged $99.99 in 10 days and would have monthly shipments, I decided to cancel. I called the number provided and was on hold for 13 minutes. I spoke with a representative and gave her my order number. She cancelled my order and sent me a cancellation email within seconds. If you are having problems with the number that was provided in your shipment, here is a phone number that was in my cancellation email -- [protected]. Hope this helps. klord

If you ordered Knight Sticks with a credit card
you should just call the Credit Card Service Number
and change your account number and get a new
credit card.

If you don't you will keep getting charges from
this SCAMMING COMPANY.

You guys are right about the phone number being constantly busy. I thank you all very much for the warning. I had just placed my order this morning when I read them. I immediately started calling the cancellation number and it was busy for 3.5 hours with me pressing the redial button (thank goodness I am off work today). Anyway, I kept calling and finally got through a very abrupt lady who hung up on me as soon as I said I wanted to cancel the order! I made sure to give her all my information such as order number and my name BEFORE telling her I wanted to cancel. I was worried but just got the email confirming my cancellation. Many thanks to all the folks who wrote above. I wish the best of luck to those of you still trying to cancel. If you are still within the 10 days, and if you have a couple of hours free, please persevere, someone is bound to answer the phone.

This came up as a offer from my local trusted news site as a free offer for filling out their survey. I placed the order and it wasn't until after I placed the order it told me I would be charged after 10 days and it gave me the free shipping AFTER I placed the order. I started calling right after I placed the order at 7:30 am. Got nothing but a busy signal until 9:28 am. Now I have been on hold forever waiting for an operator. AND within the first 10 minutes they charged my bank account and I can't call the bank because of the holiday! This is a SCAM! I finally got somone named Robin who I must admit was pleasant. She said she cancelled the account and sent me and email which she did and was supposed to void the bank transaction which has not gone through yet. Here is another number for you hopefully it works better than the other one. [protected]

If you can to read the Terms and Conditions the Free trial of Knight Sticks first, I think nobody order they Trial FREE, but the Terms and Conditions you can see after your order to your adress email. I copied their Terms and Conditions joint after:

i was so excited i got my knight stick in the mail today, and as i was reading your complaints i took a puff on it, not putting my lips around the filter but just up to it and took a puff, the vapor burned my top lip, they could seriously have a lawsuit on their hands if they dont start trying to keep people happy, especially me now, im already ready to send mine back and literally just opened it less than an hour ago.. if anyone else has this problem let me know... Okay...I FINALLY got through to an IVR after an hour and a half of dialing the number. I got through and got a recording that their offices were closed and were open M-F 9a-8p EST...according to my watch it is only 7:30 EST! DON'T BUY THIS! It tastes HORRIBLE and is a total waste of money! This could be either a scam...or everyone has recognized Knight Stick's epic levels of suck and are flooding their call center.
