I have nothing but positive things to say about Keeper Tax and I am a real customer, who pays for a monthly subscription and believes that it is so worth it. I have an assigned person who looks at what ive purchased and checks to see if it's a right off towards my taxes. The app and personel keep my finances organized and this is the first time i was ready for tax season and all my purchases that were tax deductible were already checked off and added to my account. I would highly recommend this app.

I am an independent contractor (Wedding Singer) and I have always had the hardest time organizing my tax information with receipts I would save (and inevitably lose) until Keeper Tax. I was assigned *** and she has been so incredibly helpful in organizing my spending and the end of year spreadsheet has gotten me the most refunds I have ever gotten come tax season. Her communication and weekly check ins have made the whole experience all the more personable. I CANNOT recommend Keeper Tax enough to all my friends and loved ones.

Ive been with them for over a year and they have truly helped on breaking down what is written off etc. They even personally text you if they are not sure of a write off or they want to verify if it is and if so or if not they will *** it for you. If you missed theyre communication you can go into your log in and go through all your stuff and organize it yourself. I already filed my taxes and I did get back what it said Id get back. You can print out a transcript and everything. I am currently using them and will continue to use them

I started my own business in 2021 and was looking for a solution to taxes without having to do them myself. This app is very user friendly and my contact accountant keeps on top of my funds for me when I cant and get busy. She responds to all my emails questions and texts. I have been satisfied bc its the same cost as filing your taxes for the year and it continues to monitor for you until you cancel. Its tied to your bank account then categorizes the amount spent. Im keeping it. Not sure why the bad reviews- duh everything bills for the whole year.

This is the first year that I am usually this tax service from KeeperTax. Although, not being able to talk to my account physical but *** is always on the ball about all my purchases to make sure I get the maximum amount of deduction as possible. I use multiple cards for things that are associated with my business. There are limitations with this service but I understand why. As time progress with ***s help I dont worry about document everything receipts because she is really on the ball. Not every service fits everyones needs but this one is prefect for me!

I started using Keeper Tax in 2020 when I transitioned from being a W-2 employee to being a *** influencerI AM SO GLAD I DID! They are on every expense and its easy to add my own. I pay for the annual plan which includes tax filing and it was the most painless process Ive ever been through. Every year I dread doing them but KT made it so easy! My bookkeeper reaches out nearly every day and is nearly always available by text. Ive spoken with the company founders and their heart for helping small entrepreneurs be financially sound is admirable. Cant recommend them highly enough!

I love my agent *** she is absolutely amazing on top of things. I am very forgetful and have lots going on but she is always letting me know what she did when I forget to log my transactions. If you have not yet tried Keeper Tax I highly recommend it for those like myself plus the fee included filing fee so not only do they take care of everything the filing is always paid for when the times comes! Cant wait for my second year see how things change for me financially with the help from Keeper Tax and thank you again *** I pray the day I can have a work for a work ethic like yours!

I recently filed my taxes for 2021. This was the first year I utilized KeeperTax. I took out a DBA for my small business in 2020 and Im also w2d full time at another establishment. When I showed my accountant the file that KeeperTax compiled for me at the end of the year, he was blown away. Not only did he actually download the app on the spot, but he told me he would recommend it to his other clients as well. I am still in awe of how this whole thing worked out, a huge thank you to KeeperTax for their constant communication and organization. I will continue to recommend you to my colleagues, friends and family!

Keeper Tax is the best app ever to fill your tax return for the first, if this is you first time ever filling tax (immigrants) keeper tax is the ? to go. I filled my tax in les than 30 minutes and got a tax return direct deposit to my bank account of $1400+.Somehow I lost access to my account and they help me to get back in line. Its worth every *** as Im sure I wouldnt have not even 200$ back if Ive done it the old fashioned way. I gave keeper tax the chance And I was so amazed that instead of paying 6000$ On taxes I got a tax return from my *** weekly checks. The write off are amazingly helpful and people are just missing out. Im keeping with the app for sure!

FABULOUS! SIMPLE! EXTREMELY HELPFUL! CARING! REAL PEOPLE! LOVE IT!I absolutely love Keeper Tax. This year was my first year doing taxes on my own and felt I don't know what I'm doing and that I will mess up everything. But I took a chance with keeper tax since it was promoted by uber eats, and let me tell you, I'm so happy I did. My friend was talking all about Turbo Tax and how amazing it is, once I showed her Keeper Tax, she is now a converted member of it. It is that great! And not to mention, I have a real person who is like my personal assistant in keeping up with my purchases throughout the year! I feel fancy. Try it for yourself, you will NOT be disappointed.

I have been using Keeper for the past four years to do my self-employed taxes and they make everything so easy! You can link all of your cards and *** transactions based on if they were business related or not. As an artist, this is the best software I have used to keep track of my expenses and write offs. Any time I have needed to contact anyone with regards to my account or a complete question, Ive always gotten a timely email back to help me with an answer. I dont think Ill be switching from Keeper any time soon! This really is a great service for self employed entrepreneurs who dont really know much about taxes too, because they even have blog posts to answer and explain most things I dont know or understand. I love this service and highly recommend it!

Keeper Tax has been such an awesome app! Im a freelancer, and keeping up with itemized expenses in the past has been a tornado of papers and disorganization not with Keeper Tax! My keeper, *** texts me weekly to ask which purchases are business expenses and keeps everything tidy & organized. Come tax time, it only took a few clicks to submit right on the app! When I had a question about my tax return, they investigated for me and helped me with a solution! I paid for the annual plan, and it is SO WORTH IT! Im so glad that I found keeper tax. My interactions have all been professional and uplifting. They even have *** so you can learn why the *** does what they do. I dont usually go out of my way to leave a review- but I love this app so much, I will shout it from the rooftops! Also, *** is awesome. K, bye!

I have been attempting to file my taxes through keeper tax since March 06. The first time it took 21 days before they claim they sent to the IRS. IT was then "rejected". I reviewed and submitted again, and again, each time them saying it had been rejected for a wrong dependent social. All of the socials I input match their social security cards. I then call the IRS because I am worried someone ha taken my children identity or something and they have NO RECORD OF MY RETURNS EVER BEING SUBMITTED. This company phone number on their website does not work. All customer service is via email, where they apparently cant see any of your information so they cannot help you- they can only lie to you and tell you to look at your dashboard. This company is unethical and in my opinion sting you along to continue to collect filing fees and monthly fees. If I could give negative stars I would.

I DO NOT understand some of the bad reviews, they are not at all indicative of the service I have received. I have been using Keeper Tax for the past 3 years and it has saved me SO MUCH MONEY on my taxes as a freelancer. I'm talking thousands of dollars in savings due to their system and it's easy to *** each transaction in the app - no more saving receipts! I have filed my taxes with them twice and had no issues with the *** whatsoever and got my refund directly deposited in my bank account very quickly. I recommend it to every *** contractor and freelancer I know! Sure, there are bugs with the app sometimes but this company is so responsive. Every time I have emailed them they have diligently worked to fix the problem with me on a personal level. They even reached out for personal feedback on my experience filing my taxes and took my words and turned them into new features! How cool is that?

They advertise that it's fourteen dollars a month. Then they charge your card for a full year of service. *** for a year. At the beginning I tried to get in touch with someone about the charge no response. Just robots emailing me back about my not getting into my account. Then a month ago I notice no tracking of my gas expenses. I asked for a print out of all the expenses to claim on next years taxes. I couldn't even understand it. I showed it to my CPA, she told me to cancel this account. That this was not necessary for my taxes. I figured I gave the company three months to try it out. I just was what I needed or expected for my money. So I sent an email to cancel my account. I received an email stating that they do not give refunds and that it looks like my annual account is up. No the company charges you for a year subscription, with no explanation on refund about their service. I emailed back to Caitlynn that I did not pay for an annual account, that they charged me for a full year. Which is wrong?So I decided to look up if there was any other complaints on this company. Here I am along with all the other people unhappy with this companies service.

I like this app, I run my own business, and this helps me stay on top of my taxes through out the year. The price is steep and it's an annual fee to have them file your taxes. Still it was bery much worth it to me to have them file my taxes than through turbo tax. This past year I was going to owe $500 in taxes and instead I got. $300 tax return. I feel like this app is meant more for individuals who run a business and need a thorough look through their own expenses because of running a business. For a *** ez filing I wouldn't go to them, it would be easier to go for free stuff. When running a business and actually needing to stay on top of every receipt and filing a *** long, I will continue to stick it tax keeper. I have even told a couple people about it that are running their own business. Believe me turbotax was going to charge me just as much because I'm a small business owner. Like shop arround for a tax accountants, but also I really like them because I get emails asking if my receipts were for my business or not. My time is valuable to me and they understand that. This has become one of the ways that I can focus more on my business and less and needing to remember where I left every receipt that is for work.
