On the 6th of September 2023 just at 19:04. I wanted to make use of the drive thru. After i asked for my order i was told there is no burgers available. As most options shown in the drive thru menu includes burgers i asked for 1 min to pull up the menu on my phone to look at the options. I was told i need to move to the payment window as there are cars behind me. At that time there was no other cars. I just got to the site and when a car came in so i moved to the payment window. At the paymeny window i just stopped and picked up my phone and was immediately told that i need to stop at the front and go in cause its rush time and i cant be helped as a car needs to be out in 2 min. The person was rude and unprofessional not even allowing for me to take 1 min to pick something as they did not have burgers. There was 1 car behind me and if i had 1 min to just look at the menu i could have ordered well in time. Its unprofessional to tell me she is not taking my order cause im taking more than 2 min as its not the customers fault that they dont have the product available.

Desired outcome: I would like this person to get a written warning. I would like an apology
